  @RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

  B BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

  @RogersHelps Well after being told there was no charge on my bill... I now have a very large charge. & nothing sent to us in regards to the so called damage, as previously promised. I sent a perfectly mint phone via your chosen method & Rogers claims damage was done. Delete from bill thanks

  @Rogers-My Mom is upset as she waited 37 minutes to find out what channel the ladies US Open tennis is on. Nobody answered. This is entertainment for her. We had a Rogers outage for a full day last week-Internet, cable, phone; the guide button hasn't worked since. Pls help.

  You have the worst customer service on the planet. Just bought MSLE and can't answer a phone..over an hour on hold and the ****** guys and gals at the top are raking it in..may the lord bless you with something incurable @Rogers
