    B BEWARE IF @Rogers calls to talk about your internet. DONT ANSWER THEIR CALLS. I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

    For the amount of times service has gone down (and long periods of time) this week in my area, @Rogers should be offering their customers a bill credit....yeah right 🤣 PS. I still don’t have my services back. Doubt they’re going to pay the overages on my cellular bill 🙃

    @RogersBiz I have had 3 chats with your online people. All issues were looked after well and I was very happy - however, I requested a transcript for all 3 chats as I closed the chat-window - all 3 did not get emailed and the chat window closed...this is not acceptable. Pls Fix

    @CdnChamberofCom the practice of telco’s like @Bell & @Rogers charging us to become their customer through the charging of “setup fees” is pernicious and absurd. This practice seems to be spreading into the utilities market, essentially becoming an acceptable fleecing culture.

    Have had @Rogers #Ignite for almost two months. Has yet to work consistently for more than a week. Three tech visits, one outside maintenance visit, and here we are with another night of glitchy internet and tv. A premium price for an inconsistent service. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps wow 40 min in to Handmaids Tale and my pvr started to reboot. Too bad nobody thinks to schedule these updates for the middle of the night. Now when I go to watch it on demand I can't fast forward the first 40 min because you don't allow that #nocommonsense

    @RogersHelps Sigh still waiting for @Rogers to address issue. @RogersHelps Doubt you'd be able to help other than provide pre-scripted responses. To reiterate @Rogers should be doing quality service systems testing regularly & when u see an outage address it instead of waiting for a complaint
