@RogersHelps literal photos of technicians entering homes. About to post because your retention team sucks. #ripoff #forgetrogers #bullshit

  • kevin_maltby
Kevin (@kevin_maltby) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

  • bdizzy012
devils12 (@bdizzy012) reported from Brantford, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is a front. Your job is to literally save face on the internet. Rogers needs to step up and take initiative to retain decade long customers rather then forcing them to cancel then pretend they care on the internet.

  • jiminthecage
engagy more better (@jiminthecage) reported from Wilmot Centre, Ontario

@bertrand_boily @CarymaRules @Rogers He's an Idiot with a mega rich father. Eventually his actions will kill more people than the last Idiot with a mega rich father. #MarcoMuzzo

  • ishansa
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps I already have a personal @RogersHelps concierge whom I can call direct for the next few months (no aloof call centers). You really have gotten your customer service setup right. Kudos! I just wish I called you 3 weeks back instead of hoping I'd be saved by the bell.

  • TimJArmstrong
Tim Armstrong (@TimJArmstrong) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Closing in on 72 hours without @rogers service. A large profitable company like @rogers should have a better network deployed that can withstand a windstorm.

  • DavidJLoredan
David J Loredan, UE (@DavidJLoredan) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

  • TimJArmstrong
Tim Armstrong (@TimJArmstrong) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Why can @rogers not post outage information about their service.. it is 2022 and technology should not be a barrier. Maybe it is for @rogers!

  • TheGospelOfChad
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Hey Rogers any idea when I'm going to he able to make a call on my cell? Get your **** together. Maybe time to look into switching to a reliable network like Bell. It's not like I'm trying to return an important call from my doctor or anything. #RogersIsTerrible

  • davecarrol

  • TheGospelOfChad
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

  • GregnKW
Greg Cook 🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@GregnKW) reported from Alpine Village, Ontario

I don't know why the F you can't put SOG on the scroll during OHL games. It's 4 lines of code. I'll do it for you if you need help. Saginaw does it! Get with it. In other news Go @OHLRangers @RogersHelps

  • thechadrsmith
Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

  • ninjachyck
    Cosmochyck (@ninjachyck) reported

@RogersHelps Given it was never printed in the first place, so there should be no fee. You want everyone to go paperless and then don't have the information required. I'll just send CRA to you.

  • FallenStaarrr
    gulab jamun🍉 (@FallenStaarrr) reported

@Rogers wifi has been down for me all week this is getting so frustrating

  • ThisIsMeCassie
    𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩🇨🇦 (@ThisIsMeCassie) reported

@Rogers — As one of Canada’s dominant telecom providers, it’s disappointing that there’s no meaningful recognition or support for the very people who serve and protect this country. Our military members deserve more than silence from companies that benefit from the nation they defend. @coreyhoganyyc is this something that’s on your radar?? My son is stationed in Edmonton and will be going to Latvia I’m looking for a better deal for him and thought that the government might have negotiated something like this when they allow this takeover of Shaw

  • Charlii_aBB
    Charlii (@Charlii_aBB) reported

@RogersHelps Yes but would like confirmation that the SIM card issue is affecting many. Based on other reports I would say yes.

@yyzsportsmedia Jonas you were just posting about @Rogers service. You think they care what fans think of their hires, or the product. Look at the phone, internet, cable service, TV stations, reporters, broadcasters People keep buying what they sell, why make the product better? @sportsnet

  • princepahwa2
    Prince Pahwa (@princepahwa2) reported

@Rogers Why your 1.5Gbps Home Internet plan acts like dialup modem during days. Is it because you don’t care about CSAT or overleveraging infra or both. And play safe under the safety blanket of T&Cs.Come June 26 and I will switch the service.
