I still don’t have my services back. Doubt they’re going to pay the overages on my cellular bill 🙃

Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

Multiple calls per week is bordering on harassment, a complaint has been made with the CRTC.
