    @RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

    @RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

    I called @Rogers last Tuesday and got a deal on a two year contract. Then the phone never showed up. I called again and was told the deal didn’t go through. Called again today and I was given a whole different deal. When I asked for a manager, the agent just hung up on me. Nice..

    @Rogers @EdwardSRogers almost 14 years as a loyal customer, just called to renew, see what deals exist, told nada/nothing just that when the deal expires cost increases. Hmm no loyalty discount at a minimum! Wonder what the competitors will say, prob the same hiding behind covid.

    @RogersHelps An agent canceled my phone number while talking to a different customer. I escalated this to ‘submit a concern’ but no one responded. Fraud team confirmed the voice didn’t match my account. Can someone please reply to me? I have all I #’s from the convos with CS.
