    @RogersHelps, Rogers services not working, must be a day of the week that ends in "y." Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.

    @Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

    @RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

    @melishee @Rogers Their latest update says it was a “software update” that went wrong (my words).. I had a flood and my insurance adjuster was to contact me today!     @wendykrichards @Rogers @RogersHelps I expect it's more that people want the service they are paying for and if Rogers cannot provide it a reimbursement is in order. No one would expect to pay for a product in a store then walk away empty-handed.

    @ScottGeorgeff @KishDean @RogersHelps Probably the single biggest mistake of your life to this point. I was a Rogers customer for 20+ year and never had anything but issues. I went to Bell and made the mistake of coming back when my contract renewed. Biggest Ragret!
