@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

Also, if it’s a one off tech issue with your account that isn’t resolved on the call the rep should be able to provide you with a case #, and get ID# for the call for easy follow up.

@meidasrosie @Rogers I have been having ongoing internet and cable issues for a year and a half. I work from home. Trying to get it fixed is a nightmare. They finally gave me a 4k pvr because none of the ones sent to me worked. We are on a bulk condo package. I got dinged $20 for the box.
