    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Im very disappointed here with your service my home wifi had been down for 2 days and called for help and still not working a technician came change few wires and said it was a back end problem why am I paying bill if im not getting my service working

    @RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.

    @RogersHelps That speed test can’t even connect to Rogers; so it is connecting to Bell server. To make it even worse, home internet is down for over 2 hours and counting . Complained and agent confirmed your old ticket is also open . Phew 😮‍💨

    @RogersHelps @MannySforza If customer support is important to Rogers they would have more support personnel and lower wait times for customers. Do better Rogers.
