    @RogersHelps Notifications don’t mention that the only way to get additional data after going over is by changing my monthly plan. That’s a load of crap to have me upgrade my plan and and pay more monthly. 🍌 @Rogers

    I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

    @kolpanic @Rogers We drove up from the East Coast with no cell service. Fun! I’ve never used Rogers wired service since the cleaning lady at the Rogers HQ unplugged the cable in the 90’s! Thankfully the Tim Hortons truck stops don’t use Rogers either.

    Man. @Rogers my entire street is without wifi and the best your phone representative can say is “A technician will be in the area and will fix it between 24-48 hours” I cant be without internet for 2 days I have work to do and money to make that all depend on the internet
