    @RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

    @RogersHelps Here in Kitchener. N2H2X6. No cable or internet since storm blew through at noon today. And it’s also many of my neighbours. One of your supp people told my neighbour that there were no outages here. WRONG!! What is the problem?? Very frustrated with lack of support.

    @RogersHelps have had no cable or internet in Kitchener since noon when the storm blew in. Power went out for a few seconds but came back on but no cable/internet since. Rogers says there’s no outages. Tell that to all my neighbours. Over 7 hours now. Please fix it!!
