    @Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. It’s 2021, do better!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

    @RogersHelps interestingly I have just spent the last 1/2 hour going back and forth with Kevin on DM and he literally came back to me with " I see you have an appt booked for Friday" which is what my original tweet said! unacceptable @RogersHelps which should be @rogers doesn't help!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @rogers @RogersHelps I am right now with two other neighbourhood Rogers' customers. We are all totally fed up with pixelating, resets and so forth. Time to actively search alternatives. BTW, all of us have talked to Rogers about our problems.

    🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

    @RogersBiz what the hell, I can’t even walk into your stores. Nobody answers phones and I’ve sat here for over half hr and no call back. Rogers you suck. Very bad customer service for such a big company .

    I had the most awful experience with @Bell . Feb 22 I placed an order for multiple services and had nothing but problems. I am unable to get the phones/mobile service I ordered and no one bothered to tell me that til today. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I USED TO BE WITH @RogersHelps

    @Rogers @therealredroses @Rogers I have ignite Internet 500 and since early February, I am dealing with daily intermittent interruptions for few minutes, long enough to impact our work! Unfortunately the tech support wasn’t able to find the reasons. Very disappointed! See DM for case #.
