    @RogersHelps Pretty annoyed that our Roger's Ignite pause live TV won't allow you to pause it for more than 15 mins. It restarts and won't let you repause, so you miss out. Our old PVR let you pause it for hours. And the solution is NOT to record every show I might want to pause.

    @SamsungCanada @Rogers s21 ultra is trash had, it for 2 months, continually crashes, freezes up needing reboot 2 or 3 times a day, headphone adapters only work occasionally, and the service it gets is awful, I hope its defective, cause it's embarrassing if this was your "flagship

    Since @rogers sent me a 10 page survey and i dont want to waste more time than i already to with that company. Here: Service is bare minimum. Prices are obscene. Customer service is absolutely terrible. If there was not such a monopoly in canada bet they lose 80% customers asap.

    @RogersHelps upgraded my phone this past week, and just found out I have a credit limit now, why? In 12 ish years never had a balance or missed payment. Can you look into for me? Called in rep didn't know why. It's silly as with my bill around 400 a month and upfront edge coming

    Upwards of 16 hours trying to upgrade my phone with @RogersHelps Good thing I’ve given this company like $500 every month for basically forever to get this fantastic level of customer service.

    @RogersHelps Rogers internet (Mississauga) has been up and down for days. No explanations other than “it’s not just you, it’s everyone in your neighbourhood” and “we’re working on it”. Oh and now “there’s been a delay in fixing the problem”. 🙄 Did they get hacked or something?

    After being a @TELUS customer for over 20 years, never missing a bill, was treated so poorly by Client Retention I have the wrong coverage and they can't assist me with my device. Hey @Rogers do you still have a mobility group?

    @RogersBiz @caliber_comms This is pure evil and a road we as Canadians should never head down. A good society leads to less crime… you want a camera watching every move… it’s just terrible

    @Rogers installed internet and phone for my in-laws on Friday. Doesn’t work. Number ported over from another provider, now somewhere in limbo (?) so they can’t receive phone calls. Modem can’t be added to account. No internet. No updates. No estimated time or date for fix. Awful.
