@Rogers @RogersHelps every other ****** week there is something wrong with the service. I work from home I don’t have time for it. Why am I paying almost $100/month for this kinda service? Why not go to a cheaper provider and get the same **** service

@RogersHelps Hello, not internet service for almost 3 hours in Barrie (Silver Maple Crescent). Is there an ETR to solve this issue? Hope I’ll see a credit in my Rogers bill for this time without internet service, right? Thank you

@RogersHelps Why bother DM’ing you. You’re going to tell me there’s a support ticket. And legit nothing will change. The problem is there’s zero care or customer accountability. I’ll resolve this the way I know I can control - I’ll switch service providers.

@RogersHelps Rogers continually sends private account information to an unauthorized #. I have tried repeatedly to resolve, if it continues I will need to forward to Privacy Commisioner as a formal complaint.

Hey @RogersHelps, you just lost a customer. Bell will install my new services before your tech will arrive to (maybe?) fix the issues the neighbourhood has had since last week.

@Rogers taking 6 months to fix a ‘72 hour’ issue…couldn’t make it up

Meanwhile, attempting to get @Rogers customer service to help thru a LiveChat failed, because the connectivity from my tethered phone is having latency issues - b/c the internet is down. Which seems like a service problem a phone/cable company should possibly design around?

@tonesmac18 @RogersHelps I think their Cust support team must also be impacted.
