@KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

@RogersHelps @Rogers need help. Employee travelling and only way to contact them is by cell and we are getting a message saying the numbers not assigned but support says they can’t fix it without talking to the employee I can’t contact. #makeitmakesense

@RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

@RogersHelps Doesn’t help - past 2 days no data service from Shaw to Bathurst in the morning

@RogersHelps The quality of your services is decreasing from bad to worst. Kudos for achieving this milestone. I feel uncomfortable to look into a map or link to find out if there is an outage in my area. In 2026, with AI at your fingertips, there must be a smart solution to fix this.

@RogersHelps I am having major issues with my Rogers cell service. 5 times today my phone has gone to emergency calls only. Then it works but I only get <5 Mbps. At other times I get over 150 Mbps. The service is so inconsistent my phone has become unusable for work.
