@_rallycap Ha! On Sunday afternoon the customer service representative in the @Rogers store told me to step outside the Rogers store and call Rogers. When I pointed out that I couldn't because my phone was broken and asked to borrow a phone, the response was no.

@RogersHelps Im with cannet which utilizes your network infrastructure. My modem is fine, it's on your network. Check the comments on the rogers page of the down detector site, I'm not the only one with constant connection issues.

@J_oN_C @RogersHelps I purchased mine through the NHL APP (Google Play) and when I was able to login it kept prompting me to purchase it again. It's obviously something on their end, tired of hearing they'll help.

Of course my @RogersHelps internet is down again. I have to tether my desktop to my Bell phone to do any work. At what point does @RogersHelps start issuing refunds for this crap!
