    (1/2) @RogersHelps I have been having interruptions in my connection for over a week now. I already contacted Rogers FIVE times and I couldn't even get through to a tech support specialist. People keep telling me it takes longer because they have a lot of work.

    @Rogers do you have to try really hard to be the worst company for internet service and customer service or does it just come naturally?

    @Rogers Countless hours on the phone with Rogers. 3 technician visits were I had to make arrangements for a dog sitter for my huge dog. Apparently 10 days without service is it an exscalated issue for Rogers.

    @Rogers I have no internet since Friday night, and can't get a service appointment until Tuesday!? In the meantime, I work from home and have two kids trying to do remote learning.

    @Rogers I asked them to bump someone else who hasn’t been waiting 10 days and give me a sooner appt. they said “oh we can’t do that”. Well you had no problems bumping my appt!!!!!!
