If I was @PierrePoilievre right now..I will be jumping on the @Rogers issue..people are tired of the Monopolies enjoyed by corporations and need competition that will allow innovation #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Rogers @Fidomobile crediting us for just Friday when it was limited service for 3, is blatantly ignoring fault and the disruption it caused for many businesses and individuals. Late communication and still drop the ball, irony for a telecommunication company.

@towhey @Rogers The market is going to punish Rogers handily for the outage. What I WOULD like to know is how Interac doesn't have a redundant system in place. In an industry as heavily regulated as Financial Services, it's actually shocking to me that they have a single point of failure.

On July 8th @Rogers was down for approx 15 hours across Canada. Canadians we left without debit card payment access across Canada. This shows the risks of centralization. The news tried to down play this as not a big deal.

@Rogers should be finding a way to compensate it's customers because they're services have been inconsistent. This outage was just on a larger scale. Lower your fees! Monthly internet service shouldn't cost what it does.
