    @RogersHelps Thanks I checked it and apparently there's a network outage in my area. This is really frustrating! Very unreliable service.

    @RogersHelps, I had an issue with your service last night. I got on chat with a person who couldn't fix the issue, only provide a stop gap solution. He escalated the file up the chain and this morning I find out you have closed my file because you can't pinpoint the cause. 1/2

    @RogersHelps internet down for an hour. Says can’t get signal. Tech support said they will open ticket and have to wait 24-48hrs - but also confirmed service down “in area” but your site says no outages. What’s going on? Another outage…
