@alfweb2490 @RogersHelps Honestly I was a long time Rogers customer and made the switch to Telus mobility in 2018. Best decision I ever made. I have not had any issues between reception to customer service. Rogers for me has always been lacking customer service. They say they care, but do you really ?

@RogersHelps Waivering the bill for that month we were out of service would have been more fair in all honesty. I didn’t even get a decent discount from my bill and yet I’m a very long costumer of rogers. I’m disappointed in Rogers.

  • marieannem Marieanne (@marieannem) reported

@RogersHelps That's too bad, but I will wait and see if that is true for the regular season games! If it is not the case, would I be able to get a full refund? Because that is disappointing if I could not watch the Wpg Jets games...

  • marieannem Marieanne (@marieannem) reported

@RogersHelps that doesnt help because I know that information already which is why i purchased sn now premium, yet it isn't working the way they say it should be.

  • mahtabahmed54 Mahtab Ahmed (@mahtabahmed54) reported

@RogersHelps I have bars and LTE written. Yet no DATA connection. WTH!!!! what’s this service issue?!? Even the app doesn’t work . Couldn’t call family or get updates nothing.

  • paulynarciso Paulo (@paulynarciso) reported

@RogersHelps @nate_lane He’s trying to say that you should have left NHL Live alone. The Sportsnet now package is terrible for any fan of a non Canadian team. There should be an option to select your favourite team, and have them be the first thing you see. NHL Live was for fans who didn’t want cable

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported

Oh good. Our crappy internet service from @Rogers is down again. #bigsurprise.

  • DarkRaine_ DarkRaine (@DarkRaine_) reported

@Rogers Can we atleast get an estimated time when services should be back. I understand a hurricane will take down power for towers but still just want an eta

  • redzsonie sonia (@redzsonie) reported

@RogersHelps I wish you would just make the service that you are providing for such an astronomical price better. I have been a customer for years and you service just keeps getting worst. I rely internet quite often and recently it has been letting me down. Fix your stuff of charge less

  • Exhempshun Sam Kelley 🇨🇦 (@Exhempshun) reported

@Rogers This should have been a yes or no question. Sadly the answer is no. Not a good way to treat customers who were affected by the storm.
