@RogersHelps The sound came back on Global and the picture is again bigger from top to bottom on Global and smaller on CBS. Who is flipping switches there? This really sucks. Do your CEOs in your commercials read these Tweets? They should.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @AboutRogers your customer service has gone from bad to worse. You do not support the paying customer, admit your screwups and actually try to help your customer instead of making them jump through hoops to fix your mistakes. #rogers

@RogersHelps What’s disappointing was two hang ups and they couldn’t answer a billing question. They just shrugged it off. At that moment I decided to cancel my service which I’ve had for close to 15 years. Your loss.

@RogersHelps Unstable connection 1055 Bloor and Tomken Rd area

  • JohnBlundon John Blundon (@JohnBlundon) reported

Looking at switching internet and TV from @Bell_Aliant because it's disgustingly expensive too @Rogers but the fact that Rogers website doesn't work and can't properly select Newfoundland as a province is making me think twice about them as well... Anyone with Rogers? How is it?

  • arrayofone 0xA01 (@arrayofone) reported

The best part about this project is that it works offline. The main motivator to start this was when @Rogers service went out in Canada, disrupting 12 million users. Many of those being businesses, effectively preventing them from accepting digital payments.

  • CazzoMio1 Gennaro Ciro Enzo Luigi Porco Da Merda (@CazzoMio1) reported

@RogersHelps Don’t you guys have some sort of retention plan for your clients? I guess being a customer for 15 years means nothing.
