@RogersHelps I'm paying $350/mth for your garbage service to begin with and not I'm out a days wage because I use my phone for work and have no other option. You need to make this right. Time to bite the bullet and give us something back for this

@RogersHelps I think you owe to your customers across Canada who are all affected by this outage to communicate clearly the nature of the problem and when it might be rectified. People are unable to work or contact family members.
