@RogersHelps Yeah sure. You're service line says 'enter your phone number to be notified when service is restored in your area' but no one calls or texts. I speak with "Anna" the service-bot online, and choose the option to be notified, still no one called or text. So I'm real hopeful here 😑

No internet service at home since Friday with no solution in sight. Why did @Rogers bother signing the building up for a bulk deal forcing their sub par service on us when they can’t even deliver. I’m legit willing to pay extra just to get my old @Bell Fibre service back.

Dad and Mom signed up to get iPhone 12s with Airpods. Order arrives on same day, Mom receives Airpods, but Dad gets told sorry "limited supply". @Roger's call centre can't do anything for a customer since '88, but gives new customer a promo. Loyalty means nothing. @RogersHelps
