    @Rogers could spend the equivalent of the GDP of the USA on ads claiming it cares about service. But I still won’t believe it until a friendly human being answers the phone on the third ring when I call and immediately solves my problem. Good luck with that.

    I was just starting to get into #BachelorInParadise and of course the @Rogers NextBox reboots twice. Seems there’s another #Rogers #outage in our area. I’m not sure they’re living up to their new service level commitments. Oh, and need I mention internet issues? …constant 😤

    @RogersHelps We already confirmed the cable outage in our area after calling your 1-800 number. Guess we just have to be patient. But patience only lasts so long.

    @RogersHelps Doom Patrol episode 7 season 3 is missing On Rogers/Crave and has been for weeks. Can you please fix it. While at it, can you have some periodic checks against your feeds to catch what's missing - a few shows are missing episodes.

    Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.
