@RogersHelps I've sent the DM already, but surely your company knows if there's an outage in the area. So far it seems as if GTA is affected as well after doing some research. It'd be nice if you could answer directly and honestly to there being an outage, and when it can be fixed.

@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?

@Rogers 2.5 hours in, no resolution to cell phone problems. Get a ticket and call back in 24-48 hours and maybe we will have a solution for you!!! Great service!!!

Yesterday,after 25 yrs of being likely their last, loyal customer,we finally switched my moms' archaic satellite services (#Fibe isn't available in her area) from @Bell to @Rogers #Ignite🔥& couldn't be happier!Better picture, faster & reliable Wifi,& $160 cheaper!#maketheswitch

@Rogers once again worst customer support ever. Just trying to link my daughters birthday Apple Watch to cell phone. Now 2 hours in and no one can say why or how I can change my cell phone plan!!! Time to look at another provider?? Anyone got suggestions for provider in Canada?

So our internet went down here in #OldSouth #ldnont for 4 hours. I just lost the majority of the ‘work day’ due to @RogersHelps. It’s not the end of the world... I’ll work into the evening to make up the time. But I’m SERIOUSlY feeling the stress. #LearnAtHome

@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!
