Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.
-
Sara Gilbert (@Striker9) reported from London, OntarioAnother Friday, another #Rogers internet outage. It's amazing - I actually made it a whole 2-weeks without having to call @RogersHelps for assistance. I was assured that "work in my area" had addressed the issue - Guess not. It's fine, I'll tell my employer to wait . . . Again.
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioNow that I can, I have this to say to @Rogers: **** you. ****. You. You crippled the country yesterday and you can't figure out why and you are no doubt shoring up the legal barricades against the coming storm of lawsuits. And yet you want to have everything, run everything 1/

PC (@pcreight88s) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps We called two weeks ago about service. We were advised there were community issues affecting service; you would investigate and correct. received text past three days all had been addressed. Service tonight says otherwise NOT GOOD

Just truly amazing customer service in my opinion.
-
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

-
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.
-

-
🇨🇦 Shonna 💜TAEMate💎6v6🐥 (@shonna_74) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps The sad part s that your support model changed and has gone completely backwards. On hold for hours, with CSR for hours, on hold 45 mind, xfer twice. The call dropped 3 times! He called me back twice and not the 3rd time. So 3.5 hours wasted. Again! Please help me!
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps 5.5 hours outage while I work from home = real income loss (~$250). Final resolution from Rogers Communications = $2 credit. This doesn’t reflect the real impact.
-
huh (@justatalost) reported@LindsayDunnTV Everything in this country is straight garbage. Thats what happens when you have every telecommunications with only 2 companies. Do better @Rogers @Bell
-
Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@RogersHelps I got through to a tech after 1 hr & 15 min, was told known outage in area from Aug 17 at 3 pm till tomorrow Aug 18 at 6 pm. Tech didn’t bother to offer any help or investigation noting my history. Tech should be invested in customer service.
-
Stephen Jackman (@SteveJackman) reportedHow in the world did the @CRTCeng allow @Rogers to buy Shaw??? You’re supposed to protect Canadians it’s your only mandate. The service quality is down the shitter in BC on Rogers(Shaw) Internet. Frequent volume changes on upstream and downstream signals. Automated AI support bots that don’t do **** for anyone. There had to be some back room bribes to allow this farcical deal go through.
-
Mrs. Junko Whittman (Vox's Wife) (@MrsJunkoLuthor) reported@Rogers FIX YOUR GOD DAMN ******* **** *** WIFI FOR **** SAKE!!!!
-
CptNash (@CptNash2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because since 2008,many companies were offered outsourcing financial incentives and generous tax breaks. I personally was on a team that closed a contact centre in Canada to relocate to the Philippines. I can tell you that it has nothing to do with superior customer experiences.
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
-
ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?
-
BBrewda (@BBrewda) reported@RogersHelps But why did you guys hang up on me? Like, why wasn't I still left in the queue? None of this makes sense and displays really poor respect to your clients. I would like someone to call ME when they have a chance to discuss my plans. Thanks. I can DM my phone number if needed.
