Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported from London, OntarioAnd Tony, your comment that you can't help people to change subscribers is bs. If you are not happy with @Rogers, first find another provider. TAlk to them about how to switch. Then Unsubscribe from Rogers & join the network you trust more.

Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported from London, Ontario@Rogers @CRTC Promises you can't control, Mr. Staffieri. Canadians rely on Banking & Interac. I ask the CRTC to ensure that Interac is re-routed so we never face a Serious Shut down again.

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
eliz (@Eezeetwitt) reported@RogersHelps cell service there but still NO INTERNET
-
Sean Michelin (@sean_michelin) reportedTweet your MP and tell them you want the @rogers buyout of @ShawInfo stopped by the @CRTCeng!!! This outage shows they dont invest enough in their own infrastructure, instead focusing on acquisitions to improve their monopoly of lacklustre service.
-
Shelby Burns (@Shelbz31) reported@RogersHelps My service came back on about 2 1/2 hours ago. What I want to know is why this happened?? Stop with the copy & paste answers and provide transparency
-
Munkey Knuckle (@knuckle_munkey) reported@AmeyNo @RogersHelps @Rogers So I guess since you have fully restored service I should be happy and rogers job is done? Myopic point of view eh. Not sure what you thought your little response was worth but now I will turn my ire towards the ridiculous comment by you
-
Azeem Ahmed (@Azeeu) reported@RogersHelps Wifi internet outage still going on in L5M postal
-
Amanda Parsons (M.ED) (@Amanda_Parsons) reported@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.
-
Trevor Wolfe (@PhysicsIsMyGame) reported@RogersHelps At this point, y'all could provide me with free services and I'd still cancel.
-
Jay Michael Bolton (@JayMBolton) reported@dunebud @funlover1999 @RogersHelps It’s truly an impressive fix. Could have very easily lasted days/weeks if they didn’t have an EXTREMLY up to date backup of the database. They must have suspected the update could break things. All in all, they deserve a bonus and paid time off.
-
Erika Patterson (@ErikaPa25192492) reported@chabot_liam @BryanGPark @RogersHelps I think they will care if the impact is enough to damage their revenue. Shrugs. And I think they will care when the media hears from the millions of disgruntled customers that lost hundreds to thousands of dollars, or couldn’t contact sick family members, etc! We make them
-
Drew (@drewzhouse) reported@RogersHelps Well, some people actually depend on their cell phones for work purposes. People should be compensated. You can’t claim to be the most dependable network anymore.
