Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @c_lphillips Done that numerous times, not working. Honestly, you don’t think that’s the first thing we try? How stupid do you think we are? No, don’t answer that

  • KeepemReal

@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

  • marathonitca
Rob Pelletier (@marathonitca) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Not impressed. 4 days into this and you still haven’t got the TV service operational. Can’t even reach support “We’re busy, try again later.”

  • mikechabot416
Mike Chabot (@mikechabot416) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

  • joelcadams
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario

@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

  • rangerwyld
Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers @CRTC Promises you can't control, Mr. Staffieri. Canadians rely on Banking & Interac. I ask the CRTC to ensure that Interac is re-routed so we never face a Serious Shut down again.

  • apelipiak

@rhorner82 @Rogers Likely related to the traffic accident that caused power outage yesterday in the Pond Mills Area, but Rogers seems reluctant to admit it

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

Just got an email from @RogersHelps apologizing for issues with my tv service this afternoon. I wasn’t home, so I wasn’t aware there were issues, but I appreciate the apology nonetheless Rogers

@RogersHelps @boz_sav Please stop posting this canned garbage. We’re sick of seeing generic cookie cutter responses. It does a disservice to us and to you

  • ChesterSzypula
Chester Szypula (@ChesterSzypula) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps when is service expected to be back up?

  • SomiaGrooves
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps I filled out & sent the form back. Her phone and internet went down again last night. Someone needs to fix this & compensate her. She needs to be able to call 911 & have a reliable phone connection . 2 years this has been happening

  • OBrienBarbaraM
Barb O'Brien (@OBrienBarbaraM) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps You have been to my house too many times....and no one has fixed the issue!

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?

  • Taurus4u79
stephb79 (@Taurus4u79) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am getting frustrated with my internet problem since I’ve moved in now 2 weeks. It’s been lagging a lot . Even my iPhone has been even off my wifi . I call in and someone comes out says to upgrade ! I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work properly

  • kimcrawford_spn
Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers you suck! Ignite at night sucks. You can’t keep us connected for even one whole night. Looking to leave soon. Why pay for such a poor service. #donewithrogersignite

  • cedavidson
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

@Rogers soooo you take the nhl broadcasts off cbc... only for us to have to deal with **** from sports net broadcasters.... thank christ for mute... cant stand the play by play folks you hire... always so biased against anyteam that isn't toronto or the hasbeens.

  • YearOldOnTwit
A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported

@AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.

  • lakelikeglass19
    Ryan A (@lakelikeglass19) reported

@RogersHelps @Bratt_world Sportsnet+ is an awful and unusable product.

  • JamesonCanada
    Jameson Armstrong (@JamesonCanada) reported

@Baking_Biscuits @Berniceness @Rogers The company I currently work for fired around 100 Canadian and American developers and replaced them with Indians, who's code quality is horrible, they don't understand basic concepts of how computers work and constantly pump out AI slop that doesn't work.

  • Innes_lifestyle
    Chris (@Innes_lifestyle) reported

@RogersHelps @nestapendragon This is ridiculous. If your tech cut the lines, he can easily splice them. You can not damage service and simply leave it. I, as the lead telecom tech for a major city, would never conduct myself with this egregious level of unprofessionalism. How low can you go Rogers?

  • KNLCBD
    KNLCBD (@KNLCBD) reported

In Canada the most difficult part of any move is the major **** around you get by your internet/phone provider trying to notify them to cancel. Power a 2 min questionnaire. Gas a 2 min questionnaire. Well done squad @Rogers @Bell your what makes Canada great.

  • soobird26
    Sue Leith (@soobird26) reported

@Rogers @TSN_Sports @CBC Soooo….Rogers, you’ll be carrying the NHL games and playoffs for free then? Just as all Canadians have been used to for 70 years? You wouldn’t take that away from us, would you? That would be bad form. And bad for your reputation.
