@8675309debbie @saltaf01 @RogersHelps Oh yes! It can be painful. The others are no better, at best crap in different ways.

  • CourtinCanada
Courtney in Canada (@CourtinCanada) reported from London, Ontario

When you reach out to @RogersHelps and it seems the customer service rep helping you left for break without actually helping you 😤

  • Taurus4u79

@RogersHelps I am getting frustrated with my internet problem since I’ve moved in now 2 weeks. It’s been lagging a lot . Even my iPhone has been even off my wifi . I call in and someone comes out says to upgrade ! I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work properly

  • kimcrawford_spn
Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps you suck! Ignite sucks. You can’t maintain our service. What am I paying almost $300 a month for? Planning to leave because you can’t keep ignite connected at night. I have been up all night and can’t keep you going. #rogersignitesucks

  • inkscrblr
Paula Schuck (@inkscrblr) reported from London, Ontario

When you wake up, sit down for coffee and see that your phone service has one bar. One. In 2022 after a snowstorm. Why @Rogers?

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps on day four and my tv STILL isn’t working properly. Keeps freezing and skipping. Sent a DM last night, never received a reply

  • KeepemReal
Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!

  • tristarmon
Trista 💛🐧🏒 (@tristarmon) reported from London, Ontario

After 45 minutes of computer updates, my internet goes down. Thanks @Rogers 🙃

  • wendysland

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

  • monark_23
Monark Brahmbhatt (@monark_23) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers how many lies.. such a disgrace of a service you provide

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@rouquinne @RogersHelps I know! I was looking forward to that as well. Do you have ignite by chance? It seems to be a problem with that system

  • robert_gros
Robert Gros (@robert_gros) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps I’m having no ignite internet, TV or home phone in Strathroy. Can you confirm if there is a #rogers #outage in the area? Is Rogers #down?

  • rangerwyld
Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers @CRTC Promises you can't control, Mr. Staffieri. Canadians rely on Banking & Interac. I ask the CRTC to ensure that Interac is re-routed so we never face a Serious Shut down again.

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps You misunderstand, I don’t need help with Rome like home, I was just replying to your post about the canada/USA plan, saying roam like home is supposed to do that already

  • SpacedOutHusky
Apollo 🇺🇦 ➡️ MFF (@SpacedOutHusky) reported from London, Ontario

Thanks to @LondonHydro for working to get our power back! Can't say the same for internet providers who are now claiming there's no issue. Looking at you @Rogers and @RogersHelps

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Will customers be reimbursed for this outage that have cell, home phone, internet & Ignite TV? That equates to about $19 or more per day for some!

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps what kind of customer service is that when I call tech support to report an issue with my tv, and the recording says they’re too busy to take my call right now?

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • imthedarkknight
    Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported

@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

  • o0CyberFreak0o
    CyFr 🇨🇦💙💛 (@o0CyberFreak0o) reported

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers As much as setting up cancelations early is peace of mind that you've taken care of incidentals. The truth of the matter is you almost never want to call in order to cancel until the new services are ready.

  • GrahamHaigh
    Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported

@RogersHelps Boo… that’s been the problem. It’s so hard to navigate to get to the tech support team.

  • Puff23138399649
    Jax (@Puff23138399649) reported

@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

  • GrahamHaigh
    Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported

@RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. I’m a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

  • Earthoak01
    Rhaimon (@Earthoak01) reported

@SportsnetPR @Rogers and @Sportsnet never cared about Canadians and this should confirm it for even people with their head in the sand.

  • Kevin_Salmon12
    Kevin Salmon (@Kevin_Salmon12) reported

@RogersHelps That’s fair and I did call but I was on hold. For the cost of service + my needs it’s not performing. I never had any issues with cable until the galaxy boxes were introduced and now this happens. Maybe wifi signal for cable isn’t the way to go

  • umakant_saini
    Umakant Saini (@umakant_saini) reported

@RogersHelps I got connected and all the agent said he can’t help it. What should I do now, use consumer form or CCTS?

  • ohsoobvious
    ms.mom (@ohsoobvious) reported

@jodyvance @TELUS Seems like @Rogers or Shaw is just as bad. They both suck.

  • LYF38
    SaintHavoc🇺🇦 (@LYF38) reported

@RogersHelps @Bratt_world Or even more reason to just find free streams online and not to have to pay for gouged monopoly pricing that delivers a bad product for sake of maximizing profit
