Lucky 🤞 (@LuckyOnSunday) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!
-
Zach Engel (@Zach_Engel) reported from London, Ontario@academyb612 @ThomasRVPE @LndOntRetweets @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz @FidoSolutions even went out of there way to add a 24 month discount to my home internet plan when they failed to changed it when they said they would. Just truly amazing customer service in my opinion.

Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.
-
Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario@Rogers you suck! Ignite at night sucks. You can’t keep us connected for even one whole night. Looking to leave soon. Why pay for such a poor service. #donewithrogersignite

Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Option 1: Rogers corrects the billing error and charges me only the amount that was stated in the original offer and agreement. Option 2: Rogers refunds the incorrect charges, including the connection fee. I will then cancel the service and switch to a different service provider.
