Now that I can, I have this to say to @Rogers: **** you. ****. You. You crippled the country yesterday and you can't figure out why and you are no doubt shoring up the legal barricades against the coming storm of lawsuits. And yet you want to have everything, run everything 1/

@RogersHelps @boz_sav Please stop posting this canned garbage. We’re sick of seeing generic cookie cutter responses. It does a disservice to us and to you

Thanks to @LondonHydro for working to get our power back! Can't say the same for internet providers who are now claiming there's no issue. Looking at you @Rogers and @RogersHelps

@rouquinne @RogersHelps I know! I was looking forward to that as well. Do you have ignite by chance? It seems to be a problem with that system

  • MarcWatson8
Marc Waston (@MarcWatson8) reported from London, Ontario

@Rogers so now after the Technician leaves we have no internet and no cable. Technician never told us we would be out of internet for 24-48 as the system will "reset itself". Called technical support and they haven't done anything for us. We need the internet for work.

@RogersHelps you suck! Ignite sucks. You can’t maintain our service. What am I paying almost $300 a month for? Planning to leave because you can’t keep ignite connected at night. I have been up all night and can’t keep you going. #rogersignitesucks

@academyb612 @ThomasRVPE @LndOntRetweets @Rogers @TekSavvyBuzz @FidoSolutions even went out of there way to add a 24 month discount to my home internet plan when they failed to changed it when they said they would. Just truly amazing customer service in my opinion.

  • cedavidson
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps My only issue was the link didn’t take me to an active list of outages, just a pinned forum post.

  • SomiaGrooves
Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous it over 6 hours of texting with some guy yesterday, only to be asked what's the phone number again you're calling about in the same stupid conversation with you guys. If something happens again to my elderly mother & she can't call 911 again....I need to speak

  • PatriciaHitchon
Patricia Hitchon (@PatriciaHitchon) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps We are still having problems w/ ignite TV freezing & volume cut out. This is Wednesday - Are we ever going to get our service back? I agree 5 day refund isn’t enough.

  • MarkAntone15
Mark Antone (@MarkAntone15) reported from Cleardale, Ontario

@RogersHelps gotta love my internet going down 6 times in a single night. Absolute top tier service. Gotta love paying my hard earned money to get absolutely nothing out of it. The service rogers has and it’s lack of support should be illegal for the prices we pay

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?

  • Taurus4u79
stephb79 (@Taurus4u79) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps I am getting frustrated with my internet problem since I’ve moved in now 2 weeks. It’s been lagging a lot . Even my iPhone has been even off my wifi . I call in and someone comes out says to upgrade ! I’m paying for a service that doesn’t work properly

  • UWO_Gen_Sx_PD
Dr. Michael Ott (@UWO_Gen_Sx_PD) reported from London, Ontario

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

  • jzsingh91
    Jaskaran Singh (@jzsingh91) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Don’t you think I have tried calling the move department a few times! Tagging you on socials is the last thing I wanted to do. What is your policy if the new address is non-serviceable and the customer has an existing contract with rogers?

  • gareeves
    Gail Reeves Reid (@gareeves) reported

@RogersHelps Is there a way I can get a callback? Waiting 20 minutes without speaking with someone is unacceptable especially when calling after hours? This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL

  • 0baid0mer
    Obaid (@0baid0mer) reported

@RogersHelps @melaniejoly Rogers customer service wait times of over 3 hours are unacceptable. Canadians pay premium prices for telecom services but struggle to get basic customer support. Please take action to improve accountability and service standards in the telecom industry.

  • YaYa_Icy
    Yaya Icy O ❄️❄️ (@YaYa_Icy) reported

@RogersHelps No it doesn’t help. It was marketed as an employee discount with a code. When you put in code till you checkout, it doesn’t state there will be a charge. Till I got my bill, I didn’t know and the program provides no discounts!

  • briangm11
    BrianM (@briangm11) reported

@TorontoStar Such a bad team this year. No better next year, either as all responsible are on long contracts and @Rogers is laughing all the way to the bank with 41,000 tickets sold for every game!

  • nwerddere
    angel (@nwerddere) reported

Your employee just told me to go **** myself @Rogers

  • alancross
    Alan Cross 🇨🇦 (@alancross) reported

Hey @Rogers ! I’ve spent FIVE HOURS on the phone today (mostly on hold) trying to book a service call for my Rogers home security. I’ve been transferred 7 times and had the call drop twice. Your customer service is ABYSMAL!

  • robinandamelia
    Robin Brunet (@robinandamelia) reported

@RogersHelps On hold over half an hour already. Want to report outage. This was not at all helpful. Tried resetting a dozen times at least

  • DJMayDaze
    May Daze (@DJMayDaze) reported

@RogersHelps Other companies don't do that. It's too bad you are the only service in my area.

  • LynnePelser
    Lynne Pelser (@LynnePelser) reported

@alancross @Rogers I think their consistently long waits and poor customer service, are intentional. That way, customers simply don’t call. @Rogers is a communication company. If they wanted to provide better service, they would.
