    @sssssssssierra @Rogers i always get screwed with fido with these messages, never cancels and once it even added 1.5gb twice for almost two months lol! best thing is to call

    @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

    Everytime you call @Rogers /shaw … it’s a nightmare of AI… 1-1 1/2 hr wait on hold. Worst company ever!!!!!!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    My @Shawhelp @RogersHelps cable boxes are not working. I don't think the internet is consistent either. Ever since the forced 'upgrade' from Shaw to Rogers hardware. I need a service tech on site to fix this problem. Loyal customer for over 20 years.
