    Im on hold with @Rogers and they have the most annoying hold music. But here is a thread on how we got con by #rogers #Telecom ๐Ÿงต โ€ข We are still dealing with them for an issue that happened last christmas eve.

    @sssssssssierra @Rogers i always get screwed with fido with these messages, never cancels and once it even added 1.5gb twice for almost two months lol! best thing is to call

    @MikeDelpieroX @RogersHelps @Rogers Iโ€™ll be reaching out to Bell following my call to see what they have to offer. Also to the CCTS to ask about options of getting out of a contract due to poor service. If Bell will offer me a significant enough discount, I might eat the cancellation fee.

    In case you're wondering about your Internet, phone service or TV service not working, flooding has created issues for @TELUS customers in the downtown area and for @Rogers customers, in the Greisbach, Londonderry and Beaumaris lake areas. Check their websites for more details #Yeg

    @patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers The really sad part is when you do get through you are guaranteed to talk to a foreigner. The other day I got a Moroccan in Regina! WTF Canadian companies should hire some white English speaking workers.

    I called Rogers on June 22 to cancel my internet effective July 2. Rogers sent me a gateway return label on June 23 and confirmed receipt on July 13. On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers

    @REWoman @Rogers True story....I said some horrible things to them that I'll have to take up with Saint Peter when my time comes. ๐Ÿ™ BTW....@HydroGraphInc announced their gas partnership with Western yesterday. There's an 8:30AM conference call tomorrow morning you should listen in on.

    @RogersHelps I've never experienced such poor service from Rogers until the past few months. I've called several times trying to resolve issues and get nothing but run around. I'm done. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.
