Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedAs is usually the case with @Rogers @RogersHelps, I was on the phone trying to get through to technical support for close to an hour and, while on hold, used their Online Chat and arranged in just a couple of minutes to get a service appointment all while still on hold. Their telephone help line is useless. Don’t even bother. Use their online chat.

Cal Lindsay (@Cal495) reported@RogersHelps Would removing the pod while printing remove the problem? We have a split level house and without the pod, my son in the basement has no wifi. So removing the pod entirely is not a long term solution.

But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? 🤔
