I've been on the phone for an hour on a Saturday morning to cancel a service I DID NOT ORDER. Now apparently my original service price is no longer available. ITS A SCAM to raise prices.

Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!

They let go almost all of their customer service staff last year and contracted out the work to 3rd world counties which is why their customer service went from the best to the worst out there. After 48 years a recently cancelled all my Roger’s services because of BS
