Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, OntarioEven 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

Steve Young (@steveyoungg) reported from Essex, Ontario@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.
-
Cynthia Lane (@macgurkus) reported from Windsor, Ontario@AboutRogers @Rogers Rogers and @UPS were an epic fail in customer service today.
-
Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

D (@OllKorrect_eh) reported@Karen22912 I cannot wait to talk to @Rogers about my plan and see what bs excuses they give me to not lower and change it. @CRTCeng needs to step in a bring down these corrupt companies who are literally sucking us dry for something thats not a luxury or an option but a necessity now

Andrew d. (@Werdnah) reported@Rogers It’s absolutely inexcusable how LITTLE your company actually gives a **** about customer experience outside of anything related to the Jays. Just take your customers’ money & provide ZERO “give a ****” when a customer has an issue or opts to leave for another company.

Harry (@Harry22202683) reported@RogersHelps I have no cellphone service hence I am unable to call customer service to understand what is happening. I tried to use Rogers Business chat and that is unavailable as well. I am currently completely stranded. Please help

alex🛫 (@idkallex) reported@wiseguy_ocb @Rogers Oh dont even get me started. This **** internet comes in at SIXTY canadian dollars a month MINIMUM (abt the same AUD)

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

Rick Blaine (@JayJjtml555) reported@RogersHelps ..Seems like an oxymoron..'Rogers helps' ya ..ok..well I am trying to rent an extra box [AND GIVE YOU MORE MONEY..as my bill will now be well over 200 a month for my phone , email and tv..but obviously they do not need the money hence their customer service is such **** as you can't do so many things online as their tech is antiquated and waiting for hours to speak to someone is what they want you to do....My time is worth more than that ..Last time when I got messed around on here by them..I simply sent a message to some VP of Rogers who is on Linkedin, told him what I needed and he had someone call me within 20 minutes and I had the new box couriered to me in 2 days..at no cost to me...[for the shipping]...So tips to all that continue to get the horrid Rogers experience..go to linkedin and send messages to every Rogers employee listed, regardless of what their title or where they are..I guarantee within minutes you will be contacted and your concern will be taken care of....

Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reportedCan anyone suggest a cell phone company that isn't @Bell or @Rogers so I can get competent customer service? I'm tired to being lied to and taken for a fool with bullshit misinformation about monthly billing?
-
SC (@frgoalie) reported@RogersHelps there has been an outage in East Gwillimbury, ON for several hours (12+ hours) when will service be restored and will we be compensated for the loss of service time?

Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.
