Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.

Kerina (@kerina_14) reported@RogersHelps I've been trying to do this since May 14. Instead my plan automatically changed and my new bill is over 100$ more. Its not working and when I try and contact someone to make the change the chat ends or drops just as they are about to change it. Funny coincidence
