@RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

So @RogersHelps sent us a new modem and our wifi worked for 0.5 seconds. In that 0.5 seconds, we upgraded the speed. They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers your level 1 support is utterly useless, I know they have scripts to follow, but going around in circles and having to repeat what I say is getting tiring. Random intermittent connection drops are getting tiring. Disable OFDMA its breaking your network!

Last night I tried watching the maple leafs game here in Ottawa. I pay for NHL centre ice with Rogers. Normally Leafs games are on channel 451 but even that was blacked out. Why? @rogers @MapleLeafs I pay a lot for that service, this is first time it’s been fully blacked out
