    So @RogersHelps sent us a new modem and our wifi worked for 0.5 seconds. In that 0.5 seconds, we upgraded the speed. They warned us that the connection would be temporarily gone while our wifi upgraded, but would eventually come back. Guess whose internet never came back?? 🥺

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without service since 10:30 this morning. I’ve received emails stating that things are up and running but it’s still not working. This is unacceptable during these hard times when people need internet services for their work from home jobs.

    I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

    The @Rogers Ignite system is a terrible idea. Sending all cable tv and internet data through one access point was not exactly brilliant. Ever heard of a thing called bandwidth?

    @RogersHelps I'm having net issues from last week. Called 3/4 times to your tech support, they send technician to my home twice to fix, changed my modem but problem still there. 1 TS told me to inform about the wire coming from the pole to my home is really old & doesn't....
