    @RogersHelps The phone seems to work for now but when attempting to sign in on my laptop and following the steps. After logging in ,It transfers me to a page asking me to purchase my subscription again

    @RogersHelps It seems to only affect live games. And I've tried with data and multiple Wi-Fi sources with the same issue occuring

    @RogersHelps I unplugged the modem and plugged it back in for the third time. Seems to be back up. This service is inconsistent at best.

    @680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

    @Rogers pretty sad getting bounced from one operator to another. English should be required as a first language if you're working the phones! Wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to change a service and poof...they dropped the call. Well done @rogers Time to cancel everything!

    @rogers @shaw your customer service is garbage. I was promised a 1 minute wait, and waited for 45 minutes before I hung up. Fix your goddamn problems or I am moving to somebody who actually knows how to do customer service

    @RogersHelps @Rogers this does not give me confidence in your services. When I got Bell internet installed, they actually sent someone to install the internet so I can use it. Also I booked this installation months ago because I need it done today. I am not a happy customer.
