    @RogersHelps Notifications don’t mention that the only way to get additional data after going over is by changing my monthly plan. That’s a load of crap to have me upgrade my plan and and pay more monthly. 🍌 @Rogers

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @RogersHelps sheer waste of time, your customer service drop the call midway after 2.15hr. Didn’t even get time to show my annoyance. Your DM help was as useless,would suggest to all never think enrolling to Rogers network. The brand service is literally crap

    I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

    @RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

    @Rogers sucks. I just spent 3 hours sitting on hold to chat with technical support. I got up to #2 in line when they ended the chat. When I logged back in I was 65th in line. The only thing worse than Rogers is Doug Ford's Health care. Seems like Ford and Rogers are related!
