@RogersHelps I am on a Rogers cell plan. For whatever reason service has gotten significantly worse in my area this week, whether I am in town or not.

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

@RogersHelps my internet has been dropping for 3 days. Just spoke to tech support and they opened a ticket. That doesn’t help the two businesses that rely on this service. Currently experiencing NO service. Do you care?

Anyone considering @rogers upfront edge program should think twice. They refused to accept my phone return at a store, told me I had to call for a return kit, which they never sent. They make it as hard as possible to return your phone so they can charge you for the remainder.
