@RogersHelps I scheduled 2 appointments to set up the smart home monitoring system one they didn’t show up and the other they were out of parts! We called Rogers to reschedule and the service rep said “Rogers does not have alarm systems” … is this a joke?

@RogersHelps Cable completely went off at 9:55 tonight. AGAIN. Now it's all the channels, digital AND analog boxes. North York. You just restored a bunch of my TV channels on Friday, three days after that problem started. What gives???

@Rogers I have now calle twice for a return package for my cell phone. The original package had no suite number, 2nd I have been waiting more than week. No requesting another one. My last 2 calls I have been on hold for more than 30 mins combined. This absolutely horrible!!
