@RogersHelps I have sent DM's. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone tonight. No one has any answers. It is unbelievable that company of this magnitude can't justify a bill. A customer for 2 months and already disgusted with level of service.

@RogersHelps May 4th. Having internet issues. Is the server down ?? Please respond ASAP as your customer service people don't know anything on the phone or chat. My mom's and my internet is super low speeds. Can't do anything

@RogersHelps @Rogers Over 40 minutes on hold, got to speak to someone only to have the system frozen so that she couldn’t hear me. I could hear her. Left me hanging while she arranged her break, went on break, then I hung up with no resolution to my concern.
