    I can safely say @Rogers @RogersHelps is hands down the most incompetent group of collective individuals when it comes to cable TV support. 5 calls... 1 DOA box... 3 hangup... and still no service. @TedRogersFund -- Give ur reps a raise or hire people that can do the job.

    @RogersHelps your IVR is exhausting, by the time i reach what i want ive spent extensive amount of MY time Stop dumpling advertising or giving useless info on your IVR.. Im stressed out now b/c all the time i waisted #fail

    Wow @RogersHelps I have been a loyal customer for over 14 yrs. Received our monthly invoice for our 4 devices. Shocked & surprised to have a total of only $13 credit between all devices for the April 19th full service interruption. Three users had to use a day off due to this.
