    @Rogers That’s fantastic. Thanks for the clarification. Although one does wonder why they weren’t simply applied to all accounts shortly after the announcement. Is there a reason that customers have to wait TWO billing cycles AFTER the network failure and subsequent announcement?

    Im not a @Rogers customer but ever since the #rogersoutrage cyberattack im noticing that the data network speeds are chopped in half or often non existent, im getting tons of dropped calls and delayed incoming and outgoing texts. Anyone else noticing this?

    @BNNBloomberg @CRTCeng has to put stronger policies from the outage from @Rogers cause they don't seem not what they're doing just making up excuses & no real plans to stop the next outage in Canada. #rogersoutage
