    @RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

    @RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

    @RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

    Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

    @RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

    But that BREAKS an awful lot of EXISTING device configurations @Rogers. You want to offer a new feature, great. Good for you! But to break things, at scale, by default is a very poor decision.

    @RogersHelps No it's been bad for weeks. We moved back to the area and the wireless network is atrocious. It constantly fluctuates between LTE, 4G, even saw E/3G! Occasionally, when we see the 5G icon on top of the phone, we still get ridiculously slow speed of 2 Mbps!

    Such disappointment that @Rogers internet can't keep up with 3M upload livestream to @twitch on a 10M upload plan. Looking at the traceroute, they's got a routing issue but it's not like they're going to listen to me...

    @RogersHelps I am having issues watching the Edmonton oilers play. I live in Downtown Ottawa and the following game are being blacked out Edmonton V Toronto, Edmonton V Ottawa, Edmonton V Montreal. It was my understaning that only Ottawa games would be blacked out 1/2

    @Rogers said they fixed issue. Well its still happening. This will be the 7th or 8th time this month I've had to call technical support and start the story from scratch. They still won't send a technician. Please fix your **** Rogers. FFS! At this point we expect refund or credit

    @samanthadjb @RogersHelps Ridiculous. They’re forcing everyone to change over and saying its such a great service. Clearly alot of unhappy customers are clogging their lines. Last rep said the direct line i was given *was* for ignite but switched to billing. They’re not giving it out. Lol

    @RogersHelps I did notice it says a picture of your pre-order but when I pre-ordered online I never did get an email confirmation at all?? It charged my my current buyout which is a credit on my account but that's all I have...
