@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

@RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@David_Moscrop @RogersHelps I likewise get charges for US texts that have never occurred but @RogersHelps does not help. If you don’t mind spending 45 minutes on the phone to be told to call another number that won’t answer at all, then go ahead and follow up. I can tell you Bell is NOT better.

@dishesdish @David_Moscrop @RogersHelps The issue is that there are no texts to the US. If you are within 10km of the US border Rogers switches you to a US tower and charges you. From across the lake, for instance.

So we finally figured out what happened with my internet. 4 years ago there was a car accident that damaged the rogers box in my area. They did a poor job repairing it. 4 years of plenty of calls, arguments, techs coming out and they didn't look until now. @Rogers

@RogersHelps I’ve been talking with them and they can’t find the issue as well. And I only notice this issue on cellular calls. When I make FaceTime or WhatsApp calls my audio is fine.
