@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

Hey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

@RogersHelps DM’d you my a/c#. My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

@AboutRogers @Rogers My service came back for an hour…between 7 and 8pm. The “all good” status on the modem has been there since last night. I hope there’s testing being done to ensure the service is truly restored for everyone. Stuck here sitting on my hands waiting.
