KaylaChristina (@kaylacforget_) reported from Kitchener, OntarioFor the amount of times service has gone down (and long periods of time) this week in my area, @Rogers should be offering their customers a bill credit....yeah right 🤣 PS. Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?
-
JayGen 𝕏 er🇨🇦 (@JayGenXer) reportedWOW @Rogers 1.5 hours on HOLD and I haven't EVEN SPOKEN TO A PERSON! PATHETIC SERVICE !!!
-
Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported@RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedHi @Grok, Did a Rogers technician, Keith White, die after falling from a ladder while replacing an aerial cable at a customer's home. Did a federal safety officer later find that @Rogers had failed to implement and monitor its preventive-maintenance program for workplace hazards?
-
Rita (@ritasummerstar) reported@RogersHelps you just disconnect calls now and tell customers to call back later? What ******** kind of customer service is that?
