@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Overloaded cable networks are a real issue and the regulatory imbalance rendering fibre inaccessible exacerbâtes the issues. If you have unreliable cable in the peak hours, a DSL connection would likely solve your problems.

@tonih_78 @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps We just got a new line — they left the junction box open for days. Then it got worse. Truly stunning ****.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Similar happened to me years ago but w/ Videotron. We'd lose internet out of nowhere for sometimes hours at a time. After years of frustrating calls w them & a new modem, we finally got a tech who wasn't lazy & changed the exterior cable. Problem solved. Good luck.

Hey @Rogers you would think after the month that you’ve had that your support line would do better than to say “I can’t help” and disconnect with no explanation.

@Rogers worst service ever!! You have been doing planned maintenance since 2pm yesterday and still won’t be up for another 24 hours!! Hundreds of dollars in data charges because I work from home. You’ll likely offer a low $ credit. I’m out!! I need a reliable connection!

@Rogers so basically the outage was a way for y’all to bump up fee and add the suppose surcharge !!! So basically y’all service is **** and then we have to now pay extra monthly for it !! Pathetic
