@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@DaOneandOmi @Rogers I'm not with rogers but many friends are and some of them lost jobs dued to the outage, one lost a new job, and one lost a loved one due to an accident and they couldn't call 911. Yet they can't even give out a month or even a 50 dollar credit on their customers bills.

@RogersHelps Confirmation not required, me & all of these other angry patrons in this Starbucks are affected. Starbucks by Bell is keeping up he WFH movement afloat while Rogers pisses down it’s leg and collects $400 a month from suckers like me.

@RogersHelps - extremely frustrating experience trying to upgrade my internet service with Rogers. It's been almost 2 weeks with my new modem that doesn't work. Tech came today and advised my order was cancelled without my authorization. Would expect better from Rogers

@FP_Champagne If this is what "improve the reliability of our networks" looks like, I guess we're going back to dialup? Ever since the @Rogers #rogersoutage my Internet has been slow and I'm on one of the highest speed plans with a new extremely fast computer so I can livestream.

@RogersHelps Your first person claimed there was no outage in tge area. No there is. Why doesn't Rogers have a clear outage map online, not through Anna - your bot?

7 scam robocalls in the last 24 hrs. Looks like the @RogersHelps spam filters aren’t working worth a damn anymore again. Also the earth is round and the sky is blue.

@Rogers You have enough money to give a donation.. yet won't give your own customers a fair amount for the amount of issues you caused when the outage occurred.
