Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kingsville and nearby locations:

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

  • steveyoungg Steve Young (@steveyoungg) reported from Essex, Ontario

@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

  • chrisstoneburg Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, Ontario

Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

  • BLeeLoganberg Bobbi-Lee Loganberg 🌻 (@BLeeLoganberg) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers They’ve lost my account (of almost 20 years) after a period of increasing errors and obstructions. I went through bureaucrat after bureaucrat to get my late husband taken off the account as primary account holder.

@RogersHelps wtf is going on here, your ceo says 100% of clients have wireless restored?! My building is completely out and so is the neighbourhood in Mississauga. Your support just says 'hurry up and wait for it' 3 times now. What kind of cover up is this anyway!!!!!!!!

  • JohnHansenCa John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported

@Karen22912 @MattMelv @RogersHelps A common mode failure (CMF) is defined as the simultaneous failure of several components due to a single external cause. For example a redundant computer system fails because the building they are both housed in falls down. Also the exhaust port on the Death Star.
