@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

@RogersHelps A major system outage wether it be cell and/or Internet seems to be an annual thing with Rogers. Seeing as Rogers never seems to miss billing their customers, fully expect some sort of compensation for non-delivered services.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Can you please pass on to your comms staff and operations staff that this level of communication (almost none) about outage causes and timelines is completely inexcusable for this scale of event. "Status: Ongoing" is on a forum post is wholly inadequate.

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous! I make money using my phone’s data. How are going to rectify this? Canada does not deserve this! We’ve struggled enough this past year. Having our cellular data down for almost 12 hours is unacceptable!
