Chris Stoneburg (@chrisstoneburg) reported from Leamington, OntarioEven 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022
-
Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported from Lakeshore, Ontario@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...
-
Steve Young (@steveyoungg) reported from Essex, Ontario@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Cdhd123 @Rogers gotta love "one view" no more Vision 21 access. so ya everything needs a manager now. I used to have V21 access and never needed a manager. Unless it was revenue based.
-
🏀🏈🍁🏒⚾️ (@Tdotsportsfan9) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Have to agree. Long time rogers customer and I’ve noticed a massive shift in the quality of customer service in the last two months (of course I had a number small things to deal with) lovely people on the other end of the call but they have no idea about the service at all.
-
Tracey Brooks (@Traceybaby) reported@RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!
-
MM ꕥ (@MaahirMomtaz12) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers has outsourced their call centres for years. They preach Canadian but most of their customer service is foreign
-
Pcofwork (@pcofwork) reported@Rogers WiFi keeps going down. ZERO customer service. Fired Canadian workers so we could wait 3 hrs to talk to someone you can't understand. Even your AI Anna is slow. Third world internet, out of this world costs. Canadians deserve better.
-
BBrewda (@BBrewda) reported@RogersHelps But no one answered when I was on hold. The automated response after 3 hours just told me you are experiencing high call volumes and then said have a good day and ended the call. This is poor customer service. How about calling me and I will graciously put you on hold for 3 hours
-
MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There was a documentary a while back which companies use AI to change and hide most of their foreign employee's accents. This has been a trend for most big Canadian companies hosting their support in these countries.
-
Daniel Voisin (@nailedvision) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers There are several factors. Cost is a big one. The wages are far less elsewhere. As are the expectations of wages and benefits. And it's the work. How many people here would even be able to handle being yelled at by a customer? Or taking back to back calls for 8 hours solid?
-
Rob Rock (@TheRobertRock) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy

Trish M (@trishmilley) reported@RogersHelps I've been on the phone almost 2 hours. Your service is absolutely terrible. This is unacceptable! You treat your customers like crap! I was calling with a question, but now I'm waiting on the phone so that I can cancel my service!
