@AboutRogers @Rogers Home internet is still down in Findlay Creek, Ottawa... I've been on the phone with Ana the virtual assistant, online chat is not available, and I've been on the phone for 1 hour, no avail. When is the service going to be restored?? #rogersoutage

@birgitomo @Rogers Better yet healthcare/hospitals have been running down for years- we need better hospitals- and they should hire all those health care workers they fired- and get things moving again- not stagnating.

@RogersHelps Looks like the scammers are reacting to the opportunity significantly better than your reacting to the problem. Invite them in and they can get Ignite TV back up and running. Congrats! You guys are in first position under “corporate tech buffoonery”.

@vote4robgill @Stephwolfe101 @Rogers Considering their profits, and that they took money for “covid losses” intended to help keep small businesses afloat, I think this is a slap in the face.

@AboutRogers @Rogers I expect more than a one day credit. I’m going on two days of no service. I don’t know why you are saying almost done when I have five services and only my cellular data is working and only for certain things

@RogersHelps there r 30.5 days/ mth. So 2 day service disruption would be 6.6% service reduction. You r compensating $3.80 but thats half of what an acct should get based on $100. So, min it must be $6.6 dollars for every $100.
