  @RogersHelps I have the matter sorted - after 2hrs on hold, and a total of almost 3hrs to resolve the issue. For the amount of money I spend on @Rogers services, I would hope you'd hire more support members to reduce wait times.

  @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

  How is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

  Despite requesting service disconnection and being assured by customer support that the SIM would be deactivated and charges adjusted, I continue to receive bills with additional charges. Please investigate and resolve this immediately. @Rogers @RogersHelps #rogersscam
