Unacceptable Why can’t I speak to a person about this? I’ve waited on the phone for 5 hours last 3 days. I don’t have time to waste my entire day to fix your error

Toddy (@kjackso3) reported@alancross @Rogers Rogers customer service used to be half decent. No idea what’s happened but you can never get through to anyone and when you do they have no idea how to fix the issue. I spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone. It’s pathetic.
