-
Lynn Moriarity (@LynnMoriarity) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and LabradorWhy do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
-
Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reported@RogersHelps It’s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time
-
Rick's (@RixRixx) reported@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.
-
Laura Zacharuk (@lzack) reported@Rogers day 4 still no internet. No one can seem to figure out the issue.
-
Gerardo Capocchione (@GCapocchio46386) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers What's your point here. They were full time jobs yo dumb ***. Whereas the US gained 115K. Keep those elbows up you idiot.
-
Steve Bergeron (@CBR900) reported@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.
-
Aman Rattanpal (@AmanRattanpalX) reportedSwitched my home internet after @Rogers / Shaw reps promised great rates + $250 credits. First bill arrived: $358 instead of $65. and Credits? Zero. Now nobody answers calls. I have screenshots, emails, phone numbers everything documented. Terrible service. Next stop might be court.
-
Pablo Kanuck (@P_Can01044) reported@rogers almost an hr. Fix you’re Xfinity service
-
BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.
-
Tired Calgarian (@guyfromcalgary) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Those were voluntary buyouts, retard. Even if they weren’t, how does that make this figure okay?
