Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

-
Bob Greene (@realbobert) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador
Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

CJ (@CJclass09) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
@RogersHelps I’ve tried contacting you about WiFi service several times. Ran all your tests, got a new modem, the works—your internet is still not working. I truly think if I don’t cancel my service, I’ll have only myself to blame. Have a good life though.

@RogersHelps hi. We’re in Newfoundland. Our internet came back last night but was out again this morning, and the Anna chat function says there are not outages in our area. How can I ensure someone is aware of (and fixing) our new outage?
-
Chris O'Neill-Yates (@oneillyatescbc) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
Hello @rogers I’m a CBC reporter working from home, an essential worker relying on the internet to file multiple times daily. Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

@merry123459 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers I dealt with one of those a few ago before canceling all my services. Horrible customer service.
-
Steve Fleck (@stevefleck) reported
@merry123459 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Getting someone on the phone would actually be awesome. I think the goal these days for all Big Corporation Customer Service is to NOT have ANY phone interaction w/ Customers. Just trying to find a phone number to reach anyone is impossible, when you do = 3hr+ wait on hold!!
-
Sylvain (@SylvainG123) reported
@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers for Billing and support Bell is by far the worst even compared to Rogers. Unfortunately Rogers doesn't keep its infrastructure up to date and the actual internet and TV service suffers a whole lot. Bell had a massive 12 hours TV outage Ontario/Quebec a few weeks back...
-
Mrs. Whitaker (@cynthiavass) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They will wait to reach out once they are set-up with their new provider. I cancelled all my services recently because they are terrible with customer service. Now I get a call about 3x a week wanting to offer me the world. Ridiculous.
-
political watchdog (@Bnovak11) reported
@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Definitely Rogers is the worst ever in my experience they scammed me out of 225 dollars and payed dumb
-
Mike 🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@Mike_AJ_Henry) reported
@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They’re all horrible Telus Rogers and Bell, Fido has been fantastic and tek savvy when I used them years ago. The big three can suck it
-
PoliticalCupid for PM (@PoliticalCupid) reported
@merry123459 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers It makes you wonder if they aren’t redirecting their customer service inquiries through the Air Canada call centre.
-
Debra J. Bilton (@BiltonDebra) reported
@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Extended family member still without internet. Finally got through to Rogers. Sending a tech out on Thursday to try to fix.
-
brian (@briansendtweet) reported
@Rogers @KatieRossco could probably start by waving those outrageous cancellation fees for nonexistent service.
