Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.
-

-
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps I already have a personal @RogersHelps concierge whom I can call direct for the next few months (no aloof call centers). You really have gotten your customer service setup right. Kudos! I just wish I called you 3 weeks back instead of hoping I'd be saved by the bell.
-
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

-
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Why is your On Demand service such utter trash? For how often it actually works you should rename it Rogers On Occasion. Complete and utter garbage.
-
M (@Toyotasrgr8cars) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps very annoyed Rogers, 4 days of no service, now today having issues with my phone yet again, only to find out it’s a network outage, wow might be time to head over to freedom mobile. Kevin Wright (@KevinADWright) reported@tobi @Rogers Set apn: mobile.apn this should fix tethering on Rogers but seems to kill tethering on US carriers fyi. Remember to switch back if you’re travelling.
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
-
Drew Harris (@drewtheprinter) reported@RogersHelps @dprihodko How can he let you know, if he has no service to connect ?!!
-
tonich (@tonich50244573) reported@RogersHelps on hold for over 2 hours. I will be filing a formal complaint with the CCTS
-
Scammer Defence (@ScammerDefence) reported@andrewinereview @Rogers @rcmpgrcpolice STIR/SHAKEN does not catch these because the calls come in over offshore VoIP that bypasses Canadian carrier attestation. A DNS blocker on the home router catches the follow-up step: when the caller texts a link to a fake Service Canada page, the page refuses to load.
-
yeah right (@maiti65) reported@RogersHelps you are cutting costs. How about clients leaving for poor service and going to bell because of your cutbacks. Losing more money for your poor service
-
D (@OllKorrect_eh) reportedAnd I will be filing my complaint and taking my business else where imagine paying your bill and not having service and no one helps you. Do better @Rogers maybe go back to hiring REAL CANADIANS !!!!
