TheHowitzer (@TheHowitzer9000) reported from Waterloo, OntarioHey Sean, add @RogersHelps to your @DAZNSucks twitter page... just as bad, actually worse as people can’t even log in! @RogersHelps sucks! Never thought I would say a company is worse for media streaming than @dazn_ca but here we are!
-
Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. -
Sally Sarachman (@SallySarachman) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Andy_Babensee @Rogers We just had it installed yesterday after a year of problems with our nextbox. KaylaChristina (@kaylacforget_) reported from Kitchener, OntarioFor the amount of times service has gone down (and long periods of time) this week in my area, @Rogers should be offering their customers a bill credit....yeah right 🤣 PS. I still don’t have my services back. Doubt they’re going to pay the overages on my cellular bill 🙃
-
Karl Zenith Nieva (@TheKarltopia) reported from Waterloo, Ontario@marty_d_ @Rogers I figured as much. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a system issue. Looks like a capacity issue

Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps I already have a personal @RogersHelps concierge whom I can call direct for the next few months (no aloof call centers). -
Loren Padelford (@LorenPadelford) reported from Kitchener, OntarioHey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.

-
Aiden Purcell (@AidenPurcell) reported from Waterloo, OntarioWhen you have been a @Rogers wireless customer for nearly 20 years and you call not once but twice (2 questions) and get quotes to cancel your service because it's too expensive and there are better offers out there and no one even tries to convince me to stay..easy choice
-
EmpowerGirlsToday (@grlsruledaworld) reported from Waterloo, Ontario@rogers no home internet service in Waterloo

-
Michael Collins (@mchammer_skis) reported@rogers answer is “.. failure following a maintenance update in our core network, which caused some of our routers to malfunction” Code for an inability to fail over to a disaster recovery site in <12 hrs & no process to test updates before they go live. Don’t be fooled.
