@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@Rogers unbelievable my wife is trying to get her 92 year old mom phone reconnected because they disconnected on the 16th instead of the 19th and Cassie the customer service rep was of no help at all , we live an hour and a half away and her mom is moving close to us on the 19th

After 20 years with @Rogers we cancelled & moved to @Bell for TV, Phone & Internet...Rogers raised our bill by $100 a month without notice, the internet & cell service is terrible...the Bell Fibe TV app is unreal...billing app is far more superior...why did we not switch earlier!

@RogersHelps Yep Jordan's getting us sorted out on Facebook.....although hopefully they can get a tech out before Thursday since it's blocking the driveway. Appreciate the quick response time- I was expecting the worst tbh, nice to be wrong!
