-
Alan (@ABURNS113) reported from South Mountain, Ontario@JacobBlackAUTOS @beINSPORTS @MotoGP @RogersHelps I'm probably going to cancel my subscription because of this. @beINSPORTSCA
-
Maribeth (@stronggalbeth) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario@rogers I am still offline Your service is poor and laughable your people are not taught to think they are taught to follow an algorithm just like the bot on your Twitter account
-
🅹🅾🅷🅽 🅺🅴🆁🅱🆈 (@JKerby_88) reported from North Grenville, Ontario@RogersHelps I’m almost out of data FYI I have unlimited data so my speeds will slow down right

smithers (@smithers1972) reported@TheHockeyNews The #Nhl does not like @Canada so Gary bettman can go **** himself Quebec should have had a team 15 yrs ago @Rogers probably has something to do with this garbage
-
BB (@bbbrazil__) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
-
Rob Rock (@TheRobertRock) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because we want cheap prices And because of stupid economic practices we've raised the minimum wage too high to sustain entry level positions like call centers. If we want Canadian call center agents we need to pay call center wages not inflated minimums that destroy the economy
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@ChelseaBeach @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Acquiring Shaw put Rogers $26B in debt. To cut costs, they quietly scrapped their "100% Canadian" PR pledge, cut domestic support contracts, and pushed call center roles right back overseas to offshore vendors. PR promises don't survive a $26B debt load.
-
Mark (@MarkxTrader) reported@RogersHelps @mmabrey1 Bring back the ol’ reliable COAX receivers! Ever since Rogers switched to Ethernet/WIFI receivers it’s been nothing but endless issues. I asked for a COAX box but apparently they’re no longer provided. You’d think over time @Rogers service would improve & not get worse.🤔DM Sent!
-
Morphed (@Morphed7) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That impeccable English might have been the AI tool altering foreign accents, that the companies are now using for outsourced customer services.
-
PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported@RogersHelps AI asst. would ask for my name and then ask for me to spell my name and then would ask me to try again and it was never successful. I’d transfer to a CSR and the call would just drop after a msg saying there’s a “high volume of calls at the moment, call back later.”
-
maDJunnic (@maDJunnic1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers You can call Bell customer service and order food from Calcutta in the same phone call.
-
Alex (@alexxhashemi) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Totally agree with you! And unfortunately we can’t do much about. Big companies care about big profits, particularly these days! I’ve moved to small companies in telecom, internet, etc. as they provide more affordable services and better customer service.
