    @RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldnโ€™t help me โ€ฆI finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @RogersHelps Itโ€™s fine to empower your customers, but itโ€™s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

    @RogersHelps No. It took me four callbacks to finally get to a live agent to resolve a complicated issue, this after I tried the above and was met with dead air from your AI Assistant. Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Had connection issues for months now. I have contacted you in the past regarding this. I was told to contact your bundle team who never answers. I just did online chat and your agent gave me the run around. I just need a modem upgrade. Can someone help me?

    @RogersHelps Yeah we returned the modem back in January. There were no other devices. When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?

    @RogersHelps Automatic puts me on t-mobile which is awful and connecting to the good one โ€œAT&Tโ€ takes so long. Itโ€™s annoying when it used to be a smooth transition after landing in the US
