Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

Dear @Rogers, Took an hour and forty minutes to finally speak with a customer representative and, in the end, there was nothing she could do. Apparently, there’s no customer loyalty for loyal customers. Guess I’ll start looking elsewhere.

Looking for recommendations for internet. Our @RogersHelps has been dropping intermittently for a while now. Especially tonight when we needed it for for work. We can’t afford this to happen as self-employed people. We can’t wait a week for them to tell us how we they will fix it
