🇻🇨🇺🇦 G.F. Liverpool™© 🇺🇦🇹🇹 (#GLBI NOW) 🧩 (@gfliverpool9966) reported@RogersHelps On chat, yes, not on the phone. Stubborn not to declare an outage, but we got a tech call for Saturday afternoon, and the 2nd chat agent diagnosed a lack of speed to the modem. This should be a must-do for TODAY, not Saturday.
-
Daniel (@dan2783) reported@RogersHelps any outage in Barrie currently. Specifically in the yonge mapleview area
-
Yasin Nizami (@ynizami7) reported@RogersHelps Only if they can answer calls, waiting in queue for over 20 mins is you strive for? Only to not getting your problem resolved and had to call again. It SUCKS!
-
🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps 4 hours later, mostly on hold, I have been bounced around to people who engage long enough to figure out they need to send me somewhere else where I end up on hold AGAIN. I have a service booking They made an error on the day. I was told tomorrow a.m.; the notice is for JUNE 3!🤬
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.
-
Katie Rajhans (@katierajhans) reported@Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.
-
Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Outage at 90 Waller St. in Whitby again where there are many vulnerable disabled people. Since 1:30 AM. Second time in a week. For what we pay for your service you need to do better Rogers. Last time it was out for over four hours and you offered us $2 credit!
-
s. (@silmapps) reported@RogersHelps 2/3 Internet, land line and cable like they are automatically trying to avoid payments. It's a fkg ridiculously high price. Highest in the WORLD. Don't threaten them with cutting off services if your arrangement is not fulfilled, especially if they've never missed a payment
-
Pietro Cammalleri (@PCAMMALL) reported@RogersHelps May I communicate with one of your agents via DM to ask whether there is an Internet outage in my neighbourhood? Rogers [1 (888) 764-3771] is experiencing a high number of phone calls — I wasn’t even permitted to hold. TIA.

Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers I have spent over 80 hours on hold with Rogers in the last month. It's genuinely ridiculous. It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.
