I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

Not that this is a solution for everyone and not that this ought to be necessary but the bright side is that with things like libraries and coffee shops open again it isn’t necessarily a total day ruiner (vs during the height of lockdowns)

The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks

Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell
