They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

I’ve tried 3 seperate browsers(safari, chrome, Firefox). Tried a different device & even a different network(reg home internet & 5G cellular)
