Brian Prashad (@BrianPrashad) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps That doesn't make sense. The same show on the same channel at the same time every day ie. the news sometimes has restart available sometimes doesn't. Can't be a content rights issue.

Jeremy Legat (@JeremyLegat) reported from Toronto, OntarioStay away from @BellMediaPR — hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.
-
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, OntarioFor over a month before we fixed it so people could access the sidewalk. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!

Mackay Taggart (@mackaytaggart) reported from Toronto, OntarioThis seems like an odd message to come from a police service, when @Rogers has tweeted no information about an outage themselves. Also, as a Rogers customer, I haven’t noticed any issue.
-
John Wunderlich (@PrivacyCDN) reported from Toronto, OntarioYet another fail by @Rogers. Woke up to find workers digging a trench in the front to run a line to the neighbour. No notice, no consideration. Rogers: “We’re not happy until the customer’s not happy.” Mission accomplished.
-
Cesar (@liom79) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps the @ symbol is flashing in the Coda (1 Gb modem). WestonFinch Area... damn it.

-
Brian Prashad (@BrianPrashad) reported from Toronto, Ontario@MaryWetton @RogersHelps Oh believe me I know. If only Bell and Rogers could mash together the best parts of their tv/internet offerings it would be great. Never going to happen. So round and round we go
-
High Road Sports (@HighRoadSports1) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI have doubted Rogers, I mean the Blue Jay's, Front office for handling the exits of some players that had our support but with what we have seen recently in our youngsters, I am willing to lay off a bit, just a bit, because their next move is getting @Rogers to Spend Money!
Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Nadia “Abortion Rights” Fordham 🌻🤍💛❤️🖤🌻 (@IdleNoMoreNadia) reported@birgitomo @Rogers After my doctor made me cry yesterday, I was speaking with the manager about it and then we started talking about the outage and she expressed concern for the on call doctor covering the weekend. It made me see some aspects of their job differently.
-
Justin (@jxie_) reported@Rogers @TSN_Sports PLEASE SORT IT OUT SO I CAN WATCH THE #F1Sprint. Still no home internet and TSN which was working yesterday is a black screen today. Sort your ******* ****.
-
miltee (@miltee_tdot) reportedHurry ******** up and fix your trash @RogersHelps . I feel like it's 1994 and I'm using a dialup modem
-
Waxing gibbous (@ggatin) reported@GoodVerngood @birgitomo @Rogers Not yet and not for lack of trying. Time to turn this **** around & nationalize essential infrastructure.
-
Dr. StrangeHONK! (@ncgyles) reported@Frankenstein68 How are they going to post a statement of their internet is down? But I think they can just unplug and restart their router and modem, then it'll be fixed. @Rogers I'm available for employment if you need a new IT guy, looks like you do.
-
David Pero(Dj DSP) (@Davidpero3) reported@chintanthakkar8 @RogersHelps We have been down for 3 days now. What the heck is going on?
-
Matt (@mh1982_1982) reported@narchematics @andreamcrae @Rogers Go **** yourself you condescending *******. You were mocking people for not being able to use ATM or debit. People have work, kids, emergencies. Just because you don’t think it was a big deal, doesn’t mean it wasn’t. You weren’t suggesting you were talking down to people.
-
Bogdan Hlevca (@bhlevca) reported@thevivafrei @Rogers I disagree. Even though outage was not directly caused by lack of competition, the prices and the state of communication in Canada suffers from the lack of it. More choice would have led to fewer people being affected. Competition would lower the prices and increase the quality.
-
Dakota Dukelow (@DakotaDukelow) reported@RogersHelps get your **** together. I lost over $200 on work yesterday alone and now today will be losing more money. What can we expect a stupid $5 credit? How about pay me all my missed money and we call it even. Call yourselves Canada’s most reliable network. Yeah of outages
-
Zach Fleisher (@Zach_Fleisher) reported.@RogersHelps employee: should we maybe wait for a few days to send some bills? Maybe throw in a bill credit? Corporate: nah, just bill em. What's the worst that could happen? @TELUSsupport if you've got a good deal I'm ready to switch.
