    Still no service after 24 hours from @Bell_Support. They say wait another 48 hours. In TWO DECADES, @RogersHelps was NEVER this bad. No resolution. No support. No alternative solutions.

    The account is the same it’s not a new account set up. So they punish you for having a plan. Brutal customer service. @rogers

    @RogersHelps hello! I’m moving in early Dec. I’ll need to transfer my Internet and set up cable (currently obtained via condo). How much notice do you guys require? And there’s still a “moving” service right?

    Feel like in a developing country you’d get better service than if you lived in Toronto and had @rogers Ignite. #day8 lots of visits but nobody capable of fixing! Let’s open lots of tickets though $$$!!

    @Rogers @Rogers treats loyal existing customers like ****. Offering the best deals to non customers to lure them in. It’s an abusive relationship.

    @Rogers I’m really disappointed in the offer you have me for ignite of$185 a month the field agent is offering same package for $115 a month door to door to new customers. Well guess what I’m a new customer to @bell and they’re giving me an amazing offer. #rogers #bell

    Unbelievable that @rogers would rather cancel my new plan than wave the activation fee. Told me to go in and cancel it wow lol. What is the activation fee for anyway? If I bought out the phone and switched the SIM card there would be no activation fee. Absolutely crazy.

    Hey @RogersHelps found a #tablet on the ground outside my kids school and would like to return it to the owner. It's a Rogers SIM card. Talked to live chat and said it can't help. Now I'm on hold! Any #suggestions?

    @rogers - can you please explain to my why the internet in my area is down again. This is a recurring theme it seems every other day. Maybe it’s time for me to cancel all my services and move somewhere else if you cannot provide a reliable service

    If you ever consider @Rogers ignite, do your research. Cause when it’s down you have nothing - no tv, no internet, no phone. And after more than a week & multiple service techs showing up - still not working. Worst service EVER.

    @RogersHelps The question relates to both of you. When I signed up for my Fido service, it updated my rogers contact info. I go in my rogers account and update my contact info and it updates my Fido info and vice versa.

    @RogersHelps Don’t even cap we both know more than half of your Toronto customers don’t have service rn. No wifi no cell. Everyone’s experiencing issues right now, stop capping and fix the internet or don’t charge ppl for it.

    @mcmanus17 @RogersHelps Check to see if there is an “add-on” on your plan. I don’t have a 5G supported iPhone yet but I looked into it and with bell you had to do it through the bell app to get in the 5G network. No fees.

    @RogersHelps when do you expect cable services to be restored? Your offering has deteriorated and it seems that it is time to consider other more efficient options. You need to clean up your crappy service for which you charge an arm and a leg.
