In 2018 an employee was using consumer accts to funnel free phones out be to sold outside of Rogers. My acct had 18 phones funnelled through it. Had I not checked into an exorbitant bill, I’d never had known.

The ones we get are choppy & cut out constantly. Not sure how you think this is resolved!! Hope you are doing more than crediting one day of service. Going to take more to keep your customers.
