    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isnโ€™t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    @Rogers the worst coverage I have ever had. How can the service be so poor in southern Ontario? I had @koodo and rarely had issues with signal. Barely works between #Barrie and #Orillia and so many dead spots inside each city. Itโ€™s 2021, do better!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

    @RogersHelps Are there current issues with both your smartphone and ignite hub apps as neither are signing in? Just got ignite 2 days ago and all was working the last two days.

    @Kiesey78 @Rogers Here we ago again mines down in Guelph too. I called they say they know thereโ€™s a problem but @RogersHelps doesnโ€™t know of any problem in my area. Havenโ€™t even got my refund from the last service outage yet here we are again. #rogers #rogersdown

    If @Bell saves that much money by shipping jobs overseas, why are their plans around the same price as @Rogers? Because they pocket the difference. Donโ€™t be a Bell customer, but definitely be a shareholder, with that math.

    I have to admit that I'm a complete moron. Despite my better judgement and past experience I bought a wireless device from @Rogers. I know that their customer support is terrible and I know that their wireless service is even worse. I knew it and went ahead anyway. My mistake.

    Finally back in the land of the Internet living, three days after @Bell shut down my @Rogers services before making arrangements to switch me over. My Rogers vacation was quite brief.

    @RogersHelps I see wirecomm is on site again and caused the outage. Iโ€™d like yet another credit please. This is unacceptable you pay then you know when they arrive. Notify customers of maintenance

    @Rogers @RogersHelps your agents have been selling false deals, I have received a higher bill and my plan is far different from what I was offered, I have been trying to reach out to the rep who sold me the home internet and switching mobile plans as well but no answer pls help

    @RogersHelps Internet down locally in Brooklin since yesterday. Elderly parents are affected they have no landline, internet or TV. They are being told they might have it back by Wednesday. This is completely unacceptable - especially after a multiple day outage in July.

    @magicdream81 @RogersHelps Also in L6Y since last Thursday at 8am - multiple calls to tech support got me nowhere. Last night they claimed it was all fixed but I still have nothing this morning.
