@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

Day 2 of having @Rogers … still no account activated… Installers had no idea what to do… Missing half of my Channels… One of my boxes doesn’t work… spent an 2-hours on the phone yesterday with no fix… Agent named Ken was supposed to call me today at 3… 2-Hours & nothing

@RogersHelps hilarious name. I've been trying for months to get help. I hadn't heard anything back and then someone contacts me on the 9th and closed it on Nov 11th even though I cannot speak on the phone and closing it on Nov 11th! A problem 2 years old that someone closed

@RogersHelps some guy came to my door and offered me a great deal on internet. Too good to be true! Turns out I receive a package and bill for cable (which was never discussed) so I guess it's true. Not a new era in customer support. Just the same shady business as always
