@RogersHelps @Rogers I am quick to criticize when I have issues so should also provide positive feedback when it occurs. Great service from online help this am. Mahmoud processed something for me without me having to call in. Thanks.

@Rogers Thanks for your quick reply. So if I switched to all my services from @BellAliant and ran into technical difficulty I’d be able to reach a trouble shooting call centre in NL?

So, instead of just letting me cancel my services, @Rogers decided to charge me for the month AFTER I cancelled, didn't send me a bill, but sent me to collections?? How ******** is this business? This is robbery! Get at me @Rogers because no one is giving me answers when I call!

Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

So. It's day 12. Here's where we are: @RogersHelps has, again, closed my tickets, saying they were unable to find the problem, but have immediately opened ANOTHER ticket, where they are going to investigate AGAIN. I just don't understand it anymore.

@RogersHelps question. If I have ignite internet and want to watch the tv using ignite smartstream, do I have to be an ignite tv customer?
