You're service line says 'enter your phone number to be notified when service is restored in your area' but no one calls or texts. I speak with "Anna" the service-bot online, and choose the option to be notified, still no one called or text. So I'm real hopeful here 😑

Also Says I’m offline or not at home and should record programs to watch them when I am home & on Wifi. Also cannot access certain websites or Apple software updates.
