    @DossierCom @Rogers No, in 1995 you had dial-up, this was the 1980s. Also, this happens often, which Cloudflare just experienced a few weeks back and took out a huge chunk of the Internet. Bad firmware that breaks the ability to roll back, requiring manual intervention per router.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers welp waited 3 hours for live support chat cause can't upload files. And of course "reboot your router" by the time I rebooted and came back chat had ended. Guess I'm waiting another 3 hours....awesome. 195k files to upload for a US based client by Monday.

    @weilinglee @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Same here, no internet, no TV. Nothing is restored. It’s been over 40 hrs with zero service, unacceptable. Overpriced and not delivering service. York Region, Ontario.

    @RogersHelps Yeah basic service is restored. I can stream and browse. But I can't upload files for business to a remote server. Service is NOT restored. Uploading timesout. Got an eta on this??
