No @rogers service in Scarborough all day

  • liom79 Cesar (@liom79) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps please, let ppl know about this issue. I have calling 3 times today to “Techs” in Rogers (even in Halifax, who had no clue). Still no “hi” (fee) speed Internet...

  • Renoversity Duane Grady (@Renoversity) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

  • TorontoVince Traveling & Tasting Vince (@TorontoVince) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps We were told it was an outage that would end at 851pm. That time passed and we have no internet m. Arghhhhhhhhh

  • BrianPrashad Brian Prashad (@BrianPrashad) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@MaryWetton @RogersHelps Oh believe me I know. If only Bell and Rogers could mash together the best parts of their tv/internet offerings it would be great. Never going to happen. So round and round we go

  • PrivacyCDN John Wunderlich (@PrivacyCDN) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Yet another fail by @Rogers. Woke up to find workers digging a trench in the front to run a line to the neighbour. No notice, no consideration. Rogers: “We’re not happy until the customer’s not happy.” Mission accomplished.

  • beacherto Nenad Andrasic (@beacherto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Still not fixed and no help from DM. C’mon fix this.

  • JeremyLegat Jeremy Legat (@JeremyLegat) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Stay away from @BellMediaPR — hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.

  • liom79 Cesar (@liom79) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps the @ symbol is flashing in the Coda (1 Gb modem). WestonFinch Area... damn it.

  • mcanuffc Craig McAnuff (@mcanuffc) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @sooperjr_ That's pretty slow. When it was mentioned that data would be throttled after the plan maximum had been reached, I didn't imagine that it would be that slow. 😰

  • __LELLI 𝔙𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔩𝔩𝔞 ℑ𝔠𝔢 △⃒⃘ (@__LELLI) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@miz_flow @Bell_Support @RogersHelps I actually didn’t get a reply and had to call in, tech coming on Wednesday. We’ve had shit service since Saturday

  • StephanieMacas Stephanie Macas (@StephanieMacas) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps We'll be watching something like CNN and the visual will start stuttering, then the audio will begin to cut out and then will just completely stop, but the video keeps going, happens with both tv's. I do believe we've got someone coming tomorrow or Tuesday to figure it out. 👌

  • BrianPrashad Brian Prashad (@BrianPrashad) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps That doesn't make sense. The same show on the same channel at the same time every day ie. the news sometimes has restart available sometimes doesn't. Can't be a content rights issue.

  • AssumedPro Assumed Productions (@AssumedPro) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Leave it to @Rogers for screw up anything good they get their hands on. @FadooBobcat leaving @FAN590. Add this to their handling of Alex Anthopolous, their continued support of @MarkShapiro. No wonder I’ve gradually moved over to @TSN1050Radio. I hope Bobcat moves over there!

  • mackaytaggart Mackay Taggart (@mackaytaggart) reported from Toronto, Ontario

This seems like an odd message to come from a police service, when @Rogers has tweeted no information about an outage themselves. Also, as a Rogers customer, I haven’t noticed any issue.

  • WayneRodriguez Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Seriously regretting opting for a @Rogers internet service as it keeps getting disconnected. This is terrible #customerexperience especially since we work from home and pay ridiculous fees. Seriously considering changing my service in less than 15 days #rogers

  • mlgregoire Marie-Lauren (MLG) (@mlgregoire) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps I need a new number for technical support. When asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for 12 mins. Need internet now. #firstworldproblems

  • crofts_kevin Kevin Crofts (@crofts_kevin) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Rogers once again your cable tv is not working as it should ( meaning. For the amount I pay I should never have issues). No excuses just fix it. And NO I do not want to hear from you. You will hear from me

  • LadyClost Janice Clost 🇨🇦 🏒 (@LadyClost) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@WinstonSih @Rogers Interesting.......I used a Rogers concierge and my experience was a nightmare. If a first time customer, I’d have been long gone #justsayin

Anyone else with @Rogers ?? Just wondering if your service has been as crap as mine lately. Nothing like paying an arm and a leg for poor service @RogersHelps

  • hansval2 hansval (@hansval2) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers So Tesla owners, is this an issue? Might a key fob and stereo, navigation still operate via your phones, or how does that work anyway?

  • zhangquan0126 Quan Zhang (@zhangquan0126) reported

I honestly think Canadian government should give a punitive fine to @Rogers due to two global network outages, or to have an antitrust investigation. @CRTCHearings #Rogers #rogersoutage

  • ThorneSD35 Tracey Thorne (@ThorneSD35) reported

HUGE frustration with @Rogers @RogersHelps today. My son believed he could use Messages with wifi access. Just got a bill for $300 with no notification, and Rogers refuses to help. Over 100 messages sent, and they just kept charging me for each one. The customer service sucks.

  • Coog49278065 Coog (@Coog49278065) reported

@RogersHelps Good evening I was recently charged for 130 messages that I did not send from my phone. I have been a Rogers corporate customer for several years and am very disappointed that Rogers would want to lose a customer over $80 of unfair charges. How do I cancel account?

  • mrFlodstedt737 Liam (@mrFlodstedt737) reported

@Rogers Hey so I live somewhere in British Columbia where the service sucks. I was told by your tech support there’s too many people on our town’s single tower but we’re not a big enough town for you to do anything about it. I checked the FAQs but weirdly no luck.

  • FULYAH Fulya Yasaroglu (@FULYAH) reported

@RogersHelps I am not able to sign in my rogers app due to system error from your side and I am not able to get in touch with Rogers live chat, the page is not working. Could you please help me to solve the issue? I am not even in Canada since May and I dont use any phone numbers

  • mng_io mn (@mng_io) reported

@RogersHelps @apsrisam Internet is again down. You guys suck. Can't wait for Bell fibe to be ready

  • ANickelUnder Chris Gigliotti (@ANickelUnder) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers The apology is nice and all. However, with SLAs, you have a LEGAL obligation to compensate those with agreements in place. Plus, the danger you put people in those areas that 911 service failed is unconscionable, and there needs to be full transparency wrt root cause.

  • cottrillc Cheryl Cottrill (@cottrillc) reported

@Rogers Wow! I switched to Ignite for double the price with much less reliable service - way more drop offs - when I ask you to send a technician to trouble shoot you tell me I’ll have to pay. About to switch providers. Thanks for nothing.
