@RogersHelps The message does not interrupt the programming — the program doesn’t get stuck — but the message appears at the top of the screen while the program plays. Will unplugging both the power and coax cable, and then plugging back in, actually help? Why does this resolve the issue?

@RogersHelps tryin to reach customer care fr problem 3 hours for 3 days no answer. Decided to cancel, ur showroom doesn accept cancellation, returned the modem 3 days ago again waiting everyday fr 2 hours to cancel. I’ve been paying w/o using ur service. Is this right in any way?

@RogersHelps I think you misunderstood. My TV isn't down, I just don't have Ignite TV on my plan; just Ignite internet. While you're here though, can you confirm that the issues with Ignite Internet in Mississauga are solved as well?

@RogersHelps The problem is with Global channel 3 sound. At 7 p.m. they air ET on 3 and 17. The sound is now screwed up on 3 and 17 during ET. The sound on 17 was just fine before they switched Global 3, also to 17. It comes and goes. Sometimes on 3 the show is OK but commercials are bad.
