    @RogersHelps an employee at a Rogers store told me putting my phone in airplane mode can sometimes fix problems. Is this true? Why? She didn't know why, just gave me that tip. I was having trouble listening to music apps when she told me to do that.

    @RogersHelps I got a text from Rogers around 1pm saying that service was down in the area. Text support is now telling me it’s just me. 2 days until a tech comes to fix anything. Friday was a financially important day for me that I needed internet access for. You’ve genuinely screwed me here.
