Plus, the danger you put people in those areas that 911 service failed is unconscionable, and there needs to be full transparency wrt root cause.

Will admit swapping out the modem - which *I* suggested after 6 months - seems to have fixed the intermittent connection issue. Only had two major outages since the tech was in. 🙄
