Jamie singleton (@Jamiesingleton) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps @ChrisHinman87 Hey I tried that they just transferred me to a specialist who has not come into the chat yet. Is there any way I can find out if there’s an outage that doesn’t involve a virtual assistant?
-
Ash (@AshChaChaHeels) reported from Toronto, OntarioAnother @Rogers outage! Can they get their 💩together? We sure as hell pay the most their services! #rogers #toronto #outage
-
Lauren Souch (@laurensouch) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps your business account reps transferred me to ignite after they couldn’t help over an hour ago… I’m trying to change my package and sort out a billing issue but this seems wildly long to be on hold? But I don’t want to hang up and lose my spot if it’s just busy…
-
T. Longue (@tickylongue) reported from Toronto, Ontario@cbcmarketplace you should investigate @Rogers. They’re falsely advertising 1.5 Gbps and when customers upgrade, they have no internet because of “provisioning” issues with no estimate for fix.
-
അപൂർവ 🏳️🌈 (@apoorvagopalan) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Rogers : Internet box is down.. damn fix it!!!!
-
Mark Orlan (@MarkOrlan) reported from Toronto, Ontario@RogersHelps @brettjjohnn Same issues we keep having with @Rogers. Internet has been down so many times over the past week, I sound like a broken record. Sadly, when you’re a monopoly your customers are taken for granted; even your most loyal ones.
-
CHANDORA_pk (@pkchandora) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Rogers Yes I did. They stated it will take 24-48 hours. It's way too long to resolve a small issue like this. Would really appreciate if your technical support team expedite the request.
-
Universnanth (@AlphaRomeo92) reported from Vaughan, OntarioMy phone is finally up and running… took 3 days! 🙏🏾 for nothing @Rogers! Still finding a cheaper plan so holla at your boy major/minor service providers. You can convince me to join with a free iPhone 14 pro Max when it comes out.

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.
-
Jennifer Vargen (@jennvargg) reported@RogersHelps It’s insane. All the call centre people have such thick accents, you cannot even understand them!!! Shameful to not support Canada and have call centers in India. Nothing resolved. 1 hr on hold each time
-
Rick's (@RixRixx) reported@RogersHelps On live TV. What you're seeing is CNBC WORLD, and not the regular CNBC closing bell. Others I know have the same issue.
-
Laura Zacharuk (@lzack) reported@Rogers day 4 still no internet. No one can seem to figure out the issue.
-
Gerardo Capocchione (@GCapocchio46386) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers What's your point here. They were full time jobs yo dumb ***. Whereas the US gained 115K. Keep those elbows up you idiot.
-
Steve Bergeron (@CBR900) reported@RogersHelps What is the best number to call for technical support where I don’t have to listen to 100 different menu options.
-
Aman Rattanpal (@AmanRattanpalX) reportedSwitched my home internet after @Rogers / Shaw reps promised great rates + $250 credits. First bill arrived: $358 instead of $65. and Credits? Zero. Now nobody answers calls. I have screenshots, emails, phone numbers everything documented. Terrible service. Next stop might be court.
-
Pablo Kanuck (@P_Can01044) reported@rogers almost an hr. Fix you’re Xfinity service
-
BatmanAndRobert (@MacDoug1) reported@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.
-
Tired Calgarian (@guyfromcalgary) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Those were voluntary buyouts, retard. Even if they weren’t, how does that make this figure okay?
