I cancelled my services and my account with Rogers/ Shaw and I SIMPLY need a confirmation at my gmail account . A SIMPLE fking mail of confirmation.

Tammie (@tammie__cross) reported@RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.
