Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

Hello, @Rogers @RogersHelps…I think that an internet outage due to some groundwork/maintenance work on our street (on a Saturday, at that) deserves a heads-up for your customers in the area. Thank goodness, I am not working from home today.

Id be streaming and hanging out with my friends online a lot more if @Rogers didnt have such ****** and unreliable service that is absolutely not worth the price i pay for it. Rogers, you are one of the biggest ISPs in Canada. You seriously piss me off. Do better.
