    @RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    @Rogers Retirement allows me to stay “ON HOLD” rounding 2 hours 40 minutes, this treatment after asking to speak to a supervisor….unbelievable….That’s quite the customer service!!!

    @RogersHelps why is my internet shutting down every 5 minutes in the last hour? I’ve reset my router 3 times now and it keeps cutting out. Brampton East if that helps.

    Been with @koodo for 8 years. Think I may be switching to Rogers because of worsening issues loading webpages even when at 4 bars and LTE+. Also can hopefully get same deal my friend from work got through our work perks with @Rogers that I don't think Koodo can match.

    @RogersHelps Finally got hold of someone to get some answers on why I hadn't heard back concerning the fraud investigation I instigated involving one of your stores. He's escalated my complaint & assured me I should receive a call tomorrow.
