    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    Congrats to @Rogers for their weird policies, dishonest messaging and making sure I never use their services again. Gotta go through some administrative hoops between provider not to get charged a 600$ fee because of the above. BTW, phone support in French would be a nice option

    Honestly, I always felt @RogersHelps atleast was quick in replying to customers but this just takes the cake. I’ve done IT Help Desk and when someone tells u to wait 15mins for a team to “get online” and then they tell you that your account is locked for 24hrs. BS

    @TELUS getting horrible service on 49th ave and Oak. Basically no existent. As well as some other places. @Rogers works fine but telus doesn’t for some reason

    @Sportsnet @snNOWsucks @RogersHelps I thought hockey was garbage on this app already but now you can’t even watch #Wrestlemania using the restart feature as it jumps to the live broadcast after 1 min!

    @RogersHelps About to cross 4.5 hours on a call with Rogers customers care trying to cancel my connection. Bounced around different departments, supervisors are avoiding taking ownership. This is an unacceptable level of incompetence.

    jey @rogers do you choke streaming that isn't served by yourself? because i have ignite and even netflix is having trouble router says fine speedtest saus fine all i cam think is throttle

    @RogersHelps I have literally been on hold with you clowns for 6+FREAKIN hours. When I finally got through to an agent she informed me her system is having issues so there will be some sporadic delays during the call but the call wouldn't disconnent. She then disconnected. OMG I am livid

    I didn’t have internet since this morning. Called Rogers and they told me my service was disconnected and being under migration to a new service. @RogersHelps hoping my internet gets back soon. But it’s during the weekend and it’s rogers. . . Missing Bell
