@RogersHelps why the hell can't I speak with anyone to get downed Rogers lines fixed? Transferred multiple times and no one can help me because I'm not a customer. I'm just trying to report downed lines in my backyard ffs.

Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

@RogersHelps Your service is absolute ****. We had no internet, no phone (wither cell or landline through Ignite, no TV for 24 hours. It affected 911 service, banking, ArriveCan and govt services. You need to do better & ensure that this never happens again.

@MattMelv @RogersHelps There should be backups to prevent a nation wide shutdown. If there wasn't anyone could bring it down. It's not heat stress as bell is still running. Whatever it was it took both main and backups out.

@RogersHelps @Justin64190239 Everything is sort of back Alarm still says no network a lot of my Rogers ignite channels glitch or stop working at time Internet not perfect n u guys think a ****** credit for the 2 days is good enough In the next week when call centres aren’t full I’ll be calling be ready
