    Hey @rogers I have been waiting 38 min for a technician..that was after I had spoke to person who told me they couldn’t help me …I finally get through and he tells me I have been waiting for the wrong service and quickly puts me on hold again

    I find it EXTREMELY interesting that what happened w/ my parents (and other seniors) and @RogersHelps today happened just days after a nationwide outage that caused their stock to plummet and for them to pay out millions of dollars in credits for lost service. /1

    I saw a sign outside that said "Alberta's most dependable 5G Network." But then it said @Rogers and I was confused.

    Congratulations @Rogers , for ruining my another day. Although I enabled roaming, it didn’t work. The network was not available and I couldn’t reach my documents at the border to show it to the officials. Finally, my day was wasted.

    @msjs2021 @RogersHelps We have 4 cell phones with public mobile. With various monthly incentives, we are paying around $18-20/month. 1 gig of data, unlimited Canada wide calling, international text. Bring your own phone. They use Telus network. When data is done, it’s done. No overages.
