    Im on hold with @Rogers and they have the most annoying hold music. But here is a thread on how we got con by #rogers #Telecom 🧡 β€’ We are still dealing with them for an issue that happened last christmas eve.

    @Rogers why does your network time on my cell phone keep switching in Calgary to the incorrect time. Every 10 minutes or so all morning it is oscillating between Mountain time an pacific time. Do better.

    @Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead β€” no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says β€œit’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!

    @RogersHelps The internet got fixed Tuesday afternoon. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.
