It's like their customer support is a completely different company and if you're lucky they will actually talk to Rogers for 5 seconds to help you, but only after hours of hoop jumping.

Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 oโclock at night. NOT OK
