Just got an email from the CEO of @Rogers saying their whole system was down on Friday due to a technical glitch & he's going to credit me for Friday. That works out to about $13.50. I wasn't able to email or call any customers for 26 hrs. Maybe a class action is needed instead.

Hi all. Just off with Rogers. I reset my router to factory defaults and set it back up exactly as it was and this seems to have fixed the problem for me. Thanks to Dawn @RogersHelps for the hand on support! Hope you all get to enjoy the game !!
