Hey @Rogers disappointed in your service. 1 hour of my time setting up internet and waiting for modem delivery. By the 3rd day I call back and order not processed. Another hour of my time and we schedule an install. Only to find out servers down and I have to reschedule again.

@RogersHelps @MathesonStep My office saw a huge hit on Rogers traffic my team is all over the GTA and everyone on Rogers dropped @14:37hrs for 5 minutes or less. I had another outage at 11:18hrs too. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Ignite tv/internet keeps dropping its connection for the past 90 mins or so. Keep rebooting the router to reconnect, works for a while then drops again. Must have pushed down another update that is screwing things up. Third time this week this has happened.

@RogersHelps what is going on with ignite tv. Keeps freezing and sound cuts out. Started at 4 pm. Can’t get through to tech support. You have a high volume of calls!!! Can see why! I restarted modems and tv boxes. Doesn’t help.
