    @RogersHelps No cell, no connection on my cell started intermittently on Saturday full off on Sunday and now Monday. I for one will be demanding a rebate. Rogers your wireless charges are high we should not be experiencing these issues. Get it together. Cells are used for more then social

    It’s ironic that your systems for sending me my bill today seem just fine @Rogers but I have no cell phone service. Appears to be time to shop around.

    PSA @RogersBiz customers check your download and upload speeds by putting “Rogers speed test” in your browser. They are ripping you off. You aren’t getting the speed you pay for. Cancel and go to a real company. @RogersHelps is horrible too #internet #isp #rogerssucks

    @lawsylvie @christinamakar @Rogers I had same issue,went to Rogers app into my account-in tv section there is -refresh your ignite box. Clicked it -after few minutes cable is working!

    @RogersHelps Oh ya I’m back online. Only after a half hour of waiting for NOONE to respond in the chat after being “transferred”. So happy my $200 monthly bill gets me support. You want to help? Reimburse my bill for the support portion I’m supposed to get

    @RogersHelps Well.... my TV box turns on by itself ALL the time - at random times. It's only turned the TV on with it at the same time once that I know of. I've learned to turn the volume down to 1 before going to bed, because it's attached to my speakers. How can I make it stop?
