@RogersHelps my friend pays $65 for Ignite500. When I called same day - I was offered $109. I have been a customer for >25 yrs and have multiple services. My friend 2 yrs & only internet. On the phone for 3 hrs with Rogers today and you hung up on me & didn’t call back. Pls call

@RogersHelps @MathesonStep My office saw a huge hit on Rogers traffic my team is all over the GTA and everyone on Rogers dropped @14:37hrs for 5 minutes or less. I had another outage at 11:18hrs too. @RogersHelps

@RogersBiz seriously your customer service is the worst . You can’t ever get through on the phone lines . I changed my connection just because I couldn’t reach anyone to help with my relocation . I am struggling to get this cancelled at this point . Its been a painful experience

Just spent 3+ hours with @RogersHelps on the phone and still haven’t talked to anyone. It’s crazy when you have limited options for phone and internet and this is the service you get. Been a long time customer of @Rogers which makes it even more frustrating
