People are WFH and kids can not connect to online school. What’s the situation and ETA to resolve. Unacceptable given people are dependent on you as an ISP.

Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.

We have so many tickets and technicians coming and trying to figure out the issue. Nobody can. There is at least one ongoing ticket. Some technical support staff are kind and considerate.
