    What in the actual hell, @RogersHelps @Rogers. There’s no internet again. This is the fourth time in the span of a week. That 5-day bill credit that we’re getting for the outage before now needs to be a whole month credit because of the unreliability!!!

    Hey @RogersHelps, you aren't stepping up, this is purely about making more money. Even if one Telco build the Montreal infrastructure, all can use it with no additional cost to providers or customers. You now have no issue with BAI tactics now that its you?

    @RogersHelps Can someone look into the Sportsnet XBOX One app? It isn't playing anything, settings won't open and after uninstalling then re-installing, the app itself won't open now. I don't have hours to troubleshoot when the problem is on Rogers' end. Just fix it.

    I've never really had an issue with @RogersHelps but wow, 3 swings, 3 misses, and almost 4 hours on the phone in 3 days trying to process a simple service upgrade. I get it now; the frustration is real.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps a little frustrated. My home shows as having fibre for ignite. I signed up for two year term. Installation guy shows up and say the fibre is in technically on the street but not at my house and I can’t get it until later this year. So I’m stuck with coax! WTF
