@RogersHelps We've begged people to help us, & been told that there is nothing that can be done over the phone. We asked if someone would come out & every now and then we get a vague robocall saying sorry for the delay, but no one is coming. With school starting, we're done. Sorry y'all.

And Tony, your comment that you can't help people to change subscribers is bs. If you are not happy with @Rogers, first find another provider. TAlk to them about how to switch. Then Unsubscribe from Rogers & join the network you trust more.

Got a internet plan with Rogers on 5th of September 2020 I was promised a gift card of $150 ,even after I registered for the digital gift card never received one. It would be great support you guys can look after my issue. It takes weeks for Rogers fulfillment to reply.@Rogers

I mean, @rogers charges me 100$ for gigabit internet since I don't have Bell Fibe to the door. They offer people who have access to Fibe the same service for 28$. Yes, I tried. I will dump them even if it means paying more for Fibe since we cannot reward bad behavior.
