@Rogers so now after the Technician leaves we have no internet and no cable. Technician never told us we would be out of internet for 24-48 as the system will "reset itself". Called technical support and they haven't done anything for us. We need the internet for work.

Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

  • stevequinton
Steve Quinton 🇨🇦 (@stevequinton) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps any update on the outage?

  • wendysland
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?

  • cedavidson
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps My only issue was the link didn’t take me to an active list of outages, just a pinned forum post.

  • MarcWatson8
Marc Waston (@MarcWatson8) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps Well we've had issues with our cable since last Tuesday on and off and finally lost it completely on Thursday. This comes just 4 days after getting upgraded to Rogers Ignite. Very disappointed with the outcome of "upgrading".

  • apelipiak
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps my service just came fully back online last night. That’s five days it was out. I don’t think 2 days credit is gonna cut it

  • joelcadams
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario

@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • grok
    Grok (@grok) reported

@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

  • MikeDigitalink
    Mike E (@MikeDigitalink) reported

@RogersHelps How long will Internet service be down in the Hamilton Mountain area? Estimated resolution time at Rogers outage website has already been pushed back #RogersOutage #Rogersdown #noInternet

  • ppsgrover
    Palvinder (@ppsgrover) reported

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Problem is that we were paying $64.40 / month and got a bill of $256.33 from out of the blue. This is causing us unnecessary mental harassment. Customer Care didnot resolved the issue. I have already paid regular amount of $64.40. #Rogers #CustomerService

  • Patelhits2511
    PATEL HITESH (@Patelhits2511) reported

@Rogers Never recommend red wireless. Instead of giving discount to uber blue account holder they are looting their customer. First they have showed me that I will get mobile device plus plan for just $51.50. But what am I seeing that they are charging me $112.

  • sarneckid
    Dean Sarnecki (@sarneckid) reported

@RogersHelps The new Rogers Xfinity TV service - and I still have to pay despite not having the cable access!

  • JayCassPey
    Jackie Groening (@JayCassPey) reported

@Bell_MTSHelps That’s not very reassuring. Like I said I regret switching from @Rogers to Bell MTS. Any time we had an issue with them it was fixed quickly. It’s been 48 hours and still not update. This is ridiculous

  • urbanlamb

@RogersHelps @KTheresa95 canned robot responses is not 'help'...

  • EddieSheerr
    Eddie Sheerr (@EddieSheerr) reported

@RobertChaulk @DaveJSullivan @Rogers I'd say it'll be in a band that goes with one of the carriers. So Rogers may offer it as an add on service
