Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@Chantelle200943 @vote4robgill @Rogers That was based on the AVERAGE customer. I’m not the average customer. 2 cell phones, Ignite internet, tv and home phone

-
Chris Stinson (@ChrisStinson) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario@Rogers @RogersHelps... You have exactly 4 hours to get my service up. If I have to go somewhere to watch the gold medal game you have lost a longtime customer.
-
Xris (@WeSeeWhatHappen) reported from London, Ontario@beautBC @cbcsports @Sportsnet @Rogers Try not to take this twitter shit so seriously. Stop arguing with each other.
-
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps This is ridiculous it over 6 hours of texting with some guy yesterday, only to be asked what's the phone number again you're calling about in the same stupid conversation with you guys. If something happens again to my elderly mother & she can't call 911 again....I need to speak
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @c_lphillips Done that numerous times, not working. Honestly, you don’t think that’s the first thing we try? How stupid do you think we are? No, don’t answer that
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@RogersHelps Unless you do something about your truly shittastic rural internet, **** off. I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.
-

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
WoodsWhisperer (@WoodsW) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I see these tweets and it makes me feel sooo warm and fuzzy that I cancelled everything I had with Rogers 3years ago. I went from a gouging $200/mth rogers contract to a $40/cell phone and $200/yr TV service. Just calculate those savings! You can do it too!!
-
Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps So you gave me some shill, gave me a piece of garbage Motorola phone that you're telling me the government gave to me but the government doesn't have that option and knows nothing about this. And suddenly I'm getting 10 gigs. In 13 years while you and fighter were charging me
-
Dog Mom 🇨🇦☘️ (@buzz_because) reported@RogersHelps @SmokingDandy I finally got through to Rogers after a 40 minute hold. Prior to that I tried twice and hold time was over an hour each time. Let’s face it – Rogers simply doesn’t give a damn, plain and simple.
-
Kenny Young (@y_kinho) reported@RogersHelps the level of service is ridiculously unacceptable! The chat assistance is incompetent and there is over 1 hr wait on the phone to reach tech support. I still need help
-
Matt 101® (@MATT__101) reported@RogersHelps I did and still nothing. I've been on home with the technical support for an hour and 22 mins I'm still currently on hold why is this taking so long.
-
Sleepless in YYC🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@kvlovely19) reported@Autumblues @Rogers are you having an outage too?
-
@HolyDegenerate (@RandySaretzky) reported@RogersHelps I need to talk to customer service and they said on the recording there to busy and hung up

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIf you are considering (or have to due to equipment failure like me) switching from Ignite to Xfinity on @Rogers here are some things to be aware of that they do not tell you before, during or after the transition. First, a new account will be opened, independent of your previous account, and unless you call and close your previous account, you will be double billed. Second, nobody will ask you for your credit card and it won’t be transitioned from your old account so unless you go online and add it, in a month you will be getting nasty notices. Three, if you have streaming services like Crave that you buy through Rogers it will not be transferred to your new account automatically. You must call to get it added. Fourth, expect at least one of the Xfinity boxes not to work properly. I’ve done the transition now at my cottage and home and multiple service visits and equipment replacements may be necessary. Fifth, if you have Rogers/ Yahoo email or Finance accounts they don’t automatically transition and multiple phone calls may be necessary and it may take the knowledge of a supervisor to get them going again. And sixth, Rogers goes out of its way to make speaking to an actual human being virtually impossible and you have to fight with AI and may be lucky and get through to someone in a few minutes or, like me, you can waste hours and hours on hold. And finally, they are going to email you a survey on how they did. Don’t fill it in right away. Wait a few days to make sure things work and work as they should. Good luck!

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@RogersHelps I finally was able to speak with someone and my issues were all addressed.

Finding Serenity 🌱🏳🌈🦄 (@mmysticbloom) reported@larx999 @Rogers I'm sitting here using my data. I saw 19 reports on down detector for rogers.
