  • CalcuttDJ D Calcutt (@CalcuttDJ) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps here I am again waiting on help for service, from on person to another... I paying 90$ a month for basic tv is ridiculously expensive. What a price increase! And you treat customers like this?

  • inkscrblr Paula Schuck (@inkscrblr) reported from London, Ontario

Nobody here has been able to send or receive any calls today. No cell service at all. @RogersHelps why is this taking so long?

  • mikechabot416 Mike Chabot (@mikechabot416) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario

@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

After 45 minutes of computer updates, my internet goes down. Thanks @Rogers 🙃

  • midwifek Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@RogersHelps Unless you do something about your truly shittastic rural internet, **** off. I'm trapped into using you because Bell doesn't serve me at all. I pay $500/month for your ******* crappy service and all you ever say is "sorry". **** off. I lost a day's work thanks to you.

  • wendysland Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?

  • inkscrblr Paula Schuck (@inkscrblr) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps is there service disruption today? No wifi in my house RN.

  • cedavidson Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@oxysnice @Rogers If you do switch back to Bell make sure your last bill doesn’t have Rogers owing you money, you’ll never get it back. Three months and they still haven’t paid me what they owe me.

  • kimcrawford_spn Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario

  • UWO_Gen_Sx_PD Dr. Michael Ott (@UWO_Gen_Sx_PD) reported from London, Ontario
