Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.
-
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps Thank you ... it’s so frustrating wanting to watch the news and not being able to. Never had this issue with legacy cable ..... EVER , but I was forced to switch when I moved !!
-
Paula Schuck (@inkscrblr) reported from London, Ontario@ShashersLife @Rogers Oof. Idii ok t know how tkk ok test outs but I suspect it’s similar. I wish they would do more to support people right now.

Kim Crawford (@kimcrawford_spn) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps you suck! Ignite sucks. You can’t maintain our service. What am I paying almost $300 a month for? Planning to leave because you can’t keep ignite connected at night. I have been up all night and can’t keep you going. #rogersignitesucks
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps problems with MyRogers? Every time I try to log in it says your session has timed out. Go to log in again, same message. Why did you remove Face ID capability?
-
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?
-
Kathi Wilson (@midwifek) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioNow that I can, I have this to say to @Rogers: **** you. ****. You. You crippled the country yesterday and you can't figure out why and you are no doubt shoring up the legal barricades against the coming storm of lawsuits. And yet you want to have everything, run everything 1/
-
Xris (@WeSeeWhatHappen) reported from London, Ontario@beautBC @cbcsports @Sportsnet @Rogers Try not to take this twitter shit so seriously. Stop arguing with each other.
-
Eun Hee Lee (@ernickens) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps my kiddo just subscribed to TSN channel from the TV box by accident. How do I undo this? I don't want to be charged for it. Literally just happened. HELP!

Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦 (@apelipiak) reported from London, OntarioJust got an email from @RogersHelps apologizing for issues with my tv service this afternoon. I wasn’t home, so I wasn’t aware there were issues, but I appreciate the apology nonetheless Rogers
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@Chantelle200943 @vote4robgill @Rogers That was based on the AVERAGE customer. I’m not the average customer. 2 cell phones, Ignite internet, tv and home phone
-
Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too
-
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioHey @RogersHelps I just want you to know what a rockstar you have in your customer service reps, Esther especially but Cheyenne was also very helpful. If your customer service is always that good then you’ve got a customer for life.
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @boz_sav Please stop posting this canned garbage. We’re sick of seeing generic cookie cutter responses. It does a disservice to us and to you
-
Cait Davidson (@cedavidson) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps My only issue was the link didn’t take me to an active list of outages, just a pinned forum post.
-
Frank (@FGluns) reported from London, Ontario@D420Kato @pokelawls @RogersHelps @Bell Telus only have service on the west coast
-
Chris Stinson (@ChrisStinson) reported from Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario@RogersHelps and no support online... Terrible service... Ridiculous
-
Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario@RogersHelps @YakmanHuntTV Can you at least give e an explanation to your #rockethub customers as to why you cannot allow uncapped data. Perhaps you wont be as bombarded with complaints if you advise that it would cripple the cellular network!
-
Steve Quinton 🇨🇦 (@stevequinton) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps do you offer the USA Network with your service?
Rogers Issues Reports

NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Just turned it on, using xfinity service with your box, no issues on the current program which is just sports news.
-
2Tone 331Vicky (@Dashforcashm) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Canada is literally falling apart. And we have losers like you Bev, that pretend like it's not happening, why? I have no idea, your dog ****, though.
-
Luminier (@Lunar_Dusk) reported@RogersHelps Currently I didn't close my account and the last payment still not yet proceed it. Please check and ASAP to solve it. Whenever the last payment done I will be cancel my bank account
-
Supafanstan (@Supafanstan) reported@RogersHelps What is going on with spotty data service in London, ON? For the past week I am having issues, service showing 5G or 5G+ (which is ironically, worse) but still can't load an image or video. Rogers outages says there's no problem in my area.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps This is the latest ticket number. I got an automated phone call just a few hours after this ticket was escalated telling me they could find no issues. ID is: I2573933742. The issue happened watching NBC again this morning.
-
phantom (@rebellion__scum) reported@RogersHelps I have, on a iPhone 15 it works fine, on a windows computer its fine so it appears to be a compatibility issue between the app and TCL
-
Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.
-
logan (@loosenedspirit) reportedSo @RogersHelps can’t do a callback for support escalation. They’re a phone company. Are we all suckers or something?
-
Danny Galea (@dannygalea99) reported@ShamsCharania @Rogers owners of the Raptors should never be forgiven for letting Masai go.
-
Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.
