Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.
-
Levis Becker (@LevisBecker) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Rogers hey, we still don’t have reliable television service yet. It’s like day 4. We’re pretty fancy so we’ve got that bougie Ignite bundle. Given how fast you fill up my voicemail if I’m a second late on a payment, step your game up.
-
Gavy (@GurpartapSS) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Bell #bellinternet #bellsupport. I am shocked by the service thay bell provides here in Kitchener. My @Rogers ignite had better consistency at 100 than your 500 plan. I hope you can do something about it, else I'm happily changing back to Rogers
-
dantran 🇨🇦 (@dantran88) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Rogers @RogersHelps your pay as you go feature is extremely challenging and difficult to sign up for. And no one in the Rogers stores can help guide me?!
-
Loren Padelford (@LorenPadelford) reported from Kitchener, OntarioHey @Rogers your process to help customers when their phone number is stolen is seriously broken. You leave customers at signifcant risk for further fraud for no reason. Super disappointing and dangerous.
-
KaylaChristina (@kaylacforget_) reported from Kitchener, OntarioFor the amount of times service has gone down (and long periods of time) this week in my area, @Rogers should be offering their customers a bill credit....yeah right 🤣 PS. I still don’t have my services back. Doubt they’re going to pay the overages on my cellular bill 🙃
-
Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps I already have a personal @RogersHelps concierge whom I can call direct for the next few months (no aloof call centers). You really have gotten your customer service setup right. Kudos! I just wish I called you 3 weeks back instead of hoping I'd be saved by the bell.
-
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps, Rogers services not working, must be a day of the week that ends in "y." Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.
-
Sally Sarachman (@SallySarachman) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@Andy_Babensee @Rogers We just had it installed yesterday after a year of problems with our nextbox. With no TV again tonight, my husband and I literally almost ran out of things to talk about - until we started chatting about switching to Bell.
-
Thiago Neres (@thiagoneres) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps My wi-fi is down since 7am. I work from home and I missed important meetings. Most of my phone's data is gone because I had to use the hotspot. Opened several tickets, nobody is able to provide an estimated time for resolution. Kitchener, Forest Heights area.

Ward Pike (@Comfortcove) reported@brar_drs @MelissaLMRogers @Rogers Rogers has gone down the toilet… Whoever is in charge now should be fired immediately and whoever is in charge of Canada’s version of securities and exchange commission should be looking at press charges against the current management regime! They have lost me as a customer, when they used to be the best example of a good telecom company that put customers first! Now they are just as bad as Bell

Quintessence (@_Matrix_666_) reported@globeandmail @IreneHGalea @rogers already crappy service will continue to get worse.

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?
