@RogersHelps Hi Rogers, fix your DNS servers they have been constantly going offline over the last couple of weeks. Frustrating when you use Ignite and cannot change your DNS settings to point at something more reliable 😉

@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.

@RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

@RogersHelps You say customers may still experience intermittent audio and video freezing on Ignite TV, ours is Constant freezing or black screen altogether. Can’t watch or follow a game/show like this. Been 4 days now. Please fix Ignite TV.

What's up with @Rogers? I can't even watch TV with ignite. Picture or sound keeps pausing. Thus has been happening since we got service back k on Saturday. I'd expect it to be fixed by now.

@Rogers Hey Rogers, my ignite TV will not work properly after rebooting modem and TV box. Since you hang up on me due to "high call volume" and you won't start a chat online due to "high volume" sands this had been happening since Sat, how am I supposed to get it fixed?!?
