David J Loredan, UE (@DavidJLoredan) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps This is on the ignite TV app, not the Box. I can send screenshots as well. No....that always causes problems. My set top box is working fine, but can't watch on app. Not going to jinx it and risk losing my internet entirely. Thanks anyways.
-
Paul Cocker (@pisceanpaul) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps No offense, but 5 days is crap. I missed work because of this too. Plus my TV is still acting up. Try again, you can do better than that.
-
Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, Ontario@RogersHelps, Rogers services not working, must be a day of the week that ends in "y." Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.

Chad R. Smith (@TheGospelOfChad) reported from Kitchener, OntarioAnd typically @RogersHelps is to gutless to even reply. Not only is your network a joke but your customer service is the absolute worst of any company in Canada. #FuckRogers
-

Rogers Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps Sure have. I even spent 2hrs on Sun for help. Got a vmail yesterday that my TV was fixed. Not sure why I got that since it isn't the issue. NO ONE is helping me. I am beyond frustrated with you guys.
-
AAM (@jrmukadama) reported@Rogers Why isn’t Rogers showing the Leylah Fernandez match from the Rome Open? When a Canadian player is on court, I’d expect Rogers/Sportsnet to televise it. Is that asking too much from a Canadian company? Canadian tennis fans want to support Canadian athletes.
-
𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖 𝙍𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩🇨🇦 (@ThisIsMeCassie) reportedHey @Rogers you literally have the worst service, zero discount for those military SERVING 🇨🇦whom have to travel overseas. Rogers ******* Canadians one day at a time..
-
John Koreen (@MrKoreen) reported@RogersHelps after updating my plan my phone seems to only work on wifi. I've been on hold for so long I drained the battery of one phone, lost the connection and have had to call back and another (and lose my place in "line"). Please help!
-
ً ً (@RaymondWil78846) reported@Canucks @Rogers Lol, we all knew we were picking 3rd, but it's still ******* garbage
-
DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps I understand that and I did try all of this while I was travelling. What I’m asking is that it’s not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.
-
Pea’s Pod🇨🇦🏴 (@peaspod23) reported@Rogers Customer service is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours as we have had no service for 2 days now, yet your website states no outages! Yes bill is paid, whole building out and nothing is being done! Give me one reason why I should switch internet providers?
-
Aman Rattanpal (@AmanRattanpalX) reported@RogersHelps I DID BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP.
-
Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?
-
Alex McIntyre (@McalexMcintyre) reported@Canucks @Rogers I honestly think that we should seriously consider trading down, especially if we can pick up an additional 1st round draft pick either next year or the year after.
