@CBCToronto How about the media report for what it actually is, it’s not intermittent service interruptions, it’s been down since 1am and @RogersHelps had said very little to let the millions of people know when they can expect this nationwide outage will be fixed.

@RogersHelps I've already wasted almost 6 hours of my life with you now. What can you do on twitter that they haven't been able to do on the phone? Someone was supposed to put in a special request to have a service rep come to our house today. Only to find out it wasn't submitted.
