I was with Teksavvy for a long time and very happy with them, until there were area issues (with the Rogers infrastructure). Rogers saw that I was a Teksavvy customer so put the tech call for my house at the bottom of the list, and postponed it many times.

Why did @Rogers bother signing the building up for a bulk deal forcing their sub par service on us when they can’t even deliver. I’m legit willing to pay extra just to get my old @Bell Fibre service back.

You're service line says 'enter your phone number to be notified when service is restored in your area' but no one calls or texts. I speak with "Anna" the service-bot online, and choose the option to be notified, still no one called or text. So I'm real hopeful here 😑

All of my other streaming apps are still casting fine. I have cleared the cache and restarted. #HELP
