@Rogers What is the point of schedule something if you can’t make it? This destroys the purpose of scheduling. I can’t organize anything in my day off to solve all issues related to my moving but @RogersHelps thinks it is fine for me to take the entire day just to seat and wait for them

@Rogers @RogersHelps The technician left, I have all the equipment that he gave me, I did follow the instructions, NO INTERNET. He said that I must call customer support. This is ******* unbelievable!! Where is the respect with the customer? Do you call this an installation?

@RogersHelps @Rogers The today’s technician HD the audacity of lie on the report saying that I wasn’t at home. I live in a building with cameras. People are only allowed to get up if the concierge call me first. That never happen also the technician never talked to me beforehand or SMS, no contact

@RogersHelps An update here: the new technician supposed to show up between 10am and noon never care to message me or anything. No signal of that person and I still with the issue. I called support and they said they can’t do anything I should just wait.

@RogersHelps How about increasing product quality? Caring for customers during a pandemic? Literally the worst time for a price increase, disgusting. Doing it while people have no choice because they have to work at home

@Rogers @RogersHelps Unbelievable the technician got finally here, gave a bag of stuff and create a problem. Since my apartment is new it has cables already on all rooms and fiber in the building He gave the fiber converter and the modem but he won’t install using the apartment infra already in place

@RogersBiz I have not been able to pay my bill in the iOS app for more than a year. I know your busy, but can you fix that already? I have to pay the bill on the desktop, like an animal.

@RogersHelps Now it is past over 2 hours from the end of the window that @Rogers have to me to solve this issue and the person supposed to come here didn’t even care to notify me or anything.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The technician just lied straight without no attempt to talk to me or get close to my building. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to try again because that’s it. That’s the service that you get when you contract @Rogers

@Rogers I just moved to the new address yesterday. I have a lot of stuff to organize and do today part of them requires Internet access but seems like @Rogers does not care about make more money and have an old client with a new service.

@RogersHelps They do have 2 nextbox’s a 1.0 and a 2.0 as well on the main floor but I have never in all my life since this box was brand new when we got it when it came out seen it do that normally like the nextboxes it will just say download.

@RogersHelps Hours on this ****, I had lost all my other stuff on my calendar to solve today because you guys just can’t delivery the minimum which is respect the schedule time and DO the installation. Now I’m on the wait line for customer support. This is a nightmare

Why is the internet down again, @RogersHelps? I can’t access my work work files (100+ GB) because of this. And I refuse to use my phone as a hotspot. This has been happening regularly lately! What’s the point of paying almost $200/month for this service?!

@RogersHelps outage in #newmarket - weekly outages, we pay for a VIP level package. #ignite is the most unstable platform I've ever experienced - nothing even close. Weekly outages - weekly. Work from home - sure. Smoke signals?
