    Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

    @Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.

    @Rogers 1.5hrs wait time to cancel home internet just explains the standards of service. I switched to Rogers just a few hours ago and already regret it. Instead of sympathy/empathy representatives using humour to divert the situation. Terrible.

    @RogersHelps just spent a over 1 hour on the phone to cancel 1 TV channel. Customer service couldn’t help (technical issues they stated) so instead of transferring me to IT they disconnected the call. Terrible service. Now on with IT but who knows if they can help.🙄😡

    @RogersBiz No problem. I did send a DM. All good. Pls let me know, I couldn’t watch the Grammies on Sunday as the channel wouldn’t load and nothing has been working properly since last week. A tech was out last Friday and nothing is better.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps on hold again (third time & going on two hours in total) to remove ONE TV channel from my account. I’m *this* close to canceling every @Rogers service. I’m now on hold with Relations. Let’s see if they have any luck.
