I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

@RogersHelps Hoping you will compensate your customers accordingly. If a client uses too much data in a month, your company is sure to find a way to bill them to the moon, so I sincerely hope that you find a way to apologize for this almost day long outage of service.

@Rogers utterly disgusted. No service. Left stranded while trying to pick up wife and kids. Had to stop at a timmies to connect to the free bell wifi in order to get directions and wifi call the wife to inform her of the delay and situation. No eta, no remorse.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps While I appreciate how hard it must be to restore service, this has wreaked havoc on our ability to work and simply ensure family members are safe! No blame- but please restore service ASAP, and expecting you to give customers a reimbursement on their bills for this!
