    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps This is literally the same problem I had. No one pays attention to upload (including tech support) because people primarily only use download. I finally gave up and went team blue because it took team red 8 months to find a competent tech support person to figure it out.

    @AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

    @RogersHelps Well that’s very unfortunate. I know that Bell Canada still has the BET channel. Maybe after 20+ years of being a loyal customer, it might be time to make the switch 🤐 A lot of my family members were upset with the news and are thinking of switching to Bell 😬 @BET fix this!

    So SN NOW Premium has no monthly subscription. Just annual rate. No away feed?Wow!! Horrible & greedy move to get rid of NHL Live if you’re going to water down the product so much!! Is there replay of NHL games w/o restrictions like NHL Live had? @RogersHelps @SportsnetPR
