    @Rogers worst service ever had i was trying call their customer support and had wait 1hour no one picks call and i just want to transfer my home internet to new address . Even @BSNLCorporate india have better customer support than you guys .

    Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

    @RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

    @TekSavvyNetwork has been down all afternoon on my street because @Rogers decided to do a bunch of work on the transmission lines, without notifying the neighbourhood. A note through the door would’ve been nice. You know, so I could go work somewhere…with internet.

    @RogersHelps hi folks We are suffering from a faulty modem that is rebooting 4-7 times a day now. It started a couple of weeks ago with a reboot here and there. Ever increasing in frequency. The rest of our services are fine. We’re working from home this is becoming a problem

    I try my best to be super nice to customer service reps because I’ve been there and the job can be awful.... but @RogersHelps CSR’s from the call centres turn me into that ******* everyone hates.

    @HalosOfAmber @haydenjack @RogersHelps My web cams went down at 2-2:30 when I woke up at 5:30 the internet was down. At 7 for up to feed my Goldens it was still down. Went to the basement restarted modem and routers. It came back on. I’ve had this happen after it’s been down before. I’m in Guelph.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for making it an easy decision to cancel my wireless service and switch to another provider. Making it impossible to upgrade my device online was the clincher. Can't stand the infinite loop of error messages. I'm out.

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers any idea when I'm going to he able to make a call on my cell? Get your **** together. Maybe time to look into switching to a reliable network like Bell. It's not like I'm trying to return an important call from my doctor or anything. #RogersIsTerrible

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused.     Does anyone actually work at @Rogers anymore or is it all crappy AI? Ive been waiting over 2 months for a check and no one there can tell me if its been sent or when it would be sent. Customer service clearly no longer exists there

    @Rogers sat on hold for nearly an hour, then talked to a customer service rep on the phone for another hour… only for my internet to still be down…. and the soonest you can send some out is Tuesday?! We need to work from home Monday. Do you care or nah? #rogersalberta #shaw

    @RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?
