Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps we have been dealing with internet disruptions all day and are not getting any response. Already chatted with a rep. We have people working from home. Not impressed. A 30 year customer soon to be a non customer!!

@Rogers @NHL on rogers is absolutely horrible. Constant buffering with 150 Mbps Rogers cable, I pay for an app and have to watch an ad before streaming a game. Not impressed

@RogersHelps Another day of the week ending in "y" and another lie fed to me by Rogers. I was assured multiple times by phone and DM that the work order to fix my cable TV issue would be fixed by Tuesday July 13th. Just checked and all my channels are still out.

@RogersHelps, Rogers services not working, must be a day of the week that ends in "y." Rebooted my box and now ROD refuses to load any content and it's been over 20 minutes. Time to call Bell and listen to their offers. Their stuff may not be any better but it can't be worse.

@RogersHelps Not buffering, but just general quality. On both Xbox Series X & laptop, the quality doesn't seem to ever hit 1080p, and early 720p. There are no video stats on NHL LIVE that I can select to see what it's running at etc, so hard to tell where the issue is.
