I then spent 40 mins talking to an agent who, in the end, couldn’t help me. I am moving I wanted to close my services @ my current address and start new services @ my new address. The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device.
