Yvonne Bray (@PSPilates) reported from West End, British Columbia@Shawhelp I tried BlueCurve. Since an outage, I have pixelation, sound drops multiple times in last 3 days. It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?

Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.

The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.

Worse problems with the TV swapout, still unresolved. 1 hr trying everything, 1 hr waiting for tech support, 1 hour w it. New box needed
