Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.
