Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!

The point is releasing an app that doesn’t support iOS 26.4.2 - and thereby angering EVERY customer who has an Apple device. Fix it ASAP, and ensure future updates work for everyone before releasing it.
