Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

@ShawInfo At 10:30 am 01/04/21 my daughter let me know the Shaw service was down. Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

.@Shawhelp I’ve spent over 3hrs, transferred between 5 agents on chat. Called, transferred, forwarded to FREEDOM mobile (WTF?) for activation, re-dialed Shaw 5-6 times. ALL THIS TO ACTIVATE A NEW SIM. Your warehouse sent cars to wrong address.
