I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

This morning at 8:15 AM I had a technician at my door who fixed the problem. Now that is customer service! Thank you Shaw!
