    @danat8n @Shawhelp Strange. I’ve rebooted the modem twice now and still having the same problem. Issue is the same on my laptop as well. Even went to my sister’s and tried her wifi (also Shaw) and it didn’t work there either.

    I travel around the world for professional reasons and it pains me to say that the Lower Mainland of BC has one of the worst internet networks I’ve used (it’s a little better than Nigeria). Blind spots, slooooow connection, interruptions, expensive. @Shawhelp #competitionneeded

    Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady

    @Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

    Looks like we suffered a @Shawhelp outage on both internet and tv around 11:15 to 11:30. Services are slow but appear to be coming back. #SurreyBC

    @KolbyRizzo @ShawInfo It can be configured for that. I use it through a regular browser for now. Mobile versions are available. Their office/computer complex is actually in the side of a mountain in Switzerland. So far I have never experience a glitch of any kind. They share 0 information.

    I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor sometime within the past 2 days from @Shawhelp. No call. This is on top of the missed appointments to fix terrible work done by a tech without my consent. This mirrors my horrible experiences with them at work.
