I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?

Absolutely the worst internet service ever, the customer service team are very impatient, and the prices are terrible. I am a Rogers user and do not recommend anyone to use @Rogers
