It freezes & jumps forward erratically, plus the dropping of sound while watching recordings I messaged you about a few days ago is still happening. Please fix this!

They ordered the wrong one and now have to wait even longer. Wont allow us to pick it up ourselves! #Shaw #poorservice

I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.
