I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

I then spent 40 mins talking to an agent who, in the end, couldn’t help me. I am moving I wanted to close my services @ my current address and start new services @ my new address. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.
