Moke (@mykeymause) reported from North Vancouver, British ColumbiaHonestly, Telus sending me an email saying “you’re on the best network in town - way better than @ShawInfo/@FreedomMobile’s” makes me want to switch from Telus... attack ads, wtf?

-
Tiffany Kalanj (@TiffanyKalanj) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaWord to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady
-
Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp Myself and two other people (all with university educations) were unable to figure out how to install it, and now I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving. Make this right immediately or I’m going back to @TELUS.
-
Jeff Thorlacius (@jthor099) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Shawhelp Just the one box and it's wireless (Bluecurve). The problem only arises on recordings, not with real-time broadcasts.
-
Alice, The Alice (@AliceTheAlice1) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.
-
Jennifer West (@Westjet007) reported from Vancouver, British ColumbiaI seriously recommend that people NOT get services with @Shawhelp. They don't keep their word and customer service is atrocious. Telus is your better option.

-
RitchWorld (@RitchWorld) reported from New Westminster, British Columbia@Shawhelp Actually there is no point. You can train your support to recognize, appreciate and value long terms customers. I was actually surprised how greedy Shaw is. The big kicker was charging my in laws more money for internet 15 than I pay for my 300 internet.

b ☾ (@brandobrennan) reported@Shawhelp Sadly this is 2 days in a row of trying, and today is the last day of the billing cycle, so if I miss it I believe I’ll be double billed essentially. Sad that I have already wasted 5 hours on hold between the last 2 days. Quite disappointed as a loyal customer.
-
Drimint (@RisenRealm) reported@Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
