Wow so after 3.5 hours trying to help my parents switch to @ShawInfo and having a tech come out to their house, but they didn’t, and talking to the loyalty team @Shawhelp, they will be going back to Telus, haven’t seen service like this ever, and time for me to switch as well 👎

@Shawhelp - my internet fiber gig plan sucks. disconnected 25 times Ina day. U tech fixed it and worked for 15 days. Again loses connection every now n then. I work from home. Hampering my work. Tech is scheduled for May 10. Should I close my work till then?

Me having to run around in the rain to get a halfway decent data signal ($85/month btw) to attempt to open MyShaw Mobile, only for the app to repeatedly crash when I try to open it is the epitome of the @Shawhelp customer experience.

This is literally ridiculous.... I have my ps5 hardwired to my router and the internet still drops... clearly it’s not cause the wifi🙄 I’m losing full with this dog water company, like theyre so free, boxed like a fish, no thumbs type ****. @ShawInfo
