Great customer service. I miss when you employed techs that could address issues promptly. profits over people, right?

Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?
