Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes Iโve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.

Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
