    @Shawhelp Thanks. Internet is virtually down and cable is on but signal cuts out every 30 seconds, changing channels on its own like the ghost of my old Aunt Alice is torturing me.

    @Shawhelp I appreciate the reply, but my parents aren't on Twitter. Phone support is important both because not everyone is Internet savvy, and also because Internet connectivity is often the problem your customers are trying to contact you about.

    @Shawhelp Issues you never respond to 2 - why is there continuous poor sound quality on BBC and MSNBC (breaks up at frequent intervals). This is what I want to complain about.

    @ShawInfo At 10:30 am 01/04/21 my daughter let me know the Shaw service was down. Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes Iโ€™ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

    @ShawInfo What on Earth is up with your phone support? My parents selected to receive a call back when an agent becomes available. The system called back immediately and put them on hold for almost an hour. They gave up.

    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.

    @Shawhelp @LindsayWiebeRD Former Shaw client here of over 25 years. I recommend switching to another provider. Shaw Cable has horrible customer service and no respect for long time customers all they want is your money. I blame it on the merger with even more greedy Rogers customers are just a number now

    @Shawhelp I have tried all before contacting you. Besides I have tried to login on different devices that I have never used my Rogers account on and itโ€™s the same. Takes me back to login page. Is there somewhere I can be referred to for more help. My security cameras are super important

    @Shawhelp I am a very unhappy customer. Spent one hour on the chat line waiting for customer service agent. Then he said he couldnโ€™t help me and a phone. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
