Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
