I called C/ S they told me they would call me in 48 hours or less to deal with problem. No call. @TELUS @Shawhelp Telus customer service offshore. Shaw is in Canada.

Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution.
