Shaw said we fill a form and send it on the 24 Feb 2020, but the Telus said there is no request from Shaw. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo @TELUS . Please talk to each other guys I need a solution. It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?
