Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.

I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
