I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

It's terrible because I am already using an E-sim so I changed all my 2 factor authentication to email...and well now my email is up in the air. Also it's only incoming that's blocked.
