I spoke to an agent and was told that my charges could change month to month unless I sign a contract. It is TV shows and recorded shows. I have done all the resetting both modem and BlueCurve box to no avail and I moved the modem to a higher level. So what is the solution?

Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.
