Now it 9:40 pm and I had called for the techs to call me back, that call came at 8:30 pm. So for 70 minutes I’ve been the 1st in the queu and am still listening to you nonsense ads. 1/2

Called, transferred, forwarded to FREEDOM mobile (WTF?) for activation, re-dialed Shaw 5-6 times. ALL THIS TO ACTIVATE A NEW SIM. Your warehouse sent cars to wrong address.

Jake (@failb8) reportedNot really sure why but @ShawInfo’s “plug and play” modems aren’t really as advertised. Received an upgrade for mine today, plugged it in, followed instructions. Modem has rebooted twice now after completing setup (no software updates according to lights) and speed is horrible.
