@Shawhelp Charlie, that’s unfortunate. It’s been the entirety of the day, there must be some other update available. Many folx are working from home or in my case doing online classes and rely heavily on the internet service shaw provides.

@Shawhelp Why is your service always crappy? Pixilated channels, frozen programs, internet dropping at the drop of a hat, you all need to make things better, many work from home and can't afford the down time...

@Shawinfo taking TWO weeks to send someone out to fix YOUR issue is inexcusable. My parents are missing the entire playoffs. They are seniors & watching hockey together (from separate provinces) is a treasured experience. You call that “customer service” ?? Disgusting.

@RonaldNHughes Yeah we are out too, over 13 hours now. No word from @ShawInfo @Shawhelp on fix time or what happened? Eating up my phone data 🤬 So aggravated. We are calling Telus tomorrow too. I can be patient, but need info first. This radio silence is infuriating, everything OUT!

@trinabilling @Shawhelp I don’t have the internet issues, but wow has the picture been pixelated and freezing for months now. We’ve had the local tech manager say it’s a known issue to do with channel frequencies and bandwidth. They can’t do anything but pass it along to the higher ups.

@Shawhelp I think a lot of the frustration you’re seeing is due to this lack of information. “We’re working on it” isn’t quite good enough when a service people depend on has been down for almost a full day. If people in the field have only said “it’s complicated,” please do better.

@Shawhelp Can you get that information for us? If that status page was able to refer to “the complexity of the outage” this morning, surely someone knows, right?
