    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I just waited an hour and forty five minutes on hold after being told at the beginning that the wait time was between 35 and 45 minutes. This is the third time I’ve called in the last three days with extended wait time and shitty service. Can’t wait for @TELUS

    @Shawhelp unfortunate mistake happened tonight and I couldn’t make my appointment with your tech, he proceeded to call me and lecture me about how they don’t get paid to wait. Great service!! Because we all get paid to wait around when they don’t show up when they’re supposed to

    @fanCRTCProfling What it means is that all current @ShawInfo customers, many of whom are used to decent, if not glowing, service (exc for biz accounts!) will be transitioned to appallingly terrible @RogersHelps service (incl biz accts). I've been on both and there's no way I will move to Rogers.
