Not only do I feel cheated as a 20+ year customer when new ones got the best prices, now I get the privledge of paying more money, not less. Supervisor please!

All 4 customer service agents I was connected with showed no interest in informing me about how to get started. Rather were dismissive when I stated that I didn't hold an account, and rushed me off with BYE!

Just wondering on a timeline for when I can do anything on the internet again. I can't even log onto a MC server. It's our Christmas vacation and I have kids. Help!
