This is the third time I’ve called in the last three days with extended wait time and shitty service. Can’t wait for @TELUS

Might offset some if the damage being done to Shaw's rep due to the customer service roll-back over the last few years. #shareholdersfirst

Not only do I feel cheated as a 20+ year customer when new ones got the best prices, now I get the privledge of paying more money, not less. Supervisor please!

When I called and got through to someone, the lady was lovely. Transferred me to customer service and it was closed.
