@SteveThePylon @SamInYEG It depends! Ive had good experiences with telus. For example i just upgraded my internet from 150mbps to 1gbps and it actually dropped my cable/internet bill by $50 per month. They were doing the internet for $85 and they gave it to me for $65 as a long time customer lol.

@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

@edmontonjournal @TELUS I live 1km from a city of 68k and my provider has given up on trying to get my 25mbps service working due to neighbors trees. Haven’t had internet for days now. Try working from home with no internet. Towns in the middle of nowhere have better internet than me.

@TELUSsupport I have said exactly what happened this morning. Telus called back, no agent, I am put on hold you hang up after 4.28 minutes. CALL BACK should be when some1 is available at your end. fix your system. This has happened before.
