Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

And since my Koodo phone is DEAD anyway thanks to Koodo, I'd have to give X my other phone service provider, which I won't do, either. Instead, today they sent a guy in a minivan with a turban and no clue, and no wire.

Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.
