Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

Option B: Call Telus and get an Indian support person in Canada. Once they infiltrate they use extreme nepotism and only hire other Indians. They take a monopoly on certain enterprises. Call centers are one of them.. By using an OG Indian not a Canadian Larping Indian Telus pays 10c/hour vs $16/hour for the exact same thing. It’s just business.

Jay Pee (@JayRaigh) reported@nenshi When I was working on 5G towers the Filipino Temporary Foreign Workers were falling off of the Towers and dying. Rogers and Telus did not pay out compensation because they were sub contracted to the projects for 50 cents on the dollar. Also the Temporary workers brought down wages of Canadians. Is this the society we want? Cheap and disposable labor? Canada is not as good as the 1980s and 1990s and 2000s.

Mike (@MrDynamic101) reported@ProvoGal01 @TELUS @TELUSsupport I called for support the other day, I couldn’t understand the agent, his accent was so bad and he could barely speak English I asked for another agent and he became rude and abusive, at least the Philippine agents could speak English Terrible customs r service
