I’m paying for a service from @Shawhelp that I’m not receiving. I call. You are unable to fix. I ask for a credit for the 36 days of non-service and I’m offered 14 days. Why would you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving? @TELUS I’d like to switch.

@Ell_Chris I emailed picture of the "Telus Field" parking sign, and the "ReMax Field" sign at the entrance, and said I wasn't aware of any event at (or the existence of) "Telus Field". I was then told the issue was resolved.

@PublicMobile with deteriorating 3G signals, phone call quality/reliability is now HORRIBLE on your service (central Etobicoke area). I sincerely hope VoLTE will be enabled soon with 3G being phased out (and seeing how your higher tiers Koodo and Telus BOTH have had it for a while).

@mattdagley Remember that Bell and Telus share their networks in the Maritimes, if you had good service from one of their brands and switch to another brand for a better deal, the service is going to be similar. Rogers/Citifone/Zoomer has some good deals and they have a roaming deal to Bell

Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.
