Heaven forbid you want to speak to a person. Online chat is a robot so useless. Agents don’t take the time to actually look into anything with any effort.

On the website it says they are open to 6:30pm pacific and no one is available to talk to me today but get this... Nobody is available ALL DAY Friday to talk to me and the earliest is 1:30pm on Saturday. If you wonder why the stock is down...
