Beware. In absence of a real person to talk to and when most customer care staff speak in a way that is hard to understand, it is very easy to get scammed.

Michele (@muffins135) reported@TELUSsupport Telus should really be giving customers a credit on their bill as the customer had to install the new digital boxes. That was a service that a technician used to do. Plus, I now have to get these boxes to Canada Post. $50 credit would be great. Thanks.

They wait till public outcry causes the provinces to gift them cable infrastructure instead of building it themselves.
