@reubhoney @andrew_leach There was one in the Telus Building that was refilled recently for the first time in weeks. Before the layoffs of cleaning staff and the outsourcing to BeeClean, this was never a problem that I recall encountering.

@koodo It’s not only my phone. All 4 of our phones have terrible reception all over Beaumont and also on our community FB page it appears to be happening with all Koodo, Telus, and Bell customers.

@JayIsPainting @TELUSsupport It's either a "bundle total" as it says (more than one service like phone or tv will give you permanent discounts), or a "monthly total". A rate protection plan (a 2-3 yr term) is always $10 more than a month to month with TELUS.

I’m paying for a service from @Shawhelp that I’m not receiving. I call. You are unable to fix. I ask for a credit for the 36 days of non-service and I’m offered 14 days. Why would you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving? @TELUS I’d like to switch.

In the competitive Law, it states u must have more then 2 service providers for it not to be a monopoly. Should say 6 or more. If there were 6 or more, cell bills would be $20 a month like in the US.

@RogersHelps @Rogers In #ottawa #rogers is back but we only have one bar of service. Can open apps but articles won’t load etc. can make phone calls now. Can finally check for offers from BELL and TELUS. We had a 4 DAY OUTAGE from Rogers in May with ZERO credit offered and now this bull.

@BodenschatzRyan Not sure what happened, but near midnight alberta time my Fido phone switched to telus network for about an hour before service was restored, no data but the carrier was indeed telus. I assumed they gave up and made the very deal you are suggesting, albeit very late.
