Rogers, Telus and Bell sell iPhones, which is made by an American company call Apple. Metro, Sobeys and Loblaws sell American produce and other products that are American. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.
