@mikesbloggity @jkenney @shandro It's their plan to privatize for $ healthcare. They only care about $ & the wealthy. They gut AB healthcare, fire 11k during a pandemic, refuse to shut down, go MIA, & will "suddenly" come up with a "private sector" (Telus health) solution... this is skulduggery they're Ghouls.

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

@perreaux I ultimately quit Bell mobility and went to Telus for a variety of reasons which could be summed up as “I really didn’t feel like they gave a crap if I was a customer or not.” So far Telus feels more attentive. Kind of like the difference between Air Canada and WestJet.

@forktheucp @TELUS I’ve never had a positive experience with Telus. They’ve proven they don’t care about inconveniencing anyone, I was with Shaw for years, tried Telus on a few occasions, it’s just brutal. If you explain ur Telus situation to Shaw, I guarantee you’ll see some good customer service

So on paper even though you have to pay more money down for the phone, I can save like $1000 or more long term with Koodo over Telus and still don’t have to sign a contract. The only downside is you don’t get 5G, only 4G. Does that really matter if you barely call or text anyway

And that was after my complaint was “Escalated.” There was a time when Telus was a reliable,trustworthy company.Not now. I’m actively looking to dump them - TV,internet,home phone,mobile and alarm.

@Shoeprincss7 @TELUS Ooh good idea! We signed up with ADT a few months back and the service was absolute trash that we cancelled and they tried to bill us and penalize us for cancelling. We cited the Alberta Consumer Protection bill (15 days within sign up) and they left us alone after that.
