But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

After 4 months of delay and “we’re looking into it” I gave up and ate half the cost. Telus only helped you because you have a public voice. Don’t thank them, dig deeper.
