My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@Lorian_H We are getting lots of emails and texts from Telus advertising this service. I’ll admit I’ve considered it, even though I despise the idea. Our family doc unnecessarily makes us come to visits in-person for silly things like a simple Rx refill. I need a new fam doc 😭

@MobileSyrup Well first off, Rogers and Shaw needs to lower price for those who is customer of both to bring better competition vs Telus then it start making sense I terms of competition

@Bryson_M I’ll say this!! Living in the United States and traveling home to Canada 🇨🇦 this past year, the difference in internet service is extreme!! Telus in BC has the fastest network I’ve experienced. It exposed the inferior service that we have here via Comcast.

@SammyBytes @emgfind Well apparently as I was just told but have not yet verified this problem lies with local council. Something about having to invest $3 mil (to do what I don't know-yet) before Telus is able to upgrade/replace/run new underground lines??

@TELUS HOW ABOUT SOMEONE TO FIX THE INCONVENIENCE THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDE??? NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR OUR SCHEDULED PHONE LINE INSTALLATION LAST FRIDAY AND NO ONE EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CONTACT US. WE TRIED TO CONTACT BUT EVERY OTHER AGENT THAT WILL ANSWER HAS NO SOLUTION.
