Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

Until their customer service tells you they forgot to tell you about a 39 dollar outstanding bill that is now gone to collections because, well, they just can't be arsed. I pay for a product and listen to fan 960 and this move has consequences. I have been a Shaw, now Rogers customer for 23 years and I am finally going to switch.

Latest customer service enters "Change Order" but should have been "Technical Order" meaning I have to pay $400.00 for all @TELUS mistakes. @TELUSsupport
