So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@TELUS , @TELUSsupport , I was told someone was "supposed" to call me and noone did. This is on top of being told i'm "supposed" to have my mobile data setting on when i am at home where i have #Wifi service which is not correct information.

@Bell Don’t do it. I live in Vancouver and get 1 bar of service with Bell. They have no infrastructure compared to Telus.

I don't understand how my rural Telus mobile internet can go down for like 90 minutes but my smartphone also with Telus worked fine lol

As a Telus Mobile customer, having wifi in the tunnel is a huge plus. You can check bus connections for PoMo or Burquitlam Station without data (which can be spotty after leaving the tunnel).

Last summer @TELUS dug up every lawn on the street and left a mess for my parents to fix. Now I find out they've been swindled by a sales rep desperate to make good on this dumb expense. They signed a 3 year contract for services that have NOT ONCE worked since I've been here.

@TELUS what happened to your call-back option? Does that not count for *611 callers? I've been on hold for over an hour [the estimated wait time] and now I'm stuck with the dilemma of "stay on forever" or "hang up right before your turn."
