That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

I've witnessed them striking the overhead cables before, but today they broke one. Went through a rigamarole explaining to @telus to send a technician tomorrow. I loath both of these companies, BTW.🤬

However, what treatment do you think would reverse what happened? I prefer Telus to Rogers, but I think I might switch over this. Nobody wants a bigoted service provider.

This includes that Moroccan woman who works at Telus. (I'm not pursuing that because he asked me not to, but I'm not happy with them.)

I guess when you make it impossible to cancel, you figure we'll just keep paying, so it doesnt impact our credit.
