That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

Doesn’t matter tho, it’s still a crap service for working out of cities. Telus has crap coverage also, reason why freedom coverage suffers. Yes it may be cheap but quality is quite low. Quality over quantity imo Rogers/Bell/Fido are superior services in Canada.

Then tried to send me a bill for $29 after changing the service. Terrible service. Telus at least has better coverage in the ******, remote places I work for time to time

Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reported@TELUS so I’m trying to upgrade to a new phone. Since my current phone has to be returned in 15 days. Apparently the new phone is on back order and no estimated date of delivery. Customer service is basically that’s too bad. No other options. Really? That’s it?
