If you're having problems with your Telus service, internet, TV, mobile, apps or anything else 'Telus', before you waste your time on the phone, try Telus forum for a 'customer' solution. Customers likely more ingenious than Telus tech folks. Been my experience. @TELUSsupport

  • ItzAxon Shrey (@ItzAxon) reported

Hey @TELUS fix your routing so I don’t have a 100 ping on servers I should have 60 ping on

… sorry @TELUS One more strike against the desire to use your service. Increasing roaming charges is ridiculous. As a life long user of BC Tel and now @TELUS I am now seriously weighing options. #TelusRoaming

@malcolm8 @TELUS @Novusnow Lol. Ok you can find out for yourself. I had NOVUS for 7 years, and I loved that service. Best I’ve ever had. The fastest they could give me tho, was 300 because they don’t do faster in non-residential buildings, so I switched to Telus. I hate Telus but I got the 1 gig now.

  • gb10xnm Boxer Hill (@gb10xnm) reported

@KatyaAndYourDad I had koodoo for 2 years out here in Alberta and it was great. They were much cheaper than all other alternatives and it just worked well all the time. Working with the online only part was easy and trouble free. I would do it again. Koodoo IS Telus though so check a coverage map

@CIoudbank Hi CIoudbank, are you experiencing issues with your TELUS home internet service?

  • aelmeslem A. E. (@aelmeslem) reported

@TELUS I just spoke with customer service today. I was told that it’s normal that I takes 10 days to receive the sim and I still have to pay for those days.

  • MaximusTrajan23 RaiderMax23 (@MaximusTrajan23) reported

@malcolm8 @TELUS @Novusnow The one gig plan is only for buildings that are non-residential, NOVUS doesn’t have the finer optics access in residential buildings in Vancouver. Also, I have Telus 1 gig, and I get 900Mbps with my VPN on. But NOVUS is best customer service in town.

  • JordieNash Jordie Nash (@JordieNash) reported

@TELUS your TV service is absolute trash!
