So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

@WORLDSTAR Telus. There’s also a push for businesses to annoy you to the point where you want to raise your voice... so you do, even slightly, and they hang up or walk away because they’re no longer comfortable. Seems like a tactic.

  • FlatulentTweets Flatulent Tweets (@FlatulentTweets) reported

How stupid is it that @TELUS / @TELUSsupport doesn’t have anyone I can talk to at 8:30 on a Friday night. Isn’t this partly why I pay so much for internet.

  • Wildsau Tom Sedens (@Wildsau) reported

@ericpet @TELUS I think your experience is an anomaly. We have had Telus fibre for a long time and it has literally never went down in all these years. Same with anyone else we’ve talked to it about. Sucks that it’s not perfect for you. 😔

  • Wildsau Tom Sedens (@Wildsau) reported

@ericpet What are you using for wifi - their router? We have a Telus Boost system (4 nodes) and it is amazing. Our neighbours’ Shaw went down and they “borrowed” our wifi for a couple of days and were getting 160 Mbps at their place.

  • TELUSsupport TELUS Support (@TELUSsupport) reported

@rob_bieber Hi Rob - Non-TELUS devices can be activated on the TELUS network, however, some data services may not be enabled due to the configuration of the device. We cannot guarantee that non- TELUS devices will be able to connect to or function in a predicted way on our mobile network.

  • Mert81873785 Mert (@Mert81873785) reported

@WilliamShatner @marchofdimescda @TELUS I borrowed money to buy a house for my kids but a thief killed my wife and stole all my money....everyone wants her money..they say they will hurt my kids if i don't give it..please help I'm begging you. If I don't pay the money they will kill my childrens😔😔

  • ericpet Eric Petersen (@ericpet) reported

@Wildsau @TELUS It's good most of the time, but the wifi has always been atrocious...likely a hardware issue more than anything. Lately it's been brutal wired as well.

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

Sunday is when @TELUS tech is coming to fix AGAIN the Telus Optik TV. I was planning to watch #BelmontStakes tomorrow so thanks for ******* that up Telus! The last time Telus tech was here was in March, so nearly 3 months between visits. Telus is trying for a record LOL!

  • JayIsPainting JayIsPainting (@JayIsPainting) reported

@AhmedYeg @ericpet @TELUS TBF... That's if you choose to use their WiFi equipment. I have my own & have had pretty much zero problems in ages.

  • Qw3rtyQw3rt QwertyQwert (@Qw3rtyQw3rt) reported

@TELUS @oneplus What the actual **** is wrong with BOTH OF YOU? I bought a new phone that proudly proclaimed it supported 5G only to find that y'all don't think 5G means the same thing. After this **** show I'll never give EITHER of you a penny after being a customer for years.
