  • Brycer79 Bryce (@Brycer79) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

  • MetalBlonde Karina “Determined Synth Music Plays” Halle (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  • MetalBlonde Karina Halle (on hiatus) (@MetalBlonde) reported from Ganges, British Columbia

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  • Langfordman Dave Morse (@Langfordman) reported from North Cowichan, British Columbia

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@SurreyRCMP @JanetBrown980 After almost 40 years with ADT with no problems I had a new home security system installed by ADT Telus last week. 2 days larer it didn’t work. Took me 5 days to get a real person on the phone to deal with it. They still haven’t told me when it will be fixed. Gong show! @TELUS

  • MBCpeanut Peanut (@MBCpeanut) reported

@TELUSsupport @TELUSsupport how the hell is it supposed to take nearly 3 weeks to receive a new phone, and be getting billed for something I don't even have? I don't even know why I stay with Telus, but I guess it's bad service across the board, so why bother trying.

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@Pagmenzies @cbcwatcher This regulator, and the players who directly stated they are competing w/ FB on the data, will then control the internet for your own good. profiling & targeting from FB = Bad profiling & targeting from telus = good. Both profile target kids too. One in the same my friend.

  • datakmart Kent Marten (@datakmart) reported

@GedeonIbrahim I have an unsolved internet connectivity problem. I have spoken with maybe 5 different Telus technicians. They followed their script, but not one of them seemed interested in finding the root-cause or helping me find an acceptable outcome. Ping me if interested?

  • joshnet Joshua C. Colp 🇨🇦💉💉 (@joshnet) reported

@fanCRTCProfling Manually registered on the Eastlink EXT networks to grab the network codes. EXT1 is Bell, EXT2 is Telus, EXT3 is Rogers.

  • GEmmerzael Graeme (@GEmmerzael) reported

@northbicyclist I have Telus and use the service where it will automatically block robocallers. The first time someone calls my phone, they have to press a number to get through to me. No more spam callers!

  • keith_norek Keith Norek (@keith_norek) reported

@TELUSsupport What does it take for a new customer to get some decent customer service? Purchased phone through Telus online store. Phone is defective. Store sends me to phone support, who sends me to local store, who sends me back to to a phone support. All problems zero help.

  • allison53685276 allison wright (@allison53685276) reported

@CFL @TELUS My husband since we never go anywhere anymore

  • RebeccaTrenton Rebecca Trenton (@RebeccaTrenton) reported

I just signed up with Telus and now I’m Leaving them cause their customer service is the worst!!! I mean they suck!!!

  • brilang Brian Lang (@brilang) reported

@eagleinbc @RogersHelps Exactly the same. Rogers and Fido both use the same cell network towers. Plus as with Rogers, you have access to the EXT network in many areas where the Bell/Telus network exists by turning on Data Roaming (not recommended near the border as you will roam to a US network)
