My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

@TerryPlatt5 @TELUS @Shawhelp I had a similar problem when I had Shaw. Turns out old cable has impedance that isn’t compatible with modern digital equipment. Not all technicians know that.

@VancouverSun @TELUS Bogus, we have two subscriptions for fixed wireless internet because Telus won’t provide proper broadband even though we have underground electric tunneling in our community. The switch is too far down the road. Starlink is making inroads now so will probably switch…

@telus my home office phone line is still not working! Third time in three months The original technician said there were problems with the cabling although he managed to find a good pair to hook up our phone. This is not acceptable I am a summer business and I have no phone

@TELUSsupport I’m disabled can’t use phone much I need suppliers to have chat and email support. Does Telus have chat support. I couldn’t find any prior. Thanks. Fed up with Rogers years ago, staid because you didn’t have support chat.

@denisbSAR @TELUS @koodo If I don't do it online by myself I don't get the plan i need. It's honestly so frustrating. Phones in this country are way too expensive. If you need to be budget friendly they basically don't support you. At least that's how I feel right now.

@bubbatruk88 @TELUS @koodo My issue is I need new phones. But through Telus it's too expensive. Even though I am already a customer with them. So they sent me to Koodo. And I literally cannot do what I need to do online. I just want two of the same phones, with the same plan. That's it.
