That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

They're replacing it because they HAVE to. They're also fools though. They could have pulled a line and retained clients.

Until their customer service tells you they forgot to tell you about a 39 dollar outstanding bill that is now gone to collections because, well, they just can't be arsed. Canada has the worst telecoms set up in the world.

Rogers, Bell, and Telus have more damage to the industry than good, and people are becoming frustrated. All these policies will push Canada towards 51 state for sure. I put in for a cancelation of service for the end of the month and I thought it was on good terms. Wrong. They shut everything down 2 hours later. No warning
