So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

Telus tech already booked to check out our outside connections for the static on our home phone line. He comes out 4d later, rain has stopped nice & dry. Surprise. Very little static on the home phone, no crosstalk/line in use problem with the business line. His verdict: inside—

@nicklmg I pay $95 for fiber connection 1GB/download and upload from Telus, and I'm in Vancouver. Certain areas suck ***. Also Shaw sucks *** if you're using it anywhere in the Lower Mainland.

wiring. That'll be $105 please. He cannot deal with our business line ON THE VERY SAME CABLE. We'll have to speak to a different Telus, the Telus that deals with business lines. He could not find a phone number for business line service (there isn't one that's public, remember?)
