    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    @TELUS why is the cell signal so terrible in Peterborough, ON (especially north end?) I get better signal in rural areas than in the north end of city. It's been this way too long now, and I pay too much for no signal.. seriously, whats up?

    @marionetta @MondeeRedman @TELUS Keep track of the time. At the end of the resolution of your issue bring it up. Put a dollar value on your inconvenience and ask them to fix it.

    @Koodo @Telus What’s up with your service in Central Alberta? I’m not in the boonies & I got ONE bar at best. Try to make a call & I get a “Call Failed” message. WTF? Do I really need to go back to Bell?🤬 And this tweet only went out cause of wifi. Repeat WTF?

    @Stephen_Andrew @TELUS In-Camera deal 'cooked up' by this Council to net returns on public lands downtown with a corporate entity. This land was not available to anyone but Telus Corp. You also went In-Camera again on 'staffing' issues, just like the Council before you were on it #yyj #yyjpoli #trust

    @cruise_peter Ohh that makes sense. I didn't know there was an option beyond the smartphone type. Interesting. My dr office has been trying really hard to get ppl to sign up for online accounts and I put my foot down. I don't trust Telus Babylon either. I've had enough of it all. _enough_

    I used to love @TELUS but then they sold me a lemon of an iPhone and refused to take it back! 2 months in and my battery dies at 3-hours on the mark. I regret pulling my staff from @Bell and @Rogers to now have to deal with this BS #corporate #fail

    @Shawhelp if you are contracting out third party companies to get your customers to sign a contract, please vet them because their CS agents are rude and also hang up in people faces mid sentence. They are tainting SHAW's reputation and make me wanna switch to @TELUS

    also wow, reading that, telus really doesn't give a ****. shaw would send you threatening paper mail about it, but legally they don't have to do anything more than pass on the attatched notice to the customer anonymously
