    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    @TelusCS Telus is a joke, employee at the telus kiosk told me the account number wont change, so I've been paying on time to my old account apparently and telus is hounding me saying it's my fault!? They put a late charge on me too! **** telus! It was your ******* fault!

    @RileyinAlberta Yes and even more so in my HOUSE! damn kids. Lol I do NOT have a cell. Nope nor do I want one. My $38.40 a month Telus landline serves its purpose. One friend told me to get one so she could talk to me when I’m out. FLUCK NO!

    @MollyJongFast Yes. It’s disgusting. Only thing o can do is get rid of my North America News Package from #Telus because they make me accept Fox with Canadian News and CNN and MSNBC which they make me pay extra for. But Fox included .. **** that.

    @Albertabuck13 @BackhoeSawyer @elonmusk NICE! Yeah, if I could get 25 down I'd be much happier. My cell signal even drops. Telus suggested buying a cell booster. That also would mean for me buying a tower too. We're talking $1K plus to solve their issue of the town's cell tower having too many subscribers.
