    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Only reason I switched Telus is because of the service..used to call in Nd issues or questions were dealt with immediately. Over the last few years it seems they just took the Bell / Rogers playbook. Foreign customer support. If pay more for good service

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS Best strategy for cell plans is to have ZERO loyalty to providers. I’ve been with 4 different providers in 5 years. Tired of their games. Buy the phone you want, get a plan, switch when they don’t treat you right. My current plan is 80gb North America roaming. $27 a month.

    My mom's landline has been out since June 1st, appt on the 17th for tech. @TELUSsupport escalated it, the team called me today to tell me they would call me after the 17th to make sure it was done. That's not what "escalated" means! Will switch after 50+ yrs with @Telus #horrible

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS unfortunately they re all the same, I left Bell and went to telus, so far so good. telus optik, ******* horrible to deal with, left them and am extremely happy

    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I've been with Rogers since they were CanTel. Never had an issue. Sure, I may pay a bit more, but my service is excellent, and so is customer service (if you know how to deal with them).
