  My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

  The excuses she gave me were pretty stupid IMO. I have concerns but they weren’t enough for her. That’s what I get for using Telus Health. Luckily my own doctor, who is on the mainland, will arrange for it if I ask (he’s also the one who told me to get a hysterectomy which is 🙌🏻)

  We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

  So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

  Since I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

  How often does everyone else get calls from Telus, or another phone provider? Weekly? I just don't answer anymore. I always told them, don't bother me unless you can give me the same thing I have for less $ or a better plan for the same $. And no, I don't want a new damn phone

  @islandviewag Oh I know it - dropped Bell like a bad habit and went with Telus many years ago… marginally better coverage and a good plan for when you skip off US towers while along the St. Lawrence River…. We have abysmal and expensive cell coverage in this country….

  @TELUSsupport @TELUS It’s really frustrating not getting support I asked for. I contacted through your toll free phone number on 3 different days, requested that my internet and home security to be moved to new home. A technician came and worked only on internet and left. Sad!!!

  3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.

  @TELUSsupport Ironic that a "how can we assist" reply doesn't reference anything I actually said. As for contacting Telus after-hours, outsourcing to other countries--those accents are too thick to make a conversation possible. Scripted responses to match scripted phone support, I guess.
