    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    @EdjoSadowski @TELUS @FP_Champagne My theory: BridgeNet is a deterrent. BridgeNet connects many of the easier to service apartments. That competition reduces the incentive for TELUS to spend capital laying their own fibre as it would primarily be for the left over high cost to serve single family homes.

    incl. notably the @CBC, argued that mobile phone service providers & ISPs like Bell, Rogers, Telus, Quebecor, etc. should be able to discriminate in favour of Cancon by zero-rating Cancon & CBC to make it, ahem, more discoverable & cheaper for Canadians to download onto their 8/

    @TELUSBusiness Talking to people on the phone is so hard , sometimes u just can't understand what they are saying , i had this same problem with ADT Telus so i got rid of it and got Capital Security

    @FidoSolutions Hey Allen - it's a coverage issue. Fido doesn't cover my workplace so no data and no calls unless I'm on the EXT network - and I'm on that too much, got dinged. Koodo/Telus has a lot of coverage there. Unless you can get Fido to add a bunch of towers.. :)

    @TELUS I’ve been fighting with you guys for almost 2 years. 2 years of constant dropped internet. Of bad TV reception. Only to have Daniel from Loyalty write me off and refuse to talk to me about a very obvious need for a billing adjustment. I’m going back to Shaw when my contact is up

    @TELUSsupport Not very happy with the customer service as no one has gotten back to me regarding me purchasing a new phone from work (EPP) I’m a long time customer thru Telus.
