    We’ve been stuck using Telus internet via cell towers until this gets sorted out, and it works only half the time. @shawhelp told us we would have internet in September. Then in October. Then in Nov, Dec, Jan...now @shawhelp is saying they’ll cancel unless we pay $5K

    My Shaw contract is up and I’m moving, new home can get Shaw fibre service. Disappointed that @Shaw will give me a deal to keep standard service but not fibre... may have to go with @Telus

    So I’ve had no email service from #Telus since Wednesday. They aren’t answering service phone calls #telussupport When you ask them tough questions they ghost you. No solid answer of their email will be up #poorcustomerservice

    @TELUS @BlackHealthCAN Your unlimited data plans are already incredibly expensive. Your 40gig plan is $90 for comparison sake, in the us $60 will get you truly unlimited data. Not the high speed bullshit. Now you're adding speed caps? Your 5g sucks. 5g in my location is 7mbps. Your pricing is terrible.

    @TELUS why is ADT by Telus adding tens of thousands of dollars as an employee benefit on the T4 for 2021 when the service vehicle is used 99% for company business??? Is this even legal?? Is this not fraud?? I would ask them myself but no direct phone number or email???

    @krystalball Don't forget amidst all this our government admitted to spying and tracking over 33 million Canadians via their phone by buying the user data from telus, so I will never understand why people so vehemently side with the government when they prove they don't care about our rights
