The Telus thing I don't even know what my number is but once you're one of my contacts and you've done that, then you can get onto my phone. But I still don't answer it if I'm not sure. Tried again, waited, then they asked for my DL or SIN. Telus can verify my identity without that information. Not a good start Telus.
