  Tongues companies will take advantage of their customers. Come on @TELUS treat your customers with a modicum of respect. Then they go to a paperless bill, without making their customers aware. Roll over the data, #Telus stop cheating your loyal customers!

  @YRP @AMBERAlertONT You spend millions of taxpayer dollars to set up any system to help the community. Not burden it. Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

  It’s pretty bad when a major corporation like @TELUS @TELUSsupport can’t do anything for a long term Customer since 2008 - bring out a plan much less expensive then my current one and tells me I have to buy out my current contract in order to switch. Great loyalty TELUS.

  @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

  @TELUSsupport We have spoken to about ten support team members over the past week. Everytime we speak to someone we're advised the problem will be fixed within twenty four hours and it never is. We've been promised call backs from Telus managers which also hasn't happened.

  @KristinAnneH @priyabates They are all the same. Koodo, (Telus subsidiary) is better. No frills = cheaper plans and no one to sell you stuff. The catch: If you need support, it’s harder to get a hold of someone and billing and services is on you to figure out. @JaymeEtc has been w/ Koodo for years.

  I haven't received my payment since 6 months. No appropriate response from Telus support team. Tried creating multiple tickets but they are closing it. If it is not resolved in 48 hours I'm gonna file petition in Indian labour law court. @TELUSsupport @TELUS @LabourMinistry (1/1)

  My ongoing @telus issues…After not showing for their appointment on Monday, they came today, without an appointment, to do an install when I wasn’t home. They’ve now done one that isn’t consistent with what their installers said they’d do. Hope my strata likes it. #incompetent
