Its also clear there was no coordination with @TELUS, @Bell, @Rogers, etc when developing the system since same message is delivered different number of times for different providers

For you, the next step will be TELUS telling you they will send a tech at cost of $140. It's all a way for them to leverage poor equipment to then upcharge in other ways. Look for another provider.

March 25- we pay $150 April 2- suspended April 3- we pay $144 Services back on April 9- next payment if not paid we get suspended AGAIN! WE told telus we can pay remaining amount in full on the 16th. Crunchyroll breach: • ~1.2M emails confirmed (subset of a larger dataset) • Third-party vendor (Telus Digital) compromised • Malware → Okta SSO → internal tools exposed (~24h access) Data taken: • Emails, names, usernames • IPs + approximate locations • Full support tickets (billing issues, chats, activity logs) That means attackers know: • Your recent support conversations • Billing disputes or issues • Account activity patterns Enough to send highly convincing phishing. Timeline: • Mar 12 → initial breach • Mar 23 → ~6.8M emails claimed • Late Mar → data sold on forums • Apr 4 → 1.2M verified (HIBP) Crunchyroll says no passwords leaked. But context > passwords. What to do: • Change password (especially if reused) • Enable 2FA (authenticator app) • Check HIBP • Watch for targeted emails/SMS This was a supply-chain breach.

At $45 and with the ownership of their sports assets, by my read RCI is now a 4:1 risk / reward, $5-7 down vs fair target of $70-75. 4:1 R/R is a benchmark for me for investment.
