@TELUS I placed an online order for a small business mobility plan 5 days ago and I am now trying to get status(via web and phone chat) and it is so frustrating as agents keep transferring me to different departments. Even though I have a confirmation of my order no one can help!

WellWithMelo (@wellwithmelo) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@TELUSsupport please explain how it takes 2 weeks to email a return label for a return that should’ve happened over a month ago? No responses via email. 2 hours on customer service and no refund issued. @CRTCeng can you help here? I think I’ve been scammed by #telus

Kelly Harris (@KellyPMHarris) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Why is @TELUSsupport @TELUS the most godawful company in the world to deal with?!?!?! … they could learn customer service from @AirCanada

Sarkis 🇦🇲•🇨🇦 (@sarkisTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario
UPDATE: @TELUS’s, @TELUSsupport page is just as bad as their phone service — not a single ‘connection’
-
Sarkis 🇦🇲•🇨🇦 (@sarkisTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario
My service with @TELUS has gotten so bad that I can’t even contact @TELUSsupport to let them know because my phone line keeps dropping. No I don’t live in Pickle Lake, I live in Toronto…
-
HotPeppa (@Hunnie2B) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Explain to me how does a PHONE COMPANY get their wires crossed for days now and still cannot resolve their problem. Press 5 for CS only to be told sorry you've reached Credit Operations. @TELUS I'm coming back!!!

Elise Davis (she/her) 🇨🇦 (@Elise_ekd) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Noellenarwhal @fordnation @SylviaJonesMPP Tonight I contacted Telus private telemedicine. I’ve been a member since they started. 7+ years ago. There was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Normal wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. This is the goal, for private healthcare to proliferate.

Modern Pundit (@sen127) reported from Toronto, Ontario
If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

Jim "The Canadian Patriot" (@jim_thepatriot) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@1stJohnDagenais @BrianeveraertP1 Telecommunications services like Bell and Telus. Bank like TD outsourcing IT support is problematic for protecting Personal Information and electronic Data
-
Jim "The Canadian Patriot" (@jim_thepatriot) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Is data safe with Big Tech Consulting firms owned by Indian Moguls or Canadian Companies outsourcing their Tech support in India like Telus and Bell? This is a national security problem. #cybersecurity

Stephen Punwasi 📉🎄🎅🏼🐈 (@StephenPunwasi) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@DrMattHenschke @AvaEmr Any way to make them interoperable so your service can receive Telus’ offering without much overhead?

James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Fun day. I find out that @chaptersindigo hasn’t delivered an e-gift card I paid for and they said they had sent, but just as I’m trying to contact customer service my @Bell home service abruptly craps out. (I’m using my Telus mobile phone to tweet.)

Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Just spoke with my bank. Seems like a lot of people have already reported similar issues. I am wondering how many people are impacted and how much extra money @TELUS took without authorization. Submitted a dispute with my bank.
-
Nabil Khandaker 🇧🇩🇨🇦 (@nabil01717) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Just spoke with @TELUS customer service. They mentioned that they will issue a refund after a month. Can you imagine them being so irresponsible while breaching their pre-authorized contract and then let customers wait for such a long time! Criminal practices.

-
Todger Strunk (@WaxEBuildup) reported from Toronto, Ontario
ZOMG I have cell phone service again. I may have waited on hold for 2 hours, but the woman who attended to my account was ******* amazing and she clearly should be running the company, not just answering inbound customer service. @TELUS, can you please promote the helpful woman?
-
Todger Strunk (@WaxEBuildup) reported from Toronto, Ontario
We're at that point on a Friday night where you've been on hold with @TELUS for just under 2 hours + you have been worried for awhile now that they've shut down for the weekend and yet continue to repeat the "all of our operators are helping other customers..." message regardless
-
Dan Levy (@TheDanLevy) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@The_IT_Nerd I don’t see why it would be so difficult. Maybe I need to research eSIMs tho but to my understanding it’s basically the same process as what Bell & Telus had with their CDMA network phones back in the day. It has a serial number (not just IMEI) you register with network

-
Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported
@tedwoodhead @cogeco Had to run out mid-way during Cogeco. They aren't wrong... but, they are paying the price for the other bad actors out there. Rogers, Telus and some resellers aren't exactly customer friendly and do screw people. Everyone pays the price for the bad apples.
-
MJ (@TheHumbleLion_) reported
Blunt honest truth, all these communication companies outsourcing to other countries is ruining their reputation, brand and integrity All to save a buck and keep shareholders happy....Keep jobs in Canada and US... Just awful @TELUS @Bell @Rogers

@Iam8lu3 @Starlink Speak for yourself! I love my starlink as its way better atleast in rural Alberta! Was with stupid telus for years and had internet that was about as bad as what dial-up used to be until Starlink came to Canada.
-
Tyler Pfeiffer (@TylerPfeiffer1) reported
@TELUS has to be the absolute worst company to deal with just spent 2 hours on the phone with 6 different people to sort out their screw up. We desperately need more competition in the phone market.
-
britt🌛 (@brittanydaalton) reported
@TELUSsupport @TELUS your service is trash 🫶🏼
-
Shadow (@Shadow_Solos) reported
@smidgetmcnugget @tinymidna @hergalaxygg For sure. They could have done something like the Telus series did in Canada. Reduced prizes but full support for multiple tiers of skill. It definitely takes more work which may be why it wasn’t done. Also total scoring doesn’t help as it encourages teams to play even more aggro
