    @FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

    @TELUS @koodo on the line with customer retention fighting over a bill. I can't imagine worse customer service. Over 1 hr of my life wasted fighting with this company who couldn't care less about their customers.

    @darrylw71 Which is fair. But Koodo isn't a smaller company. It's owned by Telus and operates on Telus' network, so your reception would be no different on one versus the other.

    Every time I call @TELUS @TELUSsupport I always get 150% customer service. Heather was amazing this morning, she couldn’t fix the problem right away but found a solution and called me back right away. I want to thank you TELUS for 20 years of great customer service

    @Mark_Goldberg @CompBureau Much better to block every deal, force Shaw to stay in business and starve its network for capital and/or raise Freedom prices, and watch its customers flock to Rogers, Bell and Telus or the re-sellers. Adjust for sarcasm.

    @Telus now charges you 1.5%+GST if you pay your bill with a credit card. Will do anything to bleed you dry. Well time to go looking for another cell phone provider. Cell phone charges should be going down, but with @telusmobility they keep on going up.

    Worst Customer Service from @TELUS @TELUSsupport 3 tries to get though and I have to go through that automatic system it’s useless, once I get past that on hold for 15 mins then the phone will ring 3-5 mins, then cuts offs. All this to fix something I was pressured to purchase.

    @TELUSsupport The website states Koodo and Telus both have them in stock. The Koodo booth was able to sell me one the best day. The Telus store employees didn't even bother to check. That's either poor training, or shows that Telus doesn't care about their prepaid customers.

    Been with Shaw cable/internet my whole life…until yesterday. Made the switch to Telus. Not crazy about the on screen guide but everything else seems to be better with Telus. Nice to have an On Demand section for wwe network content as well.

    I’ve never had a phone contract. I’ve always paid full price for my device. The MIN I choose to sign with @Telus they 1) don’t process my order (I found this out after 2 weeks) 2) did not include my unit in the delivery.3+ more weeks of delay. Contract cancelled immediately.

    @TELUS @TELUSsupport I haven't had internet since Sunday evening. I work from home. Today I had to use a mobile Hotspot from my phone to barely get through work. Do you not care about the outage in Millwoods? This is ridiculous. Every time I call I can't get through. Frustrating.
