Rogers customer service is *** but works better in remote locations like up North. At least that’s what I have found.

Garth Grimm (@grimm_garth) reported3 hours on the phone with tech support yesterday for a family member. He failed to mention moving the dsl cable from one port to a different one on the router. Service tech was here today and switched ports and fixed the issue. Do better @TELUS your customer service is a joke.

It's weird too because can see about 20 neighbors ALL with Telus internet. This REALLY sucks and I hope doesn't take 2+ weeks 😢

When phoning a customer service department, if you don’t get a live human answering within 5 minutes, a $50.00 will be given to the customer. And for each subsequent 5 minute wait, another $50.00.
