I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@madinuk @jdtabish In my community, about 30 km from Vancouver or Victoria Telus premium service is 800 kbps/up and 6 Mb/s down. Yukon looks better every day.
