I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@drandrewb There are many community organizations (everywhere) that have free mobile phones with plans available for homeless & victims of crime. @TELUS I know works with many of these agencies. We need better communication with hospitals and these service agencies. (I have worked in both)

@JT_Fisherman @granger_cc My 6 month average is above 100 Down and 20 Up. And with no limits, I am far better off. My Telus plan was the max 500Gb, and I was tired of exceeding that each month and paying an extra 30-100/month. Plus the double billing that happened twice, I just had enough. Starlink FTW

@TELUSsupport All the Technicians are good. The problem is, that Telus and machines go down, every one month, all the machines go down. I had to pay the last man, $150. Then a few weeks or days, the machines go down again. I keep expecting it now. But its a pain. Is it a neighborhood thing?
