I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@MCSnetAB What I don’t get. Is how you can charge 150 a month for 30 down and 5 up but then Telus can charge 105 for 150 up and 150 down. Your gouging rural residents and it’s WRONG.

@LauraSavino747 @Verizon I speak to people from my phone company (@Telus) all the time. It's usually some employee from India calling during supper to try and get me to upgrade my plan despite my having asked them numerous times to NOT call me ever. Great service! (cough)

@chris11cl11 The exact reason I left Telus. Their customer service is garbage. How long did you end up being on hold for?

@TELUSsupport - my email isn’t working. This is unacceptable. When you force migration you should make sure it goes smoothly. By the way, why would customers continue to pay for Telus email service when you are putting them on Gmail which is free? Hope Telus loses customers.

@Unbranded63 O'Toole was part of the government that made the horrible deal with China. As for healthcare, what's he going to do? Privatise everything & force Canadians to use the Telus Babylon Health app?

@kim_siever Telus gave up on our entire country. Support AlbertaCOM. They answer the phone. Give them some sweet, sweet government cash to put up some more towers. Or hell, to run cable.
