I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

Alert: 🚌On Tuesday January 18th 2022 Telus will be doing an emergency cable repair between 9:00am and 3:30pm on Hwy 3a near Greenwood Dr. . Our busses may be slightly delayed as traffic will only have one lane through this area. Be extra cautious when getting on and off the bus.

@TELUSsupport New to Telus. Spoken with 13 execs @TELUSsupport till now but no result. Issue(s) escalated 3 weeks ago. Not yet resolved. Just False Promises. Pathetic customer service. Can someone @TELUSsupport take the onus and help especially during these unprecedented times.

The device is Samsung Note 20 Ultra and i explained the same to Telus and Mobility support also. But they dont care what customers say. They go with Courier what they say. I asked them if i have received the device i should have activated it and asjed them to check the IMEI

Do yourselves a favour and never get Shaw internet. We only had to cause there wasn’t enough Telus receptors or something along those lines but **** SHAW AND THEIR **** INTERNET🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻
