I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@TELUS @TELUSsupport you never cease to amaze me. On hold for hours on end, promised call backs, and directed to divisions that are closed and hung up on! You can rest assured when my contracts are up, I will be finding different service providers! The absolute worst service!

@TELUS I have 5 phones all off contract, Shaw mobile is offering attractive plans, why should i stay with telus? 25 year customer. What do I get for my loyalty?
