    I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

    @deborahwongsy @TELUS @TELUSsupport My internet is a smart hub and the issue was the device. I tried a factory reset and it worked. That likely won’t help your issue though.

    @BionicDancerJo Nope, it's just Rogers-based providers. Bell, Telus, and providers using their services are up. People complaining are probably trying to call Rogers users, and can't because that network is rejecting incoming calls.

    @RogersHelps as if @Rogers doesn't have enough money to re-route all customers service to Telus or Bell and pay for it? You should be ashamed of your company and you should be held accountable.
