    I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

    @SuzieBeeZee1 Our prehistoric landline with Telus has more issue that the wireless. They both suck...at least where we are!

    @ScarletBjornson My phone was too. And then my pvr box shut down. All Telus. Everything back up and working now.

    @shmitzysays Provider: Telus Location: downtown Edmonton Time: no service at all from 11am to 12pm and then sporadic cuts. It could have started before that but didn’t have my phone with me. 2pm and it’s back on as usual.

    @LarrySm02905239 Apparently Telus is ****** today. I think this affects other service providers who piggyback on their network.
