I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@TELUS What you can’t get with Telus: internet service through your satellite because they redirected for profit. I’m staring at a Telus tower but my service is cut because who cares about communities in the mountains? This isn’t about Covid. This is Telus selling bandwidth.

@TELUS is just broken today. The sites are down. Apps are malfunctioning. Roaming charges without leaving the house. Super glitchy wifi all day. It kinda seems like there's just nobody home over there right now. 🤨
