I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@OilLeak26 It's just a **** around. I wanted a different one but when they came whenever they built the house they only ran Telus so I had to cancel it and then order Telus. I just hope I can get it within the next couple days

@TELUSsupport Good Morning Telus - any information available on why multiple mobile phone users are getting repeat calls from Latvia this morning. Blocking a number doesn’t solve the issue - calls come from another Latvia number. Thanks.

Time for the approximately monthly complaint about scam calls. 8 so far today, did the various 'let me know when I can get vaccinated' databases get leaked to these folks? First one this morning was at 6AM. Thanks @telus for enabling them!

@TELUSsupport @TELUS - I am on call with customer service and I asked about installation and he said, trust me it will be installed. I asked when and he said he cannot commit. Can you stop my billing because I have not received devices? he said NO.

Officially switching from @ShawInfo to @TELUS because of @ShawInfo bad customer service, bad connectivity and lack of transparency in sharing estimates about outage times.
