Spencer Bennett (@spencerbennett1) reported from Parkland County, AlbertaI called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

LauraBella Custom Cakery (@LauraBellaT) reported from Stony Plain, Alberta@TELUS get your crap together - @StonyPlainAB residents can’t work efficiently from home with not being able send/receive emails! #wifisucks #usingupmydata

Mark Shaw (Wear a Mask!) (@MarkShaw24) reported@IRPlawyer @TELUSsupport No sarcasm intended, but I feel your pain. Our Telus services noticeably declined after Fibre Optik was introduced in 2019. Quality of customer and technical support also declined. Yesterday, I lost Internet connectivity 10 times. /2

Sarah Cameron (@FluidHair_Sarah) reported@TELUS has become the absolute worst company. Twenty one years with them and definitely thinking of leaving.
-
Marissa Wright 🏳️⚧️ (@techsalespro) reported@CityNewsVAN Also @TELUS Purefibre is down. Not a wifi problem; I’m wired in and getting connection drops repeatedly.
-
Lexy (@MrsSteak) reported@AdamPOlsen I had to pay TELUS Health for a 1 time appt $1300, because I could not access healthcare in BC any other way. I knew I needed to see a cardiologist and it was the only way I could get a referral to one. I am lucky I could pay, so many others can’t. The system is so broken
-
Jennifer Dempsey (@jdempseydesigns) reported@MrsSteak That does suck. I was using Telus health as my “GP” for the last few years. It actually was working pretty well. It worked for an interm solution
-
Nicola? (@nicolacourtney) reportedI cleared my data and if this doesn't work, @TELUS owes me a new phone.
-
Casey Jones (@CaseyDiary) reported@J_TheCynic Oh, damn. The person from who I borrow Telus seems to have unsubscribed
-
Marie (@Marie29081529) reported@TELUS Are you kidding me? Do you think we're stupid?
-
🗼TowerGuy🌲 (@tower_Guy) reported@mediamorphis @jfmezei @BenKlass Shaw purchased and invested in Freedom (most out west) because they needed a solid Shaw branded mobile service to compete with Telus. Shaw sold to Rogers because they don't have the same desire for a family legacy business. They presented whatever palatable reasons needed. 1/2

glorie_dayz (@Glorie4414) reportedDue to move, had to go from @TELUS to @ShawInfo. AWFUL! Equipment from the dark ages - most poorly designed interface - 4 button clicks on a POS remote to access recordings. It's 2022. Also, unless u pay tons of money for a la carte, stuck w/stations not wanted incl. Fox. Sucks!
