Spencer Bennett (@spencerbennett1) reported from Parkland County, AlbertaI called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

HoggHead (@HoggHead2375) reported@TELUS I have no idea how you guys still function as a business. Most unorganized company of the last decade for sure. You deserve to go bankrupt with your unorganized customer service. 8 hour wait times. Just to get passed around and around. #epicfail

Tennis Girl πΎ (@Nole_fan_girl) reportedNot to mention that @TELUSsupport called me back only to put me on hold to go find a technician. What is the point of making me enter all my info in the chat and waiting for a callback. This is a #customerservice fail Is support from @TELUS something I'll need a day off for?

capt_Ivan_Danko (@Capt_Ivan_Danko) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $36 for 100gb through freedom. Left Telus when they said I owed nearly $800 though I never missed a payment . Said it was an accident on their part but the collection calls keep coming .

Jaime Cooke (Old Greenone) Space Pirate. (@GreenoneOld) reported@cselley One thing I'm happy about? Starlink just screwed Bell and Telus. They wait till public outcry causes the provinces to gift them cable infrastructure instead of building it themselves. Now the same ppl can just buy starlink and never have to deal with our protected oligopolies.

Jan π¨π¦πΊπ¦π𧑠(@jnbella) reported@Social_Moi @TELUS I have internet 75 and with promotion I pay 65 a month. My contract ends next year but Iβll shopping around before it ends. You literally have to threaten to cancel services to even get a decent discount or price. We are so limited to our options which sucks.

Dave Zenbenda (@zenbenda) reported@DonnieandDhali @DonTaylor5 @DhaliwalSports If it's not on my already expensive telus tsn/sportsnet package I'm not paying for yet another service for CFL games. CFL needs to be careful with this...it's not like their the NHL here in Canada, or the NFL in the States.

Lincoln Ho | Yegventures | δ½δ»€ζ π»π¦π¨π¦ππ° (@yegventures) reported@Social_Moi @TELUSsupport Not sure why they couldn't help with Alberta accounts unless yours was somehow in the "old stack" but those were all migrated to the new system probably over a decade ago. I don't think there's any legislation requiring only Albertans open these files as TELUS Intl is around.

Brad Dragon (@Braddragon1812) reported@Martyupnorth Telus is really bad for mystery charges. Always check your bills.
