I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

@TELUS get your crap together - @StonyPlainAB residents can’t work efficiently from home with not being able send/receive emails! #wifisucks #usingupmydata

@TELUS @FriendlyFuture Riiiight… so that’s why you bumped up my plan rate 7$ a month. Customer, and community first, while selling my information, gouging me, and making sure people aren’t able to access healthcare without paying for it…

  • timeskapade_k4 Timeskapade.Korp4 (@timeskapade_k4) reported

@TELUS my internet is down because i’m a small parcel

  • Rolfsrollaround Rolf Reimer (@Rolfsrollaround) reported

@TELUSsupport Too bad you won’t have internet if you’re with telus so all of those “features” are useless

@TELUS ADT by Telus service is very poor. I seldom call or require assistance. But I dont have the time to be calling. I dont have access to adt by telus app. I never received any instructions. For $60 a month when I have an issue I expect to call ADT once

  • kjames_2001 Ken James (@kjames_2001) reported

@TranBC Maybe it's time to pressure companies like Bell, Telus and Rogers to eliminate no service areas on highways in BC, it's 2022 and even on highways like 1, 3, 5, 16, 93, 95 and 97...some of the highest tourist travelled highways in the province have large no service areas.

  • bks86798035 bks (@bks86798035) reported

@TELUS Your service cuts out on daily basis. Paying 222$ a month.

  • DFortais Teddy (@DFortais) reported

@michael_byers @adriandix You are spreading false information. This is a private service through Telus which has nothing to do with the BC Govt.

  • Rolfsrollaround Rolf Reimer (@Rolfsrollaround) reported

@WhoTrollsTrolls @mattmcqueen @TELUS Agreed telus is brutal! It’s takes days so settle a single issue, telus does not care about their customers at all

  • Eugene0negin Mike Malores (@Eugene0negin) reported

@TELUS WORST customer service EVER! Do you really not value your business? Darren Entwistle should be ashamed of the company he's running. 4 install appointments, all cancelled and postponed. This usually happens AFTER customers begin their services. 3 weeks, still no service.
