    I called @TELUSsupport to make a change on my account. The recording encouraged me to use the Telus App or website to make the changes, and warned that I could be charged a fee to talk to a real person. Is it standard practice to charge customers to talk to customer service?

    @TELUSsupport Does anyone know what the customer service hours are for Telus Mobility? Been on hold since 4:00. It is now 5:10. Nowhere could I find the open/closed hours. Also no indication of where I am in the queue, or even if I am in a queue. Will this be hours? Days?

    @thekevinjake @TELUS @TELUSsupport They keep calling at 19:55 MST and then whenever I need support and I call at like 18:00 MST, they’re closed.

    this is the first time in a long time that I've had a complaint about @TELUS but the @TELUSsupport left me feeling bummed out today. been trying to participate in their "bring it back" program and it's been a nightmare

    this is telus' major/only real competitor in this region btw and the fact that they either can't or won't match telus is confusing and bad for consumers
