But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

I'm in the burbs.

I get poor audio on calls, dropped calls and often calls go right to voicemail. This isn't new, it been gradually getting worse over the last couple of years. It's also affecting the Telus cells

If Telus is using AI in this instance they've had plenty of complaints. It's using the technology to improve service.
