    @TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

    Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

    When told we will move to another company after our contract with @telus is over @TELUSsupport responded, this has nothing tobdovwith customer retention. I thought everything had to do with #CustomerService - there needs to be a better way!

    @ryanjespersen If you are w/Telus, you can go in and they can help you set up a feature that will screen calls. whenever an unknown caller calls they get prompted to dial a number before their call will go through. After they are through once they don’t have to dial the # to get through

    @QuirkyGirl69 none. they're all bad. including mine! I am currently subscribing to public mobile, which is a telus subsidiary, i sub to this service as the plan is $13/month (I think it's 15-17 as i have some 'referrals' and another discount for autopay) i am hostile to the big 3 oligarchy

    @ryanjespersen Fido Chinese Voice Dept, and the Mexican sounding Canada Revenue Agency really want to speak to me. Call me three times a week. Altho not a scam, “Bob” from the air duct cleaning service has also been quite persistent. Can’t Rogers, Telus, Bell etc do anything about this?

    @katynotie I called Telus last year about my plan that I’d been on for years. I was well outside my contract commitment so they put me on a better plan that I was happy with. Worth talking to them and if you’re not happy with what you’re hearing ask to be put through to customer loyalty.
