  • MichaelSuddard Michael Suddard (@MichaelSuddard) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Ottawa_Biker @OC_Transpo Normally I don't have any issues in the tunnels until this past week and late week before. So strange. The St Laurent Mall Telus network usually picks me up no problem. Maybe I should try that one too. 🤔

  • mcguirp Paul McGuire (@mcguirp) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

  • mcguirp Paul McGuire (@mcguirp) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

When told we will move to another company after our contract with @telus is over @TELUSsupport responded, this has nothing tobdovwith customer retention. I thought everything had to do with #CustomerService - there needs to be a better way!

  • rogergumley Roger (@rogergumley) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@rolandparis @EvanLSolomon Yet minimal outrage from selectively sanctimonious MSM chattering class when Canadian public company director of telco Telus (BTW, big Huawei customer) suggested Canadian government should have “lost the puck” legally when requested by USA to detain Huawei’s Ms Meng.

  • north_fam_BP ..... (@north_fam_BP) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

    @palm #Santa forgot to add #palm to #Canadian #CELL #Network .......#MerryChristmas #Grinch --- @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Fidomobile @koodo @Videotron

  • KyleJoseph4 Kyle Joseph (@KyleJoseph4) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Get it together @TELUS !! You've wasted my entire day trying to deal with your corporate account team and your broken IVR. It shouldn't be that difficult to try and keep my business after 15 years!

  • marydavelindsay Mary Hardill Lindsay (@marydavelindsay) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Last night my phone would not Send messages. I called @TELUS . Patiently Ryan tried to help. He suggested all sorts of things. He then called Apple. They had been working on the problem all day. Always @TELUS is right there to help. Thank you Telus!

  • morekowbel Krystin Vienneau (@morekowbel) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@tedwoodhead @TELUS @koodo Thanks Ted, but I was actually an employee at TELUS and didn't have the greatest experience working for the company. And was also treated very poorly post employment by customer service. So thanks but no thanks.

  • MarcRThibault Marc R. Thibault (@MarcRThibault) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

Not heard back from @telus or @TELUSsupport about this. Called in last night, agent said this is not a known situation so they can’t help. We’re not asking for freebies, only a reasonable top-up plan for this emergency situation. For many this is only way to stay in contact.

  • ecjlajoie • ecjl • (@ecjlajoie) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@djoberticulum @TELUSsupport I’m having the same issue #telus connections is unreliable and intermittent.

  • Buzzardtweet Paul Busby (@Buzzardtweet) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario

I do not understand how Telus can do this legally ... but of course I don’t think anybody actually understands why our government allows our service providers to overcharge us so much. #telus #greed

  • Buzzardtweet Paul Busby (@Buzzardtweet) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario

So Telus here in Ontario is about to increase my bill by $10 for every phone that is not on a two-year plan on my BYOD plan ... seriously. Their rationale is their service has improved (absolutely not for me). That is a $40 increase per month for my family.

  • FerozeTalk Feroze Anwar (@FerozeTalk) reported from Twin Elm, Ontario

@CBCOttawa I never received warnings in my Telus mobile phone, but then cable tv showed the red alert each time.

  • Buzzardtweet Paul Busby (@Buzzardtweet) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

45 minutes on hold with Telus support so far, no humans yet. What is going on in Barrhaven guys, we have no signal. #telus #getittogether #support

  • galaxyCharlotte ☀️ charlotte grace ? (@galaxyCharlotte) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@TELUSsupport @telus I was told I received a $50 credit on my account on June 30th and this is not showing on my recent bill, neither is what I was told was a complimentary 1GB top up. I DMd support but want to make sure I get a response

  • auxonic Eric Goodwin (@auxonic) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

UGH. Stupid canada and its crappy cellar providers. 7 days into my billing period and I’ve used 5.5GB lf data and will run out. Also effectively useless warning texts from telus. 75% and 90% came through about a minute apart

  • katasaur17 Kat Pereira (@katasaur17) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@__asiandollx0 @TELUS Exactly! Except now there are way more service providers so they’re losing all their customers lol

  • hbmobxxx BBQBB M 🇨🇦 (@hbmobxxx) reported

@TELUS_Spark @TELUS @TELUSBusiness Great plans and company except they have 1 or 2 pretty bad reps that will take advantage of their clients and basically sc**w them over just. Criminal records. Telus should be more careful when hiring. I got burned pretty bad have to pay 4 it

  • Karen26161444 Karen (@Karen26161444) reported

@TELUSsupport I finally phoned Telus, was on hold for 45 minutes, and found out the hook up was not called in by the Telus rep. Have to wait 2 more weeks. Am calling Shaw to see if they can provide better service.

  • KeeganGoerz 𝕂𝕁𝔾 Photography (@KeeganGoerz) reported

From @TELUS’s perspective, eSIM is a threat to their business model. It allows you as a customer to shop around easier, switch plans on the fly, and skip roaming fees. It enables you to buy only one phone from them instead of two (one for business and another for personal).

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

    @Henderburn @jfmezei @TELUS Oh christ that sucks
