Amazing statement today by @TELUS - if you keep your phone on airplane mode while overseas you will still incur roaming charges. Only way to prevent this, leave you SIM card in Canada. Terrible #CustomerService by @TELUSsupport

@TELUSsupport Thanks, nope I didn't transfer this and got it from Telus last fall. Worked fine till this glitch today. But just had a friend call me and it's working again now. So I assume it was perhaps network congestion or something else temporary. Anyway, all good now!

@Captain_Quench I switched from Bell to Telus after like 10 years because Bell treated me like **** when I tried to upgrade and Telus gave me so much and was so helpful and has waived so many unnecessary fees. Fight for it! I believe in youuuu!

Had a good talk with .@Shawhelp this weekend. After 20+ years of service, they played the greed game and didn’t want to talk. Called @TELUS and so happy to talk and worked a fabulous deal. father in law is happy as he will be saving $600/ year on home internet, cable and phone.
